Our experience here was incredible. We were 5 hours in to a 16 hour trip with our brand new car when a rock hit our windshield. We stopped at safelite-they were extremely kind-told us of a few shops we could go to while they worked on the windshield, and they had it filled in under an hour. 7 days later still looks good! Great work, great service!

Was on a what turned out to be a 3600 mile road trip when the drivers side sliding door window blew out on 23 July in Wy near I-80. Insurance was paying for this and as I was stopping for the night in Kearney Safelite was set up as the shop to replace the window. I called about 12 noon and had a 10 am appointment on the next morning. Great shop and staff and was treated very well. I do recommend this shop highly

I cant Express my anger, me and my dad have a 1977 f250 xlt (highboy), Ive been working on it for months now, and I recently put an antena on it and spent 8 hours takin apart the dash and putting it in. However, one of ur wonderful worker was putting a new windshield on and decided itd be best to not only not ask us to remove it or how to remove it properly, but the he smashed it down and snapped it off from the base. Thank you for ur time

This review is based on a job that was done on my Peterbilt semi. The first tech that showed up the first time was not able to get the windshield quite all the way in on one corner wanted to leave me that way, and told me it was typical, once I drive it for a while it should pop in place. Well, it didnt pop back in place and leak rain water in the cab. Had them come back to fix it. Tech only got it a little better. Talked to manager on the phone she wanted to blame the situation on the truck. However, there is nothing wrong with the truck. Im sure you all reading this would agree message me on Google I will show anybody. They sealed that corner with some caulking sealant and left me that way on her word to refund $30, but wait I never seen it. Owner/Operator truckers like myself will not tolerate this service. 😡

They got my windshield ordered and installed in two days. Great job guys.

They are not open until 4 on Saturday. They are allowed to close up shop and go home. Meanwhile on the cyber side of business you’re allowed to make an appointment! Heck we’ll even let you pay before you get here. Make an appointment for 230! We’ll see you there. Get there, they’ve gone home for the day. But signs clearly say 4/430. Was really needing this done. It was short notice for me. But they said they were open. Locked up and gone when I stopped by. Shut the online appointment systems down if you’re locking up for the day. Thanks safelite. The install job doesnt seem to bad, but they left my windows down then it rained and everything inside got soaked

We brought my wifes car in here a year ago for a windshield. The service was great and the windshield looked great. A year later we brought it back in to ask about some unusual patterns appearing in the corner. They quickly identified the problem as an unforeseeable and uncommon manufacturer defect and resolved the issue within 24 hours! I would recommend these customer service oriented, highly skilled, experienced professionals to anyone!Update...Replaced another windshield for me. I would add a star if I could.

There prices are not the best. 75. Dollars for rock chip fixing isnt competitive. Their competition fixes for less and they come to you.
