I rarely write reviews. Yet I felt compelled to write this one. I am a transit worker and get off late at night. I am exhausted and frustrated from the day. However, you have an employee by the name of Valerie. She is amazing. Most of the time that I go in there, she is working. She is courteous, friendly, and has a great smile. She also stays on top of the cleaning, stocking, and deliveries (I usually show up when deliveries come in). She is the bright spot to the end of my night. Keep up the good customer service Queen.

From what I remember the morning employees are nice but just recently I got some tequitos around 9pm and the older lady behind the counter was annoyed that she had to make some new ones (which took like 2 min). She told her coworker something like of course this weirdo etc.. That was pretty rude but after paying I just thanked her for her compliment.

Customers are not allowed to use the restroom!! So no more 7 eleven, from now on only wawa due they have a clean and open restroom every single location.

I went in to buy a gulp (large) . Screen said get this item for free use 1000 points. They robbed me. Said it wasnt working kept clicking the button trying to help me LOL ....points were going down 1000 at a time. Said I still had to pay very shady. I would never go back, there is 2 more 711 in 1 mile radius. Enjoy !

I have always had a great experience at this store. However I went there today and I was appalled at the fact that the store staff is not enforcing the wearing of masks as it is required in the state of New Jersey at this time. If you go right across the street to Foodtown there is somebody at the door stopping people from entering if they do not have a mask on. I certainly would not serve someone who walked in the store without a mask if I worked there. Be part of the solution not the problem!!!!

Over charged me. They don’t know how to give 5 for $4 deals or how to fix errors. before this time they gave raw chicken wings from hot rack. Store is dirty as hell. I guess 7 eleven doesn’t care about customer service anymore!!! This store used to be one of the better stores

Most employees are good workers. But the blonde female needs to stay off her phone. At 8 am people want to get in and out, not wait for you to finish a text on your phone to pay for our coffee.

Rude lady with attitude is working right now she didnt even give me my free coffee with my points she didnt answer when I said hello, no smile, no thank you on top of those she doesnt know how to use the screen I lost my free coffee
