After seeing a ridiculously long line at a drive thru location, we opted for going to this location, which we hadnt been to before. The staff were friendly and our coffee came out very quickly. Well definitely visit again, especially with the long lines at other locations

Im not sure what it is about this particular starbucks, but the baristas seem to really not enjoy their job. It seems like the same baristas have been here forever but they are always in horrible grumpy moods. This morning when I got in line to order my breakfast the barista was preparing the mid morning coffee (about8:30 am). She acted completely put out that I was there and she had to step away from her morning chores to help the customer. And it wasnt just this one time. Its every time you go there the baristas are rude. I wish there was another Starbucks in Kaysville or close by so we did not have to stop at this one

The absolute worse Starbucks location you will ever go to hands down! Always “out of cold brew” get a cheese danish and better make it a point to have them warm it up otherwise your getting a cold danish which no other store in all my years has done this. only leaving this review because they have done this over and over and over. The 4th time I’m like alright this is a bad store with very rough employees who don’t seem to want to be there and do there jobs at even a decent level.

This is the worst Starbucks Ive been to. Warm diluted iced coffee 3 times in a row. Avoid this one.

The worst Starbucks we have ever been to every time we go here either the blonde or the brunette get one or more of our drinks wrong and last time I told the brunette about it she said maybe I didnt specify my order which I did because it was written on the cup the way I ordered it but it definitely didnt taste that way and it was supposed to have cream does that look like it has cream?

I would give 5 stars, but the boys that work the later shift are a little lazy, lol. But I love the girls that work in the morning, theyre super nice and very friendly! Getting coffee while I shop is always fun. :)

Great location! Starbucks is not my absolute favorite but it is consistently good so I am there every few weeks. This location has a great staff that is always friendly and very eager to please. The last time I was there the lady at the drive through felt I had waited to long for my drink in the line and refused to charge me for it and gave me a gift card for my next visit. They go above and beyond in their service that is for sure.

The customer service is horrible. I made a slightly complex order and the brunette girl went on to say, You know that this order will be expensive right? I did not mind the price, actually. She continued to be rude and distasteful. Would NOT recommend visiting/ordering from this Starbucks.

Starbucks is Starbucks. They have great coffee and decent specialty drinks. They are also one of the few coffee shops that offer low carb specialty drink options that taste good. I am very fond of pretty much any dark roast that they offer.

They are very quick with orders, although they pastry cage should have been cleaner had a few gnats. Coffee was great but would suggest to get any pastries until they take care of the gnats that are there pretty consistently.

My coffee is never the same. Even though I order the exact same thing every time, it is never made the same. Its frustrating and I take a gamble when I order.

The two girls working at this location around noon on December 19 were so rude to me. I have never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks.

We went to a different location earlier today and my drink was not correct. I was SO disappointed, but decided to try again at this location. Kelsie and Haley were SO sweet and accommodating! They not only corrected the drink perfectly, but gave me a bigger size too. SO happy!!! Thank you ladies :)

Ive been coming to this star bucks for over a year today i had my HOT cup of coffee spill all over my arm and my hand because the manager failed to do her job correctly and tell her co-workers that the small lids dont fit the cup so naturally I grabbed the cup from the top of the cup as I do every time I go to get coffee and this time it spilled all over the counter and I had to clean up the mess with burning hot coffee on my arm and hand. Then the kid poured my coffee into a large cup and poured just regular coffee in my cup to fill it up. I did NOT order just black coffee!!! Thanks starbucks but I will NOT be coming back to this store I will drive the extra 10-15 minutes to go to the Starbucks on antelope. This was ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Your managers should always tell their workers so stuff like this doesnt happen. Im nice enough to just give a bad review someone else might not be as nice as me next time. So please educate your employees. Thanks.Sincerely, extremely dissatisfied and unhappy costumer.

How is a coffee shop out of hot drinks? And sandwiches? Im a DoorDash driver and this made me lose money.
