Love taking my Pitties for a Pup Cup. Would like if they would stay open later

It was great. Just a 35 minute wait in the drive thru. They always make the peanut butter blast for me even though it isnt on the menue anymore.

Always out of something, definitely the worst DQ Ive ever been to. Id recommend going somewhere else.

You need to get your poor workers a cone or sign so they are able to block off the drive way when you close. We pulled in at 9 and they were still serving ice cream but had to close by time we got to the speaker.

Best shakes around. I will drive 40 miles to this one before I go to our local DQ

Don’t go here if you want to eat at their patio. They only help drive thru customers. 5 cars passed and got their items. We stood there 15 mins with out a word from anyone working there.

Rude service and the ice cream did not taste right

At the time of our visit it was drive thru only. The staff was fast and accurate. The line moved quickly.

Waited 20 minutes in line just to be told that they are closed for the night.

Wasnt crazy about ice cream. Wasnt creamy. Tasted like ice milk. Poor guy needs help. He was only one working.

Waited in the drive thru line to give them our order 15 minutes before the drive thru closed and they were closed up and the employees never said anything and just watched us sit there. The line of cars behind us was so long it was in the street and they all stopped to give their order while the employees just looked at them.

The only place I eat ice cream, great flavours, worth the wait

Ordered a shake and got what looked like milk with flavoring. Shakes should be somewhat thick not just straight liquid.

Couldnt give less than a one star rating or I would have. Service was extremely slow !!!When we got to the drive up window we found out why the service had been so slow.They had one person working there and they were literally doing everything. Taking orders, filling the orders and taking the money for the orders.SHAME ON YOU DAIRY QUEEN 😢😢😤😤😡😡Hats off to the person that was working all by themselves, you did a great job trying to handle all of the business that was thrown at you. 👍👏

The poor guy was working by himself and it was very busy, but he was still very pleasant and professional.

The ice cream was good. Sorry to say the value is week. They weigh everything and its small but at the prices have gone up. Good luck.

I went through drive through and handed the cashier my card. She takes an order while holding onto my card and when she gives it back no receipt doesn’t even asks if i wanted the receipt which I did want it. The dude handed me my cone it was so lopsided that a few bites in it falls off the cone. And I also asked for a thick coating of cherry and barely any. And when I tired to call it rings and rings even though there are 3 employees and 1 car in drive through, they answered and hung up right away.

I gave the drive thru person my order 4 times. He read it back wrong all 4 times. We cancelled the order and went to McDonalds. It looked like it was a decently busy place and I could have just been grumpy from driving for 9 hours straight, but I didnt have the patience to repeat the order a fifth time.

They dont seem to get very many orders correct. Ice-cream was worth the hassle :)

This place have not only the simple window for the orders, but drive through too. It is really comfortable. All products tastes great and the prices are normal.

We go here often, the employees are efficient and my dog loves the pup cups!

I cam to Dairy Queen on the south side of Kearney. The Manager JD helped my girls and I. Very Poor customer service I had to tell him 4 times what I wanted to order, and I asked for lids and a drink carrier also when I ordered. I ordered 4 medium blizzards (for 4.19) when I orderedI also stated I had a cat card, which states you buy one blizzard at normal prices you get the second for .99 well JD told me my order total was 21.54! How is that possible??? After paying they gave me 3 of my blizzards with no lids, spoons or drink carrier, And told me thanks. I asked for my blizzard I was missing, spoons and a drink carrier. JD only brought back the last blizzard and the spoons. So I asked for a drink carrier again. He then slammed the glass window in my face and I could hear him yell to his employees, Now She Wants a F***ing drink carrier! One of the other employee came to the window without a carrier and asked me to pull around, by then I was in tears. I pulled around and waited 15 minutes for them to bring out a carrier, that didn’t happen. I finally walked up to the window and gave them there melted blizzards and told them I wanted my money back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH DAIRY QUEEN SOUTH!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Went to the drive through at 9 pm, sat there for 10 minutes with two cars behind me. Waited and waited. Nobody came on the intercom thing. Drove up to thw window and their window was locked and the blinds were down but out the front window an employee was looking at us. Once i left, i called the store and they said they were open until 10 pm. If there is still an hour until close why the hell are you ignoring paying customers. Never returning

Came off the interstate and wanted to get food but realized it was ice cream only, no big deal. Ordered a small vanilla cone. There were two cars in front of me and it took about 10 minutes to get to the window. And once I came to the window the employee gave me an ice cream cone and the ice cream was hard, not soft like soft served. Then ran my card and walked away from the window. From start to finish it took 20 minutes to get an ice cream cone. I was disappointed. Im not sure if they didnt have staff today, if the staff working was new or if this is just how that location runs.

I ordered a strawberry banana shake got a smoothie. Ordered a cappuccino moolatte got a mocha this is the second time they get my order wrong i even asked the lady before hand if what she gave me was a cappuccino cause it clearly didnt look like it she lied to me and told me it was. I dont like chocolate and I dont appreciate being lied to when Im paying you for what i ordered.

Lazy staff who seem bothered by customers continually bothering them trying to give them money. I watched them turn away a customer because his order needed to be hand made and was too hard for the staff to bother with. Not a lot of options in town so people put up with poor service.

Slow service. Expect to wait. It is usually faster to drive to the North DQ instead of waiting here.

Quick and easy location for some quick ice cream! No food is available at this location just an FYI for interstate visitors.

This dairy Queen is ice cream only,I did find out there is also a full menu D.Q. in town if looking for a meal.

I ordered a medium blizzard and paid for a medium but received a small. I did go back and looked at me like i was wrong.

Waited in driveway thru for a half hour and I was the third car in line ridiculous.

Drive-thru staff is above par

Food was all correct and they even listened to our partys peanut allergy issue.
