I absolutely adore K-town Cakes!! Their treats are beyond amazing, the cakes are works of art, and the cupcakes are DELICIOUS! My husband proposed to me here using a cake, we had them serve our wedding, and I have also ordered from them many times for different events. Just looking at the pictures of my cakes makes me emotional because they were such a big part of my life. Every single time I have been more than happy with the desserts, customer service, and ordering process. Oh, and order a cinnamon roll, you won’t regret it!!! ❤️

You have GOT to visit this perfectly quaint bakery if youre in the Kearney area. Because of the COVID-19 epidemic, my only experience has been picking up orders curbside, but they have NOT disappointed. The staff is friendly and accommodating and their creations are not only perfectly lovely, they taste delicious! They even custom made lemon meringue cupcakes we were craving.

Ill take one of everything! From sweet treats in the afternoon to birthday cake and holiday desserts, KTown Cakery has it all! And their ice cream is awesome too!

If you see it on Pinterest, or have a unique idea, you can count on these ladies to deliver! Very affordable, very friendly and easy going staff, and the cakes taste as good as they look! As far as their bakery take-and-go items, I have yet to eat something there that wasn’t delectable! You won’t regret any of it. They even make gluten free bars (And other items) that will rock your tastebuds!

Oh my gosh they made my son’s graduation cake and it was awesome!! Showed the girls the picture and were able to replicate it perfectly! It was of a “utility lineman” climbing a pole. And it was delicious☺️ The entire party loved it❤️

The cake I ordered was a promotion cake. It was the most immaculate cake that I’ve ever seen! Everyone at the ceremony loved it :)

Our cake decoration order was wrong on 2 out of 3 cakes. Sho I had to return the next day to pick up corrected cakes. 1 of 2 was corrected, they didnt have time for the other. They offered a small discount (12.5% of the total) and expressed regret, but didnt hesitate to make excuses either.I drove straight to the reception site and arrived 1/2 hour before the first gusts. And guess what, the cakes were DRY. 2 out of 3 were nearly inedible and lots of expensive cake was thrown away by our guests. I dont know if this their typical method of operation or a passive aggressive attempt to damage us for expecting our order to be correct and pointing out that they messed up 2/3rds of our orders decorations. How do you dehydrate a cake to that extent? I dont know, but I could imagine various techniques.Im out $200 for the cakes plus over 2 hours of my familys time and fuel to travel to Kearney twice. My daughters party hopes were not completely fulfilled and or guests left with a disappointing experience. Thank goodness they are understanding and gracious.The potential is there for this to be a successful operation and the artistic talent needed to create beautiful confections is evident. I really wanted this to be great cake and hope they can get their act together but I know that I wont be going back or recommending them either.Proceed with caution. Hopefully your experience goes better than mine.

Best cinnamon rolls I have ever had. Super yummy treats as well. Havent tried the cake yet, but I am sure they are equally as delicious! Beware the cinnamon rolls are huge (not a bad thing in my book) and only available on friday and saturday.

What the heck is wrong with this establishment?? We had an issue with the money transaction so we went back to try and settle it and figure out what went wrong. Instead we were interrupted by the owners niece and told us that we were wrong. One she had nothing to do with the situation. Her unneeded input and mumbling under her breathe is both childish and unprofessional. You call her a manager? I know for a fact Im not the first customer who have had issues with customer service here and Im pretty sure its the same rude women. She didnt apologize in any way and the owner even defended her actions. Treating customers with disrespect is not the way to run a business. We also gave them a review on Facebook that has disappeared?? They arent even taking responsibility for there mess ups or bad employees. So disappointed. Expected more.

Didnt really know what we wanted for 2 separate small weddings for friends that were just going to court house to be married but they showed us the way very quick then we had wrong pick up day called them and they had everything all ready when we arrived to pick up
