Had to wait alittle passed my appointment, but other than that they were great, the staff is so nice and kept me informed!

Stood around for 15 min no one even acknowlaged me so I left and went to Big O Tires much better customer service

My experience was good. Everyone was nice. I understand with the weather and temperatures that things are very backed up. The only thing I had trouble with was the four and one half hour wait for tires. But I totally understand. You all were good to me.

Very fast and very kind! Ryan helped me out and had such a positive attitude so early in the morning. I was thankful to get in and have my tire replaced the day before Thanksgiving and for a very reasonable price.

Brought vehicle in got my tires on and got out in less than an hour. So pleased.

In getting my oil changed, I had informed the gal that came out to get the information that I wanted me tires rotated also. I told her that, since I bought the tires there, I should have FREE tire rotation. (I was charged $10 for it.) The cashier said that, after it was paid for, she didnt know how to refund the $10.I had also told the information gal that my mileage was 190,322. Afterwards, while I was driving home, I happened to look up & the next oil change is due @112,322!

Got my special order tires cheaper then Big O Tires and had done within half mount and cost 60 dollars less with warranty road hazard that they would of covered that Big O Tires refused to uphold the manufacturer warranty and the warranty I paid extra for now to call the manufacturer of the Tires and let them know Big O Tires doesnt follow manufactuers warranty or their own

Takes almost 5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation.

Bad service both in customer service and the person installing my tires stopped in the middle of mounting my last tire and flirted with a female leaving the store for about 15 minutes, all the while I stood and watched since there were no seating for customers. Not a care that I was waiting. Nor did I save any money.

Took a while to get in needed to purchase and install a battery. They were fast once they got us in.

I was quoted a wait time of 2 hours for a tire repair. Waited over 3 hours before being told it wasnt even started and it would be an additional 2 hour wait. Complete lack of customer service or care for their customers. Ended up leaving to a competitor for a 45 minute wait.

Employees are more interested in one another than doing their jobs. One star, but can I apply to get paid to take 3 hours to socialize instead of doing a 20 minute job?

It took them 4 hrs the first time to fix 1 tire on husbands car. We ended up leaving. We came back again and we dropped it off our car again and told them to call us. After 5 hours, tried calling. No answer. So we went down there and it has been done since 2! They didnt call us or anything. I need to get my tire fixed but I will go somewhere else. Its too bad because I paid for road hazard. But its not worth it.

Had our oil change here for the past 3 or 4 years, okay so far. We always make sure to be there like 7 am and usually its an hour wait. No bad experience so far! Helpful staff!

Had my tire apparently fixed they forgot the weight on my rim and tire still leaks air, so not a good place to go

Waited 2hrs to get tires rotated.I kept looking to see if they were making any progress on the 4 that were ahead of me and nothing was happening so I got my keys back and went home.....terrible service

Went in to get a routine oil change, received a call about 3 hours later that my truck had been scraped alongside the exterior brick wall of the building. Still had to pay for the oil change, and currently dealing with auto body shops getting quotes to fix the damage. The assistant manager was helpful with the situation, however for driving a vehicle 30 feet this should not have happened. I have a witness stating they watched it all happen and they seemed careless when driving it. UNACCEPTABLE. LAST time I deal with walmart, PERIOD.

And I told him if thats how he wants to represent his company and said yea and just shrugged his shoulders, really bad service, would not reccomend to anybody!

Ive been so angry since!!! the day I decided to purchase new tires from kearney walmart they didnt have 4 of the tires I wanted and the salesman tried talking me into settling for a set of cheap basic tires for my saburban.i said no Ill wait till the ones I want come in.i then had to buy the 3 in stock first and keep them with me in my saburban all week till the 4th arrived.no big deal I thought least Im getting the ones I want..the 4th tire came and i paid for it along with 4 new tire pressure sensors and for them to be mounted and all. Spent about 850.00 total and few days later I went to check tire pressure as they havnt worked in so long and it now showed front 2 tires at 35 lbs yeay.. but the back to sensors were not reading...i took it in and had to wait all day for it to get in and said screw it came a diff day and they manager said the sensors were broke! And said the front two were broke when it was the back two that wernt reading..I said well u guys just installed all new sensors with my new tires and he just said oh..and proceeded to say well u have 2 broken ones.they asked me to show a recipt as if they dont keep records of work orders done there yea right.the lady pulled up one of my receipts and as long as it took her I feel she did something to my recipt to take off the sensors I know dam well I asked and paid for I remember they were around 49 bucks or so a piece! They all looked at me and basically shrugged and were just waiting till I left. A friend told me the guys here in kearney are idiots there and are known for breaking your sensors during installation and not fixing it..gee thanx. Im furious about it. And dont even want to shop there anymore because everytime I do I just want to visit the tire shop and throw a fit and see how many times they shrugg there shoulders.🤷‍♂️🤬👎

They had five people at the counter with 10 people in line and only one person being helped. We were in li e for 15 minutes before anyone else got helped, and then that person only checked one person out and walked away. We ended up in li e for over 25 min.

Got car in for oil change. Got it back nice and cleaned even. They even vacuumed it and wiped down windows.

Dropped car off and then walked around store for 1hr and when went to get car was not done and told that they couldnt change the oil, and that nobody called us via phone or intercom to tell us that.

Clearance 1$ socks short for 7 pairs

There employees are lazy and couldnt even fix a flat tire on a vehicle that was traveling to Lincoln had to drive on the spare to Grand island just to get it fixed so if you have a flat tire around 700 dont go to Wal-Mart because they are more worried about closing time then helping a customer out
