New tire that was placed here was damaged after a week due to it rubbing against the shock. The rest of the staff was very well-mannered and empathetic but the owner was the first to say there’s nothing he can do and was very unapologetic. I asked if they don’t check if the tires spin freely after being placed and he said not all the time, even though I paid also for rotation and balance. He started shaving my shocks (turns out there is gas inside there and should not have been altered) even though I suggested spacers. Thanks to one of the employees talking him into not shaving my shock further and adding a spacer he did. I’m really glad a friend caught this in time before the tire exploded somewhere.
