Went in Feb ‘21 for a repair… issue returned in April so I take it again and even though it was the same issue I still paid with no complaints because they “fixed it before I got there”… the issue returned two weeks ago so I make an appointment where they tell me it will take 3hrs. They hold the car for 5 hours and when I call for an update they tell me they were too busy to figure it out. When I go to pick up the car and talk to the owner he blatantly ignores me, then takes a call so I wait. After several minutes one of his staff members tells me he’s too busy to speak with me. I call the owner and he sends me to a voicemail box he hasn’t set up yet. They do the work without your approval and expect you to pay. They do not keep records. They do not give receipts unless you ask. They do not show you the work they completed so you must take them at face value. I give them 2 stars because they do have a good mechanic unfortunately he needs to work on his attitude. I have a 3 strikes rule and today’s incident earned them this review rating. If you need a tire plugged this is your place.

They are quick and reliable. Honestly suprised by the quality of their work. I will be coming back again for sure.

This place is horrible I called at least three times the guy hangs up every time. Ask if they sell vehicles and he always says the boss is in here call back tomorrow. They are very unprofessional

I call the guy before i go asking him the price for the tire i need he said come to the shop i have it when i went there he came to see my tire but he did not give attention to the tire instead he told me your break caliber is broken i told him my break is not my request where is the tire he said with a nasty way he does not have it and it takes an hour to order it.and his price was too high so i left the place to a center shop .my break and caliber was fine and i got my tires installed . so i call the kearny auto back showing him that he is not honest and taking advantage of people.and i agree with all the negative reviews and i bet the positive ones are from his friends

If i could give this place negative stars thats what they deserve. I simply called just to get a price of how much they would charge to change a tire I already purchased and the mechanic who answered the phone gave me the nastiest attitude and refused to put a customer service representative on and said I must go in the office which is ridiculous the weather is disgusting outside and obviously I wouldn’t be calling if I could drive to their place. They are completely unprofessional and I would highly recommend you use a place in Newark it’s cheaper anyways than using these clowns.

I was very pleased with the service and the price their team of mechanics were very professional. I also like how I was updated periodically on the service of my vehicle. I highly recommend them.

I had an emergency at 8:30 at night - a nail in my tire & I needed to drive 3 hours away at 6am to attend to a family emergency. I called and he was getting ready to close but told me to come anyway- he fixed my flat and charged me a ridiculously low price. I was so humbled at the generosity of staying open late, and not gouging me on price when he knew I was having an emergency. I shared my gratitude and told him how much it meant to me and a detail about my family emergency and he offered to pray for my family. There are good people in this world and I was just lucky enough to meet one of them. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

Never!!! I repeat Never!!!! buy a car from this place they sell damaged vehicles that assume to be in good condition promise a warranty that’s not backed up and will have their fake mechanics fix something they know nothing about the only thing they are good for is changing tires but I repeat NEVER EVER EVER EVER!!!! Shop here they are scammers

Work there and the owner is not good with costumers and he charges a lot for little things is more expensive. I recommend that you go some place else

Did over 400.00. Of damage to my vehicle used crowbar to get into car when mechanic left keys on seat.

Very friendly staff and prompt to help.I had a screw in a tire and I put a plug on it but had to fill up the tire every 2 days and wanted to fix it with a patch.Went ETD tire center in Schuyler ave and they didn’t wanted to fixed it they said after you put a plug on it the only fix is a new tire.I won’t go back to ETD when I need new tires but this guys have my business for whatever I need!

Had a nail in my tire late night and managed to get in contact with this place. He patched my tire and saved me a TON of hassle/stress. Friendly guy and knew what he was doing.

Nasty attitude. I only asked to talk to a supervisor and they say then can’t tell me who he is that I have to go and talk to a worker and they can tell me what the owner would say. I was trying to help them with Business and that’s how they talked to me. As you may know when you talk about business it’s between the owner and you not the employees and you .

I had a flat tire and I was in and out. Great service.

I normally go to a tire shop in the next town but I wasn’t feeling like driving.. so I stopped in first thing I noticed that the young man was manually removing my tires no air tools. Next they take the tire off and check it ..he tell me that I need to replace the tire I said no problem so I asked him how much for the tire he tells me the price which I thought was a little steep so I was just thinking.. the owner tells the guy well if he’s not going to do it then put the tire back on. At this point he then proceeds to ask me if I want to have the tire replaced but since he pretty much made the decision for me I said no. I wanted to give the young man who took the tire off a tip ..I didn’t have any change on me so I apologize And started to back out of their driveway when the young man comes up to my window and says Owner says you have to pay. By this point I am a little confused about paying for what so he says that I have to pay $10 cause he took my tire off.. all I have to say is wow. Would never go back to this place and that they would not recommend it ..😱

Went to get my tires changed here and had a horrible experience. The teenagers working in the garage didn’t even know how to change a valve stem and the boss was not available. Very poor customer service.
