Our diesel pickup had gelled up on the way home from a family vacation. The staff was great. They loaned tools, got the right filter, and got cardboard for me to lay on while I changed the filter on a Sunday morning in -4 degree weather. I greatly appreciate their help.

Love to give them a 0 star but cant just talked to tyler to ask for help to repair a hose, they do repair hoses but since mine is an a/c he cant help, but the reason for the bad review is because he didnt even give me chance to explain that is not the first time I repair an a/c hose with hydraulic parts and process, worse part is that we have drive a lot of hours w/o a/c and still have 10 more since were are just passing by

My husband loves going in there he said anytime he can get out of Napa under 50 bucks its a deal LOL he got a new tool set and we needed a thermostat for our truck so he got out of there under $50 and hes quite pleased. 😁

I needed wipers, mouse repellent for under the hood, and a long handled duster for the inside of my windshield. I tried another parts dealership in town but could only find the wipers. The NAPA dealership in Kearney, NE, had everything I needed and they put the wipers on for me. They even found a safe, effective place in which to put the mouse repellent. I really appreciated their help and will definitely go back.

I just had such great customer service that I had to write a review. Cody here took great care of us, making sure that we had the exact parts necessary when we had a few problems on our road trip to Yellowstone. I cant thank him enough! This is definitely the place to go if you need some parts and help with selecting the right ones!!!

We were Midway through a 3000 mile trip when our suburban started acting up near Kearney. Brandon was up front, honest, and had us laughing the whole time we were there. It turned out to be a 1/2 hr fix for about $50. These guys are great and like I said earlier, Honest.

I feel awful that I did not get his name. But employee #78 helped me so much! I was on a 1500 mile road trip, driving through freezing rain. I had pulled over to shake the ice off of my wiper. It was so cold out that it broke! I was in the middle of nowhere, saw a cop & asked for an auto parts store. He & 2 gentlemen at a gas station recommended this store. Emp #78, helped me find the correct wipers. He also came out & put them on for me! Keep in mind its freezing rain. He had to chisel out ice to get the new wipers on. And he showed me how to do it encase I needed to do it again sometime. He was so friendly & patient. I greatly appreciate him & will highly recommend NAPA going forward. I couldnt have made my destination that day without him. I gave him a BIG hug :)

Called about a heater hose for a 2007 GMC yukon a form fit hose with a quick connect on one end and traditional hose clam on the other end . All the idiot they have selling parts says all I see are 2 types of heater hose that we carry and wanted me to drive an hour there to look at bulk hose

I had a breakdown on my RV near Kearney. I found a part through the manufacturer, but had to purchase through a distributor. Although the part wasnt in NAPAs data base, Tyler Zumbrunnen, listened to me and chased down the pricing and lead time. Thanks for help and for listening to a novice. It means a lot!!.

Its all in there commercial song pitch napa know how. High trained parts people. All other parts stores cant even compare. Expect to pay a little more. Parts people know how greatly offset any price discrepancies.

My mother was traveling thru with my younger siblings and started to have vehicle problems and when I called to talk to them about it and ask about part availability the guys response was “either we will work on it or not, this is a waste of my time.” He did not offer any mechanical advice nor was he willing to give me pricing or look to see if he even carried the part I was asking about. He was extremely unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend the branch to anyone who may be traveling thru Nebraska.
