Lee and Dillion went above and beyond what any normal sales person would do to help me get in to a good vehicle. They were honest and worked very well with my trade in. They gave me an amazing deal on a like new vehicle. Its a used car dealership, do not go there expecting a brand new car with a warranty. The car I looked at had a couple things wrong with it, they absolutely made sure it was fixed before letting me take possession of the vehicle. They are great guys and all the staff I met was friendly and very helpful! I will definitely do business with them again.

I bought a 2001 Tahoe said it was good running sound truck. In the year and a half Ive put more in the truck than I paid 4 it 3400 and still have to put 1000 in the front end all things that should have been known so Ive been told by a mechanic.

Do your research on common issues with each vehicle your interested in. Take the car at least yo next town via interstate and highway 30 on return before making decision. Watch for overheats.

This dealership got a zero customer service one of their employees his name is Joe He’s a seller and I will talk to them over the phone make an offer for a vehicle they turn off the phone on my face everywhere I go I’m a talk about the dealership.

Was sold a complete lemon! Not even an hour after I took it off the lot of showed a bad problem and the engine like came on.

Purchased my car from them 3 months ago. On the date of purchase I had asked them 4 times before I bought the car if it had a clean title/if it was salvaged. They assured me several times it did indeed have a clean title. Went to plate the car and sure enough, salvage title. Fast forward to now, transmission went out. It’s full of water. Weird how I’m just now finding this out and having problems with the car. I also had asked before I bought the car if it had sat in the flood last year, I was told no. These people are crooks. They want commission and sales so bad they’re willing to do whatever they can to whoever they can. I would highly recommend NOT EVER considering American auto in your future.

They are scam artist selling salvaged titles and embezzling money under the table. If you show them facts that they are wrong they threaten to take your vehicle.

I had just bought a vehicle from this place about a month ago, I went to try and title my vehicle. I was told one week it was gonna be mailed on that Monday and then I had called again and they said they didn’t do it until that Friday before I went and seen them/called them. And then I have had to call them three times this last week to get any sort of information about where my title is for the vehicle to be registered. And then I get told that I am lying in the registration and title should be at the courthouse of where I live today. And it was not there. I was also poorly treated, the staff treat their customers poorly, will be disrespectful towards their customers over the phone, also in person.

Bought a suv from them 8 days ago and it’s all in the shop broken down! Do not buy from either location in Kearney!!!!

I really like my car but I’m not impressed with the staff or how they do business. So if you’re looking for a dealership who has good communication and organizational skills and who will make the buying process easy and hassle free then you need to look elsewhere.

Bought a vehicle for 10,000 had to within a week of buying put 1,000 of work into it. I get no warranty but the salesman never warned me about underlying issues.

Its a great place to buy a used car. The sales rep that helped me was polite, friendly and best of all, not at all pushy while being honest and helpful in finding a great car for my daughter. Just be smart and pay a shop to do a pre purchase inspection before buying a used car.

The salesmen listen like bricks. You can tell them what you are looking for and they will procede to show you anything that will help thier commission, and when you repeat that what they are showing you doesnt fall into your parameters they will talk down to you especially if you are female. This dealership is the most crooked one of them all, bought a 2011 enclave from them and not even a month of owning it, the engine locked up, Bart is the most unprofessional owner I have ever met. Run with your money and go to a more reliable dealership that won’t sell you a lemon

Went and traded my van in for a different vehicle and asked of any mechanical issues at all, They said no nothing is wrong with it all, just might need tires eventually before snow comes. Okay no big deal. Few days after I got it, it started making funny noises, took to my trusted mechanic and found out the transmission was going out. I took it back and asked for my money and van back as it was reliable, but they refused and already sold my van. Never will buy from them again. I have heard they sell lemons and thought id give them a shot but they screwed us over.

At one time I would of disagreed with the post stating that this auto lot is bad. Now as time passes I would have to say I agree with just about every negitive comment ever said about this auto lot!!! It should be shutdown!!! If anyone would like to respond Ill be more than happy to provide complete transparency of all and any documents, payments and soforth needed in proving what I am saying.......

Will work with you to a certain extent. They told me they would fix things and then when it was time they denied fixing it. Told me to bring the vehicle to them for a couple of days and they would get it looked at. It still hasnt been taken care of. Never in the 36 days that I had the vehicle did they send the title over so I could get it legal for me to drive the vehicle without getting pulled over and getting a ticket.. Watch what they say and do.

Honestly I wouldnt give this place one star. The car we got from them was a total lemon. They didnt CLEAN the inside out. They didnt do any SAFTEY CHECKS. Nothing. The oil, and other fluids were EMPTY or needed to be REPLACED. The tires were completely BALLED. We had to get the BREAKS REPLACED, the weatherstripping around the window started to PEEL OFF and the battery was SHOT. Who ever owned it last has a cat or dog and the inside had hair matted inbetween the seats. AND they were terrible at doing business. They kept upping our down-payment on it. When we would call they sent us straight to voicemail and would never call us back. I dont know why we even want ahead and bought the car, but for anyone who is looking for a car, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Finally (last thing I promise) make sure that they take the State Tax out IF and when you buy it. They didnt for us and when we moved we had to pay over $600 to get it registered in a different state. Overall they suck. Dont waste your time, money or effort to get used car from them. The only thing American about this auto dump is, everyone who worked their couldnt get off their fat asses.

I wouldnt even give a 1 star! Got a vehicle from them and 3 days later it randomly started over heating and smoking, they offered to fix okay great, well his machanic didnt do a great job. A week passed and it was stuck in idol and would go on its own. So I called to see if I could get a refund or a better vehicle. The front desk lady got upset and was very rude and went to work and they were there to take it. Then I get a letter in the mail for 3,500 dollars when the car was only 3,000 to begin with. As he sold the car at a auction with no lien on the title but yet still trying to get money out of me. Bart is a fraud and needs to be shut down!

I dont even want to give this place one star, if you are looking for a place to get a car.. this isnt the place to do it. The lady at the counter, I believe her name is Tina, is not only very rude but has done nothing lie and make threats towards me and my husband( telling him that bart came into where I work on the 30th of October and told me I had to have the full payment for our car when I wasnt even at work that day for example). She even told us that she would work with us as far as the payments are concerned but now shes laughing about it and denying it? .. keep in mind I have not received my first paycheck yet. She is saying that she can still come tow the car even if I put a little money towards the said payment, I am actually about to go in there and start recording her just to let others know how she treats people they do business with. If you want a place that will show you respect and work with you, dont bother with this place.. save yourself the trouble.
