I can’t tell you how lucky I was finding this Ford dealership! Stayed overnight in Kearney and got up to car not starting. My car fob was even dead. Called them up on a Saturday morning and they sent out a mechanic immediately. He was able to determine it was my car fob. Got it up enough to get started. Followed him back to dealership to replace battery. After getting us up and putting in a battery I went to pay and service department said no charge! I can’t tell you how much that meant to a mom with 2 kids with and trying to get home 5 hours away. Best service I’ve ever had hands down!

I was driving out to Kearney from Denver to pick up a new puppy for our family. After stoping for gas and getting our new puppy my engine started shaking horribly and eventually stoped running after a few minutes... I was essentially stranded 5hrs from home with a 2month old puppy. I called this dealership for an SOS... the service department was scheduled to close at noon, it was 11:45am! After explaining the situation they told me to come on in and ended up staying open for me until about 2:30pm to help. They diagnosed the problem as bad gas, cleaned out my trucks gas/engine and had me back on the road to surprise the kids with the puppy. Their team was AWESOME and went above and beyond to help me out in a tough spot. They even gave me fresh NE corn to bring home for dinner that night! Cant recommend the service team highly enough - thanks guys!!!

Service department is weak link. Staff and management need FORD training. Brought vehicle in for service bulletin, which only took two days. Asked to perform an oil change in at the same time, staff stated no problem. After three days of calling to check on progress and staff unable to return calls, and driving up two afternoons finally gave up and picked up the vehicle at the end three days. I cannot recommend their service.

Excellent customer service!! They took great care of my one ton truck! I have total confidence in the work they did... will be back for sure... greatly appreciated them making sure I had what I needed (split box fuses) so I could stay compliant (DOT) n have on hand what I need ~ you guys rock!!

Took F150 in to fix cruise control. They seemed to fix it fine. Went to use it and light panel on steering wheel would not work. Worked fine before I took it in. Called back and dropped off to have them correct it. Wanted to charge another 300 dollars to correct the problem. Dont believe them when they advertise that they fix it right the first time. Just to get the vehicle back they wanted a $75 diagnostic fee. Did get them to waive that. Will never take another vehicle to them again

The service crew at platte valley is top notch. I called all around on my way out to Utah. I was hauling a 41’ fifth wheel and lost about 50% of my power. I was having troubles with the DEF system in my 2019 f350 (surprise surprise). Corie went out of his way to sneak us in. They were able to find a place to unhook my camper in their upper lot. After an hour of digging into it they found I had a bad pump. Mind you I had just had a ford dealer service it in rapid city Iowa the day before. They never looked at the pump. Corie and the team at platte valley overnighted the pump and had it installed the next day before 11am. The truck preformed great after that.
