Ive taken my 2010 SUV to Kearney Ag ever since moving to Kearney three years ago. Ive been happy every time, from scheduling service to completion. They provide photos of the car and any potential problems while theyre working on it, and make recommendations as to what needs immediate repair or what can wait. This is helpful for budgeting. Their expertise has given my SUV years more of life span. Theyre honest, reliable, friendly, and professional. Absolutely cant go wrong with this company!

I am a new comer to Kearney and had some issues on my exhaust system. Kearney Ag Auto is very professional to fix it. Mick is amazing! He gave me a ride home during repairing and picked me up when the car is ready to go. This is my first time in my life to get a ride/pickup at an auto shop. Mick is super patient to explain me what the problems were and how they solved it. He even showed me around where I can visit at Kearney. Best auto shop experience ever! Highly recommended to anyone!

There are very few things that the guys at Kearney Ag & Auto havent done to my vehicles! My favorite thing about Kearney Ag is that I can TRUST them!! I had problems at a different Kearney shop w/ missing car parts & items inside my car gone & now I dont have to worry about that! I LOVE that I get an Inspection Report WITH PICTURES before they do any additional work ~ so I can see what else may need fixed. The guys are great at telling me if the repair can or cant wait until the next oil change! Since I dont have a way to work when dropping off my vehicle(s) the guys are always ready to give me a lift to work! Im very grateful for Mick, Lonny, Matt, Sean & David!!!

Spoke to someone here about getting our truck fixed. We were being ripped off by another place in town. He was not able to get us in today but pointed us in the direction of another shop that did not gouge us and was able to do the work right away!!! He also let us know what price range to look for as well.

Our engine seized and woud not go over 60 mph. Lonnie diagnosed.our problem, contacted Hyundai and went over and above to help us get the answer we needed. He even topped off our oil and charged us nothing. Ag and Auto is a great and helpful business.

My wife and I are traveling cross country and the check engine light comes on! Lonnie and Mick, even though they were swamped, helped us out and we were on our way. They went above and beyond to provide amazing service and in my opinion they under charged us. Amazing experience!!

I was driving through Kearney on my way to Ohio when my car started making a loud noise. With a long road ahead, I looked up an auto repair shop near me. I stopped in and the gentleman at the desk said they were booked out three weeks, but he’d be happy to take a quick look and listen to see if it was something serious that needed addressed before I got back on the road. After a test drive and careful listening, we got back to the shop and he started looking under my car. He figured out that the heat shield had come loose. He assured me that I wouldn’t have any problem making it to Ohio. I asked how much I owed him and he said, “no charge. Have a safe trip!” !!!!! Amazing! I wish I lived closer so I could use this shop!

They go above and beyond to make sure you know what you’re getting into, I really loved how they stuck to their word from start to finish. They diagnosed by F250 6.0 power stroke within the timeframe they said they would. Affordable and they know what they are doing, great communication as well. Would recommend to anyone, thank you guys again!

Best mechanic ever! I was driving across the country and had some issues with my car along the way. The Mechanics here ran the error codes on my car, figured out the problem and put me in touch with the next dealership along my route that had the part I needed. And they refused to take any payment! Such nice people and great service! Thanks so much!

My steering box went out on my truck at 5pm on a Friday just before I was leaving town for the weekend. Got it to them just minutes before they closed. They were able to find me a part that day, and they stayed 3 hours late on a Friday night to get me in the shop and back on the road that night. Thank you guys!

Best place in town! They have worked on 3 od my vehicles here. Every time I have had 5star service. They have diagnosed the problems and fixed them in a very reasonable time frame. I would recommend this company to anyone close to me and even people I dont know!

Going to be long, but bears talking about: I brought my wifes care here, by tow truck, for engine work. Her Sorento had all but blew the engine up. After speaking with Lonnie, he was aware of the issue her car was experiencing, but had to investigate and scan it for sure. A few hours later, he called me with the exact answer he was expecting: KIA has a known issue with her car and a faulty sensor that, in the end, destroys the engine, and KIA replaced the engine at no cost.The team at Kearney Ag & Auto could have easily said it was my issue, or an issue where my extended warrant would cover. They could have replaced the engine and billed it out; but they went above and beyond to investigate and research to be sure the customer was getting the best service possible and save the most money.All I am on the hook for is a $20 diagnostic fee, which I am more than happy to replace.I will become a frequent customer due to this; one of the first times I did not feel like i got the runaround from a service station.Highly recommend; this is also a local/small business, which, in these times, I do everything in my power to support. Amazing team. Our Nissan Frontier presented a bit of a challenge as parts couldnt be ordered, so the team salvaged part of the old and made it new again!! It was more time consuming, however I am thankful they were up for the challenge!! Thank you!!

1 hour 45 minutes from home and happened to break down as we were going by. These guys were clearly busy, but took the time to help us out. Found the parts and fixed the problem very quickly. The people here are just how you would expect people from the midwest to be. Didnt over charge either. Clean well kept place. Very nice and understanding people. Cant say enough good things. Very fast and professional with their services. We were driving from Oregon to Indiana to visit family and had some problems with the harmonic balancer while coming through Nebraska, they helped us rent a car quickly and got us on our way with no time lost on the drive. Picked up the Odyssey on the way back home to Oregon with no issues whatsoever, they communicated via text with me the entire trip and I couldnt ask for friendlier service. I honestly hope I dont break down near Kearney Nebraska again but if I do I know where to go. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for work on your vehicle to give these guys here a call, you wont be sorry you did.

Our engine light came on when we were driving from Oklahoma to Montana. Luckily it happened near Kearney. Lonny, the Service Manager, had us back on the road in under 30 minutes. Wow... I’m jealous of the hometown shop the people of the Kearney metro area have. Kearney Ag & Auto knows their customers by name because they’ve built more than business relationships - they’ve worked hard to earn trust. Their goal is to advise their customers to do what they’d perform on their own personal vehicles, not cheap and quick band aid fixes just to steal your one-time business. The integrity of this shop shows why they have such a solid local reputation. My son is living in Kearney and has brought his car to Kearney AG & Auto Repair twice in the last few months on the recommendation of the family he lives with. He needed maintenance the first time and they texted me a detailed inspection report with pictures. When he needed repairs they worked with our warranty company and were speedy on making repairs. I can’t say enough about how reassuring it is to know he is dealing with honest, competent, and thorough people. I wish they had a location in Minneapolis!

A wonderful bunch of guys that really know what they are doing. We broke down on our way thru NE, and ended up in Kearney. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road in under three hours, even though they had a full schedule. A+ for quality and service in my opinion.

We were driving through Nebraska when our alternator went out...they had us in and back on the road within 2 hours. This was the day after Christmas with a short staff. They were polite, helpful, and competitive with pricing. Still am amazed they were able to help us so quickly!!

This place is amazing! My daughters car broke down while she was on her way home to Colorado. We had road side assistance tow her car to the nearest repair shop only to learn that they were closed. I called the repair shop and a nice gentleman answered. He (I forgot his name) confirmed that they were closed for the day and through the weekend (it was after 5pm on Friday)but would work on her car first thing Monday morning. I was fine with that and let him know the tow truck was on the way with my daughter and her car. My husband and I were going to drive the 4 hours to pick her up since we live in Colorado. I asked the gentleman if there were any public places near by that my daughter could wait until we arrive. About 45 minutes later my daughter called me and said the mechanic was going to work late and fix her car! I was ecstatic! I didnt expect that this shop would go out if their way to fix her car when they were closed. The problem wasnt serious and the price was very fair. I am so appreciative of the phenomenal service. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you and God Bless!!

My daughter broke down over Thanksgiving vacation. They got vehicle in right away and diagnosed the problem had her back on her way to college classes fast. Would highly recommend the polite and quick people.

My vehicle had an ignition problem that another shop in town couldnt figure out, but I took it to Kearney Ag & Auto and they figured it out the SAME DAY and I was able to get my vehicle back right away!! Professional, friendly, affordable, and do a great job!!!

Impressive service! In response to the check engine light coming in while on a road trip, they were able to do the diagnosis before 11AM the next day! They also gave us unbiased advice on what to do about the issue, which turned out to be the catalytic converter. All in all, very impressed with the speed of service and level of expertise.

They took my vehicle in on very short notice. I expected it the next day at best but they were able to help me out the same day because they knew I was in a bind. Good people trying to do honest business and take care of their customers. They will always get my business.

Where do I start. My car had to be towed in with transmission problems. After the checkout on the engine, Lonnie calls and explained the issues.... multiple. He was accurate, and I gave him a budget to work with. He stayed under budget and fixed all the issues. The car was done in one day technically, due to a day waiting for parts. Im glad I followed the referral to take my car here. They have a customer for life.

Stopped here with engine trouble on my way from Minneapolis to Denver. Got in first thing in the morning the next day. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly offering me a ride to breakfast while they took a look. They explained everything they were thinking to me and while I didn’t have the major repairs done I am extremely happy with the service I received.

Mick, the gentleman who fixed my car was knowledgeable and friendly and made the process an ease. Prices were relatively low. It did however, take them three days for a very simple repair.

Professional and PromptThese guys know cars! My car was towed in and the next day they called me with an estimate and answers to my questions. I gave them my budget limit on the repairs needed an they came in $300 less than estimated. I drive my car with confidence that it will not fail me.

Ill hand it to them ... they get it right or theyll make it right. Covered my warranty repair and even agreed to squeezed in an A/C recharge. Even cared enough to wish my wife well after her surgery.Ill come back !

I Was Driving Through Town And My Car Started To Make A Loud Noise. I sent a recording to my husband and father-in-law they had no idea what it was and told me to go to a shop. I drove to this shop 15 minutes before they closed. told them that I was passing through town and my car started making a noise, and that I just need to know if I can make it back to North platte or if something was really wrong with it. I showed that guy the video of the sound, we went out and looked at my car it wasnt making the sound anymore of course. He checked my oil witch was low and I ask how much an oil change was he corrected me and said I didnt need an oil change a little oil is all I needed, he told me it sounded like my AC compressor. The man was very helpful he told me how to extend the life of my compressor longer as it is an expensive fix and put oil in my car. He even showed me how to put the oil in my car for future reference. I was very pleased that he didnt take advantage of the fact I dont know anything about cars and that he didnt try to make me fix my car at his shop. He only charged me four something for the oil and sent me on my way.
