John was great to deal with and I am sorry cant remember mechanics name but at least they both listen to what I had to say and looked in to it more and got it fixed for sure. They let me know a few other things I am grateful for. They also had a car to fit me needs that I was able to use till mine was done where I live out of town. Thanks again for everything.

Appointments take way longer then told it would take. That is why you make an appointment so that the rest of the day schedule would work but took way to long then it had to. Techs are great just need to take appointments in order not take in another car in front of one’s appointment!
Arrived at my appointment that my sales person had set up for me and they couldn’t find my reservation. The reservation had been booked for a different day at a different time. After driving an hour to get to this appointment I expressed that I couldn’t come back another day. It was decided to come back in an hour and they would squeeze me in: the service staff did what they could to make everything right but did not show good team work and said I should have just scheduled with them that my sales person is not in the service department. I expressed that I was told to contact him as he would ensure that my oil change was free after purchasing my vehicle from Midway. I waited close to an hour for my oil change to be done. The tv in the waiting room also kept showing up with an error on the screen and that was annoying.
We contacted the dealership with our problem and they were able to order the parts and get them coming. We were notified as soon as they were in and had an appointment set up to meet our needs. Vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and we picked it up. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks

I was driving cross country on I-80 in my old suburban when my crank position sensor gave up the ghost. They got me in and back on the road in a couple hours at a fair price. Very happy customer to say the least!
One of the worst dealership experience. Was passed around from salesperson to salesperson. Then get one to return calls and talk to the finance guy. He tells me that I have to take of a few things. Do that and stop back to be to told by a different finance person that the first one doesnt know how things work and he was wrong. Told them ok would go elsewhere and not worry about. To find out after I left that he ran my credit without asking. I will never do business with them. I wish I could 0 stars.
Id made my appointment the week before, and when I pulled into the alley at 1:15, they were ready for me. I sat in the waiting room for a bit, then wandered around and visited with Kim, who helped me with an OnStar issue Id had after the service was done. Always a pleasure to visit Midway.

While I was waiting for a brief 20 min for my oil change, I witnessed them telling a customer they could find nothing wrong with her car, most likely had just been snow packed under the car causing it to drive that way. Believe me I’m sure they looked it over very thoroughly because she had been there for over an hour. Now that’s integrity you can count on!
It took a couple of trips, but everything on our car is now fixed. They even vacuumed the floorboards before returning the car to us! The customer lounge has a variety of seating arrangements and was more than adequate for our wait.

Everything was fine in my visit except for the fact you charged me $205 labor and my car was not even in your shop 1 1/2 hours. I guess you charged me labor just to look at the car and that makes no sense but I guess thats the way you make your money and I have no choice. Hope you paid the mechanic well but I know he did not get very much of that $205. Thank you for fixing my car everything was great except your labor charges.

Sales people were great. Been waiting to write a check for two hours and still waiting. Ridiculous!!! Do not need financing, just to write a check.Definitely need ALL DAY when you decide to buy. Only one finance person in the building.Would have been 5 stars except for that.We were in the cubicle before 10 am, knowing what we wanted, and wanting to pay cash. We pulled out of the lot at 12:29.

The general sales manager, Heath, texted me to let me know one of my children had left a coat behind and they would mail it to me. Will definitely return to this dealership when purchasing our next vehicle even though it’s 3 hours from home. Worth the trip!

We bought a car there. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was willing to negotiate price and gave us a fair trade in price for our car.
We took encore in with 3600 miles on it because it used a quart of oil and would smoke on cold starts. When we took it out we put 70 miles on it, turned a corner and light came on for oil pressure to turn off engine. Oil was all over the engine and I had to put 2 quarts of oil in! 2 quarts for 70 miles because someone did not do their job right on replacing the valve cover. Now my wife does not trust her very first NEW car because that light came on and oil was all over. next time I will pay extra for the same vehicle elsewhere
Took in my sons truck in to get it fixed recently and he paid $1,162 for it to have the same issue. And $79 for a diagnostic that is supposed to determine the issue of the vehicle which I guess it didn’t because it still has the SAME ISSUE.

The service department either commits fraud or they have incompetent service techs. Do NOT take your car here for repairs. Instead of fixing a $500 issue they said it was another issue that cost me $3400. Then the car was right back in the shop two weeks later to fix the $500 issue. But they did offer me a whopping 10% discount due to their mistake. Seriously do NOT waste your money!!!! Currently filling a complaint with the State of Nebraska AG. We will see where that goes before pursuing other options.Update: their joke of a manager called and just apologized. No resolution or accommodation. They could have refunded my labor on the second repair but nothing. Don’t be pushed around and ripped off by these folks.
We were able to renew our lease and get in to a new vehicle. Kim was awesome to work with and she made us feel at home.
I was driving on I80 from Chicago to northern California when one of my wheel bearings nearly collapsed and along with it a cascade of issues that rendered my car undrivable. I called Midway and brought it in the next morning and despite how busy they were they fixed my car by early afternoon. They really helped me by having it done that day and my car drives as smooth as it did 50k miles ago. Cheers Midway, thanks again for your amazing service!

Nathan, the salesman I dealt with, was over the top with doing his all to answer questions and get answers. He made it one of the most seamless vehicle buys I have had. He was on top of getting my new pickup ready, and helping me get stuff gathered up and out of my old pickup.

Not overly happy with the Certified Warranty they said came with the car. I feel they tricked me into thinking its a GM Cadillac certified warranty when it is actually THEIR certified warranty which isnt nearly as good I am finding out.GM Certified is a 12 month bumper to bumper and of course at 6 months and 2 weeks I am having an issue. I took my car to the dealer in the town I live in and found out the hard way, the issues are NOT covered. After calling the dealership twice, to be transferred to nobody answering calls at that point.
The dealership was great to work with putting a new motor in our 2013 Chevy Equinox they let us know everything that we needed to do to make it run correctly. I do think that GM would have made a recall on the motor because of the issues that it is causing people. Our car was just a little bit better that we had too many miles on it before it happened so they would not stand behind the problem. Was here for over 2hrs to have new tires put on and balance them it took 3 weeks to get them after they were ordered I pay the bill and go have lunch and I see that the tires arent what I ordered I go back to midway Chevrolet to find out what the deal was they told me they couldnt do anything about the tires so never again will I do business with them

On Wednesday, October 16, at about 5:50 p.m., as we were driving through Kearney, we noticed that we had a headlamp out. We stopped in Midway to purchase a new bulb, but when informed of what it took to do it, decided to have them replace the bulb. The Service Department closed at 6:00 but their staff stayed until they got the job done, one staff member who was supposed to be off work, stayed to replace it for us. I cant imagine how many times we would have been stopped for only having one headlight that night as we drove to Colorado. The staff of the Service Department was amazing, friendly and very helpful as the five of us piled out of the car and invaded the waiting area with our meals that we had bought to eat in the car. Amazing young men, I believe Joe and Joe were their names and there were a couple of others that we didnt get the names of. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road with both headlights and being so helpful to us. We truly appreciate it.

1 star is generous. With 40 minutes before their service department closes. Its pretty sad the a business can’t and is not willing to stay 15 minutes to 20 minutes late to help people who are traveling, especially a women and 3 children with no ac in a vehicle that is 500 mile away from home. If I owned the dealership I would be proud to have that guy in the service department work for me. The best is when he made the comment if you could have gotten here 45 minutes early we could have looked at it.
The sales manager was a complete jerk to my husband and I when inquiring about negotiations on prices. I have never been somewhere where they are so rude. Highly do not recommend them. Showing a vehicle that had not been repaired or cleaned and asking an outrageous amount for it. Thats ok though I ended up purchasing a newer year, way less miles for about 3,000 more. Lost a major sale.

We had a great experience. Wed been shopping for a few months and the staff was super great at letting us know when they had anything that might be of interest to our family. At one point they called about a car, but then called back the next day to let us know it wouldnt be available because it didnt pass their inspection process. THIS WAS HUGE to me. To know that they werent comfortable selling something just to make a sale, and instead making sure we were offered a dependable vehicle. When we finally got out to visit and test drive the vehicle we eventually bought, the staff was amazing and kind. They even offered to wash our current vehicle free of charge, just because! The negotiation was simple and painless. We would buy from them again any time!

Routine service was quick, but I thought my car would come back to me washed and vacuumed. I’m disappointed that wasn’t done.
They changed engine oil and filter, serviced transmission rear differential and transfer case. Work was completed before the time promised. Exceptional service.

I ordered a few parts for a vehicle, they arrived quickly and I was able to recieve them even the next day. I also got an alignment and while they were doing it the technitian actually paid attention to my vehicle and noticed a red fluid leak from the engine bay and under the car. They notified me and brought me out fearing I had a transmission leak. I really appreciate the attention to detail and transparancy of this company but the technician did used a vice grip to adjust a pin on my vehicle when he should have used a torx bit...

My family and I were traveling and a cover came loose under our car was dragging. It would have been a 30 second fix but they turned us away. Terrible customer service from the repair desk.
