Manager was awesome, she helped me jump my car when the battery died while loading up. Was responsive throughout tenancy and was friendly every time. Highly recommend, only moved out cause we moved out of the area.

The original owners of this location were very nice and kept the location clean and free of pests. The current owners Storage Etc. Dont care, plus pests are rampant. I had storage with this location for more than 6 years and after they took over our rent jumped $30 when we were originally paying $67 for our unit. They did mention to my wife that each year they would raise the rates enough to force people to pull their items out due to the rent being too high. I can understand raising rent due to property tax but raising just to gouge your tenants is wrong. I would rather drive 100 miles out of my way to find a better company than to ever rent from this company again. Also after pulling all of our things out of the unit we found that a mouse or rat had chewed into a box of ours and destroyed an item in that box.

Super fair pricing they even sometimes have specials where the unit is a $1 for the first month. Good units.

Absolutely love the customer service and how kind and patient Maryourie is at the Kearns location. Professional and to the point with getting me in earlier then planned and also in the office signing was a breeze. In and Out. Love the physical space and was ready the moment I was done signing the paperwork. 💚💚

Storage Etc in Kearns has a really friendly and professional staff. They care about what is going on with you and dont just treat you like another number in their system. On top of that they are very knowledgeable and if they dont know something they do their best to find the answer. 5 stars!

Great pricing. Moving in was easy. A lot of storage places struggle with security problems but i feel like storage etc kearns does a great job securing their facility compared to others. Have stored my boat here and never had any problems. 5/5

Ive been a customer at this facility for a few years off and on now and something must have changed in the management the staff in the officedid change there is new people in there and somebody had gotten my code and I was uninformed of it for the safety of my things that are facility they took drastic measures in kicking me out and not letting me know about security problems that were happening in that were and even me I tried to talk to the manager to see what was going on but they proceeded in making me feel unappreciated as a customer and unsafe for my belongings I give them minus five stars if I could give them any less I would for this facility has changed drastically especially in the office the old employees made you feel at home and welcome it does not feel like that anymore and the cleanliness of the facility has gone way downhill they went from 5 to 0 in the matter of a year is sad to say I will never recommend this place to anybody again Im

Have been a customer for several years. Never had any issues until recently. Issue was minor and management was VERY quick to resolve the situation. Updates were given to me at every step along the resolution process. Thanks again for the quick, timely, and pleasant resolution.

Easy access and friendly staff, the manager was able to help me decide on what size unit I needed and get me moved in the same day. also loved seeing security cameras everywhere, make me feel alot better about storing my stuff here.

We have used these storage units multilabel time for long term and short term use. There new Manager, at this location was very knowable, friendly and helpful. There units are always very clean and well take care of.

Easy to set up and available when I need it to be. RV parking is more reasonable than any other Ive found.

There are people living in their units. I understand how living in a storage unit is probably better than on the street. However, it pushed my potential business elsewhere.

Local, self-storage. Attendant was very helpful. I rented online and inadvertently chose a parking spot instead of a storage unit. He was understanding and easily made the changes I needed and helped me get omw quickly, w/no fuss. Only reason I gave 4 stars vs. 5 is the $1/first mo rent. The $1 only covers the REMAINDER OF THE CALENDAR MONTH. I rented the end of Jan (the 27 or so) and the auto bill for the whole amt for Feb was debited to my acct on the 2/2. Thats was not explained to me. It was more like $1/first WEEK (NOT /month.) That is the way I do math anyway.

I am changing my review, the place seems to be going downhill. The guy seems nice at first but has a real attitude problem, Im considering moving.

Esigned my lease, but it took 11 days for my gate code to FINALLY allow me access, just to find a mystery padlock on my unit; stifling me, yet again, from being able to store my belongings. TRUE: being able to handle all the paperwork, online, was EXTREMELY convient. TRUE: The pro-rated move-in cost was affordable and fair. HOWEVER, as I mentioned, it has been INCREDIBLY INCONVENIENT trying to, actually, get moved in... Maybe my experience isnt common enough to be good example of what to expect from Obviously, decide for yourself. The place seems secure and its very clean. Having only spoken to Stephanie (management?) Over the phone, so far, she seems like a nice enough woman. At any rate, today is Saturday, I wont be able to speak with Stephanie until Monday morning (13 days after signing) at which point I surely hope I am compensated for the 2 week Ive been unable to move in.... time will tell....

Bad customer service

I am absolutely blown away about the level of service provided! Stephanie was incredibly nice and very helpful, she helped my daughter find the right size for what she needed! The reason I bring this up is that we went somewhere else first and they tried to put my daughter in the biggest unit, saying that she had too much to fit in a ten by ten. We came to Storage Etc and she advised a ten by ten would be perfect, and it was just right! Im very impressed and will recommend to anyone I can!

Stephanie has been a great help to me the 6 months Ive been here. Im having to get a leather unit today and working with Stephanie has been easy, painless and helpful. I recommend spare etc to anyone.

Im glad I was able to get a storage unit without having to go in, the lady on the phone was polite and helped me with it.

Best place to store, I used them last winter and Im using them again. Ive had no issues, and the place is secure. Stephanie is a great gal and is always nice and understanding. Shes part of the reason I like storing here, the last place I stored the manager was a creep and the assistant was really rude.

Im pleased with my choice to rent here, the office girl is nice and the guy is nice too and they are very attentive. I see them both working hard when I come by. The shed and facilities are clean safe and well priced.

Stephanie was very helpful and understanding. The unit we rented was clean and everything we stored was in perfect condition when we took it out of storage. I would definitely go back in the future.

This place is the tops! I didnt want to store anything but and everyone knows caca happens, I needed something fast and I went to a few places and just got the run around. I was looking to store a whole house of stuff and everyone else seemed to be not right, a ton of bad vibes from people. I felt at ease as soon as I walked into the office!! Stephanie was super sweet and helped me out, the place is locked down like fort Knox! I know my stuff is safe lol! The place is clean and it sound odd to say about an outside storage place but it really is, and I was really surprised at the low cost. in short rent form here!

I have to say this place is awesome, really secure, clean, better value than other places nearby, and its close to major roads. The girl in the office is super nice and knowledgeable, the only thing that I dont like is that the school causes entry problems...
