I must say that I experience the absolute best customer service you could ask for! I would like to thank McCoy so much for his help! I not only was able to successfully switch over from T-Mobile, but I was also able to port over my existing phone number in addition to getting a little upgrade ( an early birthday present!) He is an amazing person who knows how to treat his customers! Verizon please give this man a raise or some perks for his services! He is definitely well deserving.

Emanuel (Manny) was such a great help with assisting my family and I! He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable about the products/ company. When he did not know the answer to my questions, he guided us to the direction of where we can find one. We stood past closing time and not one time he made us feel rushed or as if we were a bother to him. Great customer service skills. Awesome job! The store was neat/ clean, everyone was practicing social distancing, and were wearing mask as well.

Upon my arrival their WIFI was down. The man, who i didnt even catch his name because he was rude from the door (tall, slim, long hair), didnt even give me his time to SIT DOWN and assist me. I was interested in an upgrade but due to my past due balance i didnt qualify. He was very short with his responses and when I mentioned my reasoning for the past due balance, because of the current PANDEMIC, his response was “ well if thats the case then you shouldn’t be looking to get a new phone then” as he slid my phone back to me across the table. I was extremely unsatisfied with the customer service he provided and WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE AGAIN!

Went in 7-23-2020 to upgrade my sons phone ended up upgrading mine also sales rep was awesome I think his name was Brian. I had a issue with my phone so had to come back the next day which Robert helped me. I had a unfortunate experience. I’m a Verizon Subscriber for many years. bought a new phone online I got the iPhone 12 was trying to set up and transfer my old phone information to my new phone went to the store the lady that was at the door said that I had to pay $20 in order for her to help me I asked her if she could help me put the screen protector on she said she cannot do that unless I bought a screen from her. This is not a Verizon store, it just sell Verizon products and has Verizon writing all over and don’t care about Verizon customers... stay away I would give 0 star if I could. What I can do is warn others.

My girlfriend and I both came in to get myself an upgrade as my iPhone X was acting up. Bryan at the Kearny, NJ location was great, no pressure to get any extra/unnecessary items. Long story short I was very close to switching carriers. He explained and made the whole process a breeze, even came out with a long over due upgrade for my girlfriend as well!

Never ever use this store, I ordered an iPad and they messed up my order and didnt even try to fix it. Stay away from this store, they are not really Verizon. The manager was helpful but the sales guy was very rude and unhelpful. Im warning you stay away from this store

This place is great. I desperately needed a phone so bad, like my phone was literally in pieces..long story lol‍ but the staff was so personable and kind. I believe I was being helped directly by the manager, his name was Robert, he provided all my options like insurance but I chose to upgrade because Lord knows I was overdue. I love my new Note 9 and Ill definitely recommend this place to anyone else in the area.

By far the worst customer service Ive experienced in my life. Only had one job to do was change old number to a new phone with post its on every phone describing which number for what phone couldnt get it right. If the guy had a name tag his name would be here but instead of paying attention to the customer he was messing with his phone which led to this. Now I have to spend hours talking to the port center to fix this. Great job victra 12-27-18 need new personal

My experience at this Verizon location was incredible !!! The Sales Representatives at this location were so friendly and so informative. I was greeted ever so kindly from the moment I opened the door and stepped foot inside. Ms. Kristina said to take a seat and that someone would be right with me. I was attended by Mr. Robert Noristz. His customer service was impeccable !!! He was very well trained and knowledgeable and answered every single question I asked without any hesitation. As I did prior research before I came in and he matched everything I researched and I left knowing even more !! Great location, will definitely be recommending this location to all the people that ask about it. Made me glad to be a Verizon customer and not want to switch my provider. Worth the wait for exceptional service !!!

Its not what you say, its how you say it. If the sale representatives werent as rude I perhaps would have made a five phone + 2 tablet purchase in this location. Sale reps were not helpful or well informed, I knew more based of my online research than they did. Sale Representative Robert, pretty much told me they didnt NEED my service so clearly, I took it somewhere else... to be specific, I came to HiPoint Wireless which is only 2 minutes away where they gladly took my seven lines and provided outstanding customer service.

I usually go to the one in Clifton but I gave this place a chance since it was closer..I came in to ask about promotions and I ended up upgrading my phone. Not going to lie I thought Id end up just walking out since Im so used to where I normally go but there was practically no wait in comparison and the salespeople were cool. I didnt feel like I was just another number. My girl needs a new phone too so Ill be back soon.

***Buyer Beware*** I would give less then one star but it is not allowed. Went in to change my plan to a family plan and it was never done. When asked why it was not changed they have no answer They tell you one thing and then tack on fees you never heard of. Example Redux single line fee? Never talked about. Also was told they have a promo for a phone for $1 and then an invoice comes up for $260 . Do youself a favor and go to a REAL VERIZON store and avoid all of these headaches. Even verizon cant figure out what they did and is investigating.

My dad and I went Saturday,I was having trouble with my other phone,went to see if I could update,not only did I get an upgrade but a promotion was going on,I got my first ever tablet. The sales people were inviting as soon as we walked in. Brian.S was our sales person,he told us all about the different promotions(once he got the info about our package we have with verizon).He helped pick out my phone case(even suggested if I didnt see anything he would order something,send to the house),but he picked out one that had my name(spelt different),he picked out the screen protector and the case for my tablet.Brian also put the case and protector on my phone and tablet,transferred all my info on my old phone to the new one.Even as we were sitting at his desk and he was helping us,everytime the door opened he greeted all the customers(even the other salesman in the back did also). I would recommend this store to all my friends who have verizon and anyone else who does too.I would also suggest Brian.S as your salesperson too.I love my new phone and tablet ......

Went into this location & Adolfo helped me out with upgrading my phone....Howeverrr, the upgrade to the phone I got was a Motorola z2 . The only reason I upgraded my phone was to get the projector that comes with the phone through Motorola promos.Adolfo said he would/ had put in all the info for me to receive the promotion and get the projector delivered to my house . I called him various times and he is never available. This was in November 2017. Now August 2018 I still do the have a projector to the phone I got for a PROJECTOR & Motorola says he never put in the info for me to receive the promotion.I will never go back here or do business with this retailer because they slack and they get you to spend money with them to make a quick sale but dont deliver .

The manager of this store (Jeremiah Griffith) was the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. The store had NO idea what they were talking about, and they were completely unhelpful. I went to another Verizon store (after I almost cancelled our service) and they were most helpful and I was actuallyable to use my giftcards. Jeremiah told me I couldnt use my VERIZON gift cards to purchase a phone, and told me the transaction had to be cash only. When I asked him why, he simply said Thatsjust how it is. RIDICULOUS and Im pretty sure he was lying. I am writing a review on every website to ensure that this store gets a closer look because they are losing business.

This store is the worse i have ever been too. I went in, in July my husband upgraded his phone and the girl helping us said there was a great deal going on buy two iphones pay for only one so that is what we did. Got and iphone for my daughter and my husband and i brought a galaxy s8. The customer services rep didnt know what she was doing and we were there for 6 hours she finally got it together and told us that we would only be financing two phones my daughters phone would be free! Well needles to say we have been paying for three phones and have gone back and have called verizon and no one has done a damn thing about this ! store sucks and so do the people there also cant ever get a manager because all that work there are kids who have no clue on what they are doing !!!!!

Please save yourself and do not go there. This is not an official Verizon location. This is a retailer. They charge ridiculus fees that official verizon doesnt charge. But whats worse is that they lie just to sell products. I went to ask about DSL internet and the salesman (Anthony) offered us hotspot internet and claimed that it is better then DSL and that there is no data cap where after use of certain amount of data it will not make it slow down. However that was a lie, after use of 15GB the data slowed down drastically. When we found that out we went back to the store to talk to them and cancell the plan. The manager (Robert) or salesman (Anthony) did not claim any responsibility or remorse for them providing wrong information. They just told that that if we want to cancel there will be a restocking fee and cancellation fee. At the end the whole thing cost us close to $400 that we will not be able to get back.Please do not waste your time and money by going there. There is an offical Verizon location in Secaucus. Its better to take extra 10 min to go there and save your money and stress.Highly do not recomment!!!

BE AWARE - this is not an actual store it is a third party store for Verizon which means a lot more fees and stricter polices. They have it listed on their doors that they are authorized (most Verizon store around this area are unfortunately ). The closest Actual Verizon is in Secaucus. You can check on Verizon find store to make sure which one is authorized and which one is an actual Verizon. Your bill won’t even have a Verizon heading but Victra as heading.Now to my experience at this store. I went there with my brother looking for home internet and since we can only have DSL the rep said to get a 4g mifi hotspot because it will be faster then DSL. Also it came out cheaper to switch our phones to Verizon because together all it would come out cheaper. The rep claimed the hotspot will be 4g I and then my brother also asked him if the speed is capped on it and he said no. I also asked if there are any extra fees and he did not mentioned that on my bill there will be 3 $19.99 fees for step up and go (basically he put a SIM card to our phones and changed our phone numbers, also another fee for miwif those fees will be avoided at an actual Verizon, which I found out after speaking to reps at the actual location in Secaucus. This is where it went wrong, after a week of using 15gb our data on the 4g hotspot on mifi was capped at 600 kbps basically where we couldn’t do much on the internet. After going back to Verizon to encounter about this we spoke to the manager Robert, who did not seem to care. Robert just said I guess the employee that sold didnt know it or they just changed it. Robert took no responsibility that his employee provided us the wrong information. We would have not do all this hassle to switch over if we knew that the data is capped. It seemed like Robert does not care that his employee tell others wrong information as long as devices/plans get sold. As a manager he took no responsibility for this mistake, he acted like we just didn’t like the service while we were conned by this store to take their service on false informations being provided by his employee. As a manager his behavior was unacceptable. He really acted like he doesn’t care that his employee is telling others false information. Robert also said that we need to pay cancellation fee (a Verizon rep on the phone told us this is untrue because we are returning it within 14 days). Be careful they try charge you any fees they can, therefore go to an actual Verizon to avoid extra fees.In all we have spend 80$ in the store for step up and go, basically them putting in a SIM card and transferinf our phone numbers and we are still waiting for Verizon to bill us for activation fees (90$) and another amount for the two weeks of usage. And another fees for switching back to T-Mobile.Tip for Robert take responsibility for your employees. Work with your costumers, we know mistakes can happen, we all are humans. The second time we went there when Robert wasn’t there to give back mifi device restocking fee was waived and we appreciate stuff like this, but do not act like you are not responsible for your employees mistakes or lies. Step up and be a better manager.

Got my new smartphone from here. BEWARE! This is not an official Verizon store. I was fooled into coming here because of the Verizon Wireless sign outside. Since this is an authorized retailer, they stuck me with a BS $20 setup fee. Its an absolute money grab. I would have walked out if I didnt value my time. If you go to an official verizon store they do all the setup and transfer for free. 1 star is for the location and 1 star is for the good salesman in the store who was knowledgeable.

They aren’t direct store and they didn’t tell us in the beginning,after they charged me I realized they aren’t verizon and there is no sign to show you they aren’t the main store, they didn’t know how to activate phone and they charged me 34$ per line and it took 3 hours for activation,you have to spend 34$ there and verizon charge 40$ for activation separate, you can go to direct store and save 34$, they wasted my time and wasted my money.
