They were incredibly kind and honest. We came to get a part fixed that Toyota told us needed repair. They checked Toyota’s work and it turned out that a different part needed fixing. They diagnosed the correct problem instead of fixing the wrong problem which would have set us back $600. Would recommend B&K to anyone!
