After going to countless dealers I found these guys and they were able to get me a car with all the things I needed (low miles, good on gas and easy to drive etc.) and stayed within my price range!!! Hands down the best dealers I have been to so straightforward with everything. I called Towne Auto Sales last week for details on an SRT8 Jeep. Being a couple hours away, out of state, I asked LOTS of pointed questions so as to not waste my time or theirs. Nick was extremely helpful and answered all my questions right away. Feeling hopeful, I traveled down to the dealership to test drive the Jeep. Everyone was easy going, down-to-earth, no pressure whatsoever at any point. We quickly agreed on a price and completed the transaction. My bank was not able to get the funding completed, because it was late in the day, so the owner offered to deliver the car to me FOR FREE the following day! They even washed and waxed the Jeep, and gave it an oil change the next morning prior to delivery. Nick communicated the transaction and delivery status with me the entire way through, and then called me immediately after delivery to be sure I was happy. Unbelievable service from this dealership! Very well established place! I buy many cars from Towne Auto Sales with knowing that its reputation superseded its service and they really do have good service. Any problems that comes about with my vehicles the owner will have someone look at it right away. I feel very secured when I buy vehicles from the company they have good cars to sell.

For starters I just wanna say that this dealership is awesome. I recently bought a 2001 Honda Accord Ex coupe from here and it’s my new baby. Before purchase the owner John went out of his way to bring the car down to me just to check it out and I live almost three hours away so this was extremely convenient. After deciding that it was the car I wanted the owner also made sure the oil was fresh, the brakes were gone over and he also did a paint correction as well on the hood and trunk and it was flawless. After two weeks of owning I did run into a check engine light but after getting into contact with the dealership they came and picked it up the same day and fixed all the problems on it without question. I have huge plans for this car and this dealership did an amazing job in helping me out. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a car, your not going to find a better dealer/ customer service with an owner that cares about the product he sells.

Towne auto sales, what can I sayLet’s see extravagance, professionalism, the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I buy a new car every year if not one then multiple Vehicles so let’s say I go threw a bunch. That being said, I truly never had such a great and easily executed deal . I found a couple of Mercedes I liked I called and spoke to John he was nothing but calm cool and easy to deal with. He went the extra mile to see if the cars were a fit and when I still couldn’t decide over the phone or online he said instantly, well why don’t I send them to your home so you and the family could see them in person. When I agreed within about 2 hours, I mean fast both cars were here at my home about 40 minutes away from their shop so we can examine them test them and so on, then we still loved them both and couldn’t decide I made a choice on one and over night after all papers were already done we changed our mind at this point we felt bad but these guys didn’t even bat an eye about having to do all papers over again. They truly just wanted us to be satisfied and happy, which made us feel like more than customers and more like family truly, david was excellent, John was the best, and the drivers were loved by my family and again were patient and amazing and when it came to signing papers Butch was one of the drivers, came with everything needed and it was honestly a 10 minute process to finish it all and it was done . No sitting in a dealer while they pretend to give you a good deal and bs you while they act like they are going to managers office to get you a better deal nothing like that at all . I wish I could give more than 5 stars because I would easily give 10 I may write another review just to give them another 5 stars, I am already looking to purchase another vehicle less than a week later and will tell all I know in the market to go to John . I will be back over and over again . Thank you guys so much you truly made my family and my wife so happy .

Everything about the dealership is incredible. They have a gorgeous collection of cars. I bought a 2006 Chrysler Crossfire from them and could not be any happier with the car. You can tell the owner takes a ton of pride in his inventory and it shows. They didn’t push me into the car at all, not that they needed to. Once I decided I wanted the car, Dave took care of everything faster than I could have expected and got me out of there in my new car. The next time I need a car, without a doubt I’m going back there first.

I bought a 1986 Cadillac Coupe DeVille with 34,000 miles from Towne Auto. My mechanic said the engine was flawless... all I needed was the air conditioning recharged. Bob was a great salesman and gentleman. When I first went to look at the car it was cold and rainy. He got the keys and started the car for my girlfriend to get in and get some heat. From beginning to end they went above and beyond even clearing up an issue with my insurance company. Towne Auto is definitely a class act.

This is a stand up operation - they do what they say and are upfront. Had a rare car of the exact type I wanted and they held the car with deposit until I could make time to travel from Florida. I had bought a 2003 Ford F-250 Diesel here 5 years ago with intension on starting a business. I had bought it outright and as I was leaving it had ran out of fuel due to a bad level sensor. They sold me a 3rd party warranty and said it would be covered. Well the warranty covered the fuel pump and on these trucks the pump is not in the tank so they did not cover it, it needed front end work which the warranty wanted to replace it with used parts. The following morning when i started the truck it had a very rough idle and started to smoke but once warmed it cleared up. I had it looked at and it had bad injectors, over time that cracked a piston and I needed a new motor. now 5 years later I am on a forth motor and the entire truck had to have the suspention redone, it has been sitting for the last 2 and a half years all because the warranty that they sold me and told me would cover everything did not cover anything because it was a diesel. when I tried to get my money back for just the warranty they said they couldnt do that. This place is a scam!!! They knew the problems with the vehicle and had it already warmed up when I went to see it so I would not know about these problems. Then since they made me sign a paper saying all says are final and it was sold without a warranty from them there was nothing I could do. i am now in debt over 40k on a truck that was sold to me for 14k. used motors were 4k now i went with a new motor which was 11k not including labor, now 5 years later the problem is narrowed down to the wiring harness for the injectors. I would NOT reccomend anyone to go here or get suckered into their warranty company C.A.R.S. I am VERY upset now since I trusted them on a vehicle that I was going to make money with and now I have lost soo much that I cant afford to start a reposession company anymore
