Thomas and crew were professional and courteous. They clearly explained my options and answered my questions. My appointment was within 2 days of talking with them. I could not juggle things that quick and had to cancel the morning of. They were understanding and got me in there the next week. I dropped it off was called with in a few hours. I was greeted with a hello and pictures of the issue and of the repair. I actually felt like they appreciated my business. I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced and in less than 24 hours a member of the Safelite team (Chris) was in my driveway! He offered to come early and was extremely efficient. He was so polite and professional. While speaking to another team member, Tom, on the phone, I was given a discount when I told him I was paying out of pocket. He did not charge me for the travel to my house (I live in the middle of no where). I was honestly stunned by the generosity & level of professionalism. I would recommend Safelite to absolutely anyone. My brand new windshield was installed in 45 min and Chris did an amazing job!

Excellent experience with Safelite in Keene NH.I was stressed about adding windshield repair to my already overscheduled agenda but they were flexible with appointment options which was appreciated! Even more appreciated, they called to let me know they were finished, well over 2 hours before I expected it...YAY!Upon pickup, the first thing I did was thoroughly inspect for any marks or dirt on my interior and check the quality of work with a fine toothed comb. I have had a bad experience with another shop and I had been warned about chipped paint around a new windshield install. I am happy to report that they did an EXCELLENT job, leaving me with a clean car, a cleaner windshield than I brought it in with and the workmanship looks flawless.Super nice guy working there was courteous, offering snacks, beverages and taking the time to go over the repair and checking to be sure I am happy with the repair and process.I highly recommend them and appreciate them turning a negative experience of a broken windshield into a positive experience. When the job was done I noticed a big piece of sealant left on my car roof that I noticed when I got home as well as bits from the old sealent all over my dashboard, seats and center console. Cost of labor for a 2 hour window replacement at their shop was $124 which is $62 an hour. With a quick google search I found the average technician makes $20-$24 an hour. The window itself ended up costing far less then the online form suggested as well. Something is up here and I have yet to find any reasonable answer, I think Geico and Safelite are up to no good on this one!

With so many options of going for glass repair I went here because they had great reviews. I too would highly recommend. I had an 8AM appointment I arrived early for and they opened on time (which is awesome!). I had a call from their corporate booking office after I started an insurance claim to book an appointment. Patrick from the Keene location called me afterward to verify my car VIN to ensure they ordered the right parts. They are courteous, welcoming and professional. I was expecting to wait much longer than I did. They put all your window things back where they were originally and ask if you have any questions and inform you how to “care” for your new windshield. You receive many reminders and updates while waiting for your repair. It was constant updates to my phone and I chose to wait in the waiting room. The room is basic and the chairs are a little uncomfortable. I noticed they had bagged snacks and water available with magazines and a tv. Typical waiting room. Absolutely job well done here! I love how the window comes with a guarantee against manufacture defects. So that’s peace of mind too.

Had to get the windshield on my 1 year old truck replaced in shop. They were easy to make an appointment with and billed insurance directly. If you hadnt seen the emblem in the corner on the original glass you wouldnt know it had been replaced. They realigned all the safety sensors and all my glass mounted tech still works great. They even reattached my dash cam and EZ pass. Keep up the great work guys!

Cracked windshield, amazing insurance company made all arrangements for me including appointment for Safelites mobile service. Chris from the Keene, NH branch was amazing, informative and earlier than expected. Called ahead of time and had everything done in less than 1 hour while I was working. This is how companies should be, thank you to my insurance company and to Safelite. Chris is a amazing employee, would definitely recommend and will use again if needed, Chris got me going and cleaned everything after he completed the job, everything was more than I expected.

Safelite came to my house to do a windshield replacement. They were very good at communicating when to expect them, using text messages. Christopher, the technician, was extremely courteous and professional and did a great job. All this in the midst of an emerging pandemic (we kept our 6 of distance and I disinfected the car before he came). Really great job Christopher and Safelite.

Good job installing the glass into my semi but I showed up at the day before I had to wait overnight for the right one one number off otherwise I would have been in and out but four stars is good and he lowered the price on top of that great people

Used Geico mobile too set up. Arrived early and was taken back right away. Professional and clean.

Tech was friendly. Job was done quick. Also I have an older BMW which means brittle plastic, and not a piece or clip was broken.

Service was excellent. I had gone in to get a chip in my windshield fixed, and had made the appointment through my insurance company. The type of insurance policy I have I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket and was seen right away. I was early to my appointment and it took maybe 10? minutes to have my windshield fixed. They washed all of my car windows and even vacuumed my car which was a nice surprise. Happy with my experience and would highly recommend Safelite to anyone with windshield cracks/chips/replacement needs.

Windshield got cracked when following behind sander. Insurance co called Safelite. WOW! Our tech came out on a drippy winter day, gave us a time estimate, got the glass changed out with a pop-up deployed to keep the interior of the truck dry, cleaned up and it looked great! My Tacoma was ready to go. Tech was great (George), very polite and personable.

I was told that if I could make it over here before 2:30pm that they accept walk ins for windshield repair. I came here at 11:35am and no one was here. I then called Safelite and they tried reaching the person responsible for working here but he just kept getting a message saying they were closed. I was told by the guy on the phone that if they have no appointments they go home early but it clearly says on their hours theyre suppose to be here until 5pm. I just wasted part of my day driving over here just to be told someone from the company went home 5 hours early. Dont come here thinking you can get in for a windshield repair before 230pm because chances are they already left and your wasting your time like I did.

After getting the old bait and switch from another auto glass shop that never showed up for the appointment and then refused to honor their own online quote (Payless), I was skeptical to try again. Safelite exceeded my expectations! I called for a quote this time and the customer service was excellent. She even made an appointment right away. The replacement itself went very smoothly and they did a great job replacing the back window of my SUV. They honored the quote and there were no issues with the price at all. A month later and everything is still great- no leaks or any problems at all - you cant even tell its a different window. I will definitely use Safelite again!

Glass not leaking, molding on passenger side loose got it tape mold plug missing,, gained a parking pass from someone from my visit.

My mom recently had a windshield leak in her 2005 Toyota Corolla...water was dripping at the A-pillar. The windshield was replaced 9 - years ago by Triumph Auto Glass - now Safelite. I located the leak yesterday, and she brought the car to Safelite today to get it fixed. Below is her note to me about her great experience today at Safelite:Just home from Safelite Autoglass. Very nice people. Acting on what YOU found, they took out the windshield…yes, there was rust creating the problem, with no drainage possible, so rust was getting worse. They had us in the shop to show each step as they were doing it. They ground off the rust all along the top, put on 2 coats of self-etching primer, then the goop seal, and new trim gasket all around. Patrick explained a corner crimp he does so future rain can flow outside, not in. Then they cleaned the car: washed windows, vacuumed, cleaned under the wipers, wiped down all inside. When they were done Patrick said “no charges” – they honored my 11/5/05 repair with Triumph Auto Glass which Safelite bought out a while back. Hallelujah!!! This work, too, is lifetime warranty. So, my little car is good to go a long while longer without dumping cold water on arm and leg.Thanks, Safelite, for taking such good care of my mom!!

I woke up on July 5 to find what seemed to be a stress fracture halfway across my windshield. It happened overnight with the car parked in my driveway. I could find no impact point, even though my dealer insisted there was a chip. My insurance company referred me to Safelite. It was quick and easy to schedule, and then reschedule, an appointment.The Safelite technician arrived early for his appointment and did the work quickly and efficiently, which is all I can ask. This was my first windshield field replacement, so I have nothing to compare it to, but from my experience, Safelite performed exactly as advertised. Ive read other much less complementary reviews on other sites; all I can say is that this Safelite dealer did the job for me as promised.

Local installer scratched my paint when installing a new windshield. Now 5 yrs later, I have a $1000 rust repair to deal with. If they scratch your paint during install, and youre getting rust above the windshield, you have to bring it back within a year, max... And they will fix the paint and drop in a new shield. My mechanic didnt know they would fix this mistake. Neither did I.. Now Im stuck with a nasty rust repair. If Safelite scratches your paint and fs up your ride, you really only have 30 days to report it, is the policy. Avoid my mistake..
