Made a reservation online, when I showed up they didnt have the tires that I ordered, but were able to get some other brand for me. Took an hour and a half with an appointment.

My tire experience was not great at all.I made and appointment for Monday November 1,2021 after a phone call with Mike for the purchase of 4 Nokian studded snow tires installed price $776.60. I was my new 2021 Honda Civic and towel dried it at a local car wash arrived early for my 11am appointment parked the car away from everyone and walked around it no dents or anything perfect paint job.I went inside talked to the saleswoman and asked if they would mark the tires put them in the back seat.When the vechicle was ready I paid and did a walk around there was a nick on the rear passenger door down to the primmer that was not there.I went inside and talked to the sales lady who took a picture and said the manager will be in touch with you today she also took my e-mail never heard anything today Tuesday called talked to someone who said they were supposed to call you today getting the run a round from this outfit.It looks and the autobody man made a statement and I agree that they probably hit the rear door on the lift support or against a floor jack.These tire techs just dont care about your vechicle maybe they worked at a junk yard or just dont have respect for peoples automobiles autobody work is expensive.Note to the general public if you have a nice car or new paint job dont bring it to Tireware house.Sincerely,Christopher Chadwick

Had my four summer tires Road Force balanced here. Their Hunter Road Force balancer identified and corrected an issue with the front left tire that otherwise would have not been diagnosed. Fixed a slight steering wheel vibration that occured at certain highway speeds only. Car drives perfectly now. They misquoted me on the phone, @ $15/tire, but honored the quoted price without me saying anything. Normal rate is supposed to be the $20/tire standard rate+$15/tire extra for the Road Force balance. Most places charge extra for the Road Force balancing, so $35/tire is fairly typical.

Ive been a customer at this Tire Warehouse for some time and have always been pleased with the promptness and great customer service. Recently, I had a flat tire and a missing spare (whered it go?) and Steve went truly above and beyond - and well after the shop had closed for the evening - to make sure I could get the car on the road again while the tire was being replaced.

So, I honestly haven’t been to Tire Warehouse in quite a few years. I went there today to get a simple air leak check on a walk-in. Not to include too much detail, the guys were great and when I went to check out, the charge was negligible. I will most certainly be back when I’m ready to get tires for both of our cars.

I had a tire blow out on a rental trailer I was hauling from another state. The guys at tire warehouse had me back on the road in 25 min. As a mechanic myself, I enjoy their attention to detail from wheel re-torquing to valve stem caps.

Took it upon themselves to throw away my OEM Mini Cooper valve stem covers and replace with their mismatched ones because they claimed mine were “Walmart brand and junk”. Not sure how anything could be junkier than having one green and three off colored covers and throwing out $150 oems. They didn’t say anything to me until after they threw them out. Don’t go here!

After booking an appointment with this location by accident instead of my usual location, I was a little cautious of trying somewhere new. However from the moment I walked in, I can guarantee I will be coming back again and again. The staff has been extremely friendly and willing with everyone despite being busy on a holiday evening. They helped me get the most service for the best price, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

My family has been doing business here since literally the first day the doors opened.I come here because Ive known the people here since I was knee high to a grass hopper and theyre people I can trust and rely on, even fully booked if theyve got five minutes to spare so to speak theyll get me in.I also love how laid back they are and the atmosphere is, not to mention no matter how stressful that particular day maybe they always find time to joke around and make you laugh.I have never once been disappointed with the people or this place and honestly I cannot not think of anyone else who is either.

I realized with very short notice that my front tires were no longer suitable to drive on - they were beyond bald, and I had neglected to notice that. With winter and slick roads quickly upcoming, and especially knowing I didnt have much time (likely only several days) before my tires gave out and would no longer hold air, I rapidly got to researching tire installation in the area for an affordable price, with the reliability and professionalism to match, and availability not too far in the future. Being new to the area, I didnt have much knowledge in where to turn besides through my own research and inquiries.After going into a few other tire shops and asking about pricing, on top of looking at customer reviews and the trust of the community, I luckily walked into Tire Warehouse, and they quoted me a much lower price than anyone else to replace my front tires with the exact same product that was previously on my car, and complete a four-wheel alignment. With great service, great characters, and ample professionalism, the staff was able to quickly schedule me just two days from the day I walked in to ensure the safety of my vehicle while driving. Their kindness, humor, and friendliness made the staff a pleasure to interact with, and they got the job done quickly and with great expertise. With the new tires and alignment that I got for such an incredible deal, my car is now driving smoother than it has in quite a long time, thanks to the helpful staff here that ensured the got the job done so well.

There guys do right by me everytime. Same staff for years makes it easy to build a relationship and these guy know tires. They know everything about tires! do yourself a favor and buy from here and dont order online and ask these guys to put them on. I trust them and drive all the way from mass to get my alignments here. They really give the steering rack a good once over to make sure that the alignment will last.

They messed up my car, two of my son’s cars, my Daughter’s car, and my Daughter in law’s car.For these reasons; we don’t recommend tire warehouse in keene nh nor Lowell MA to anyone ever and will strongly advise anyone to be ware of these places. They only put one lug nut back on my son’s car when He paid for new tires.They never weighted my other son’s tires no balance. My ty rod was snapped. Too much. A very bad business

Had an appointment at 11 AM to have two tires mounted and balanced. Thought I would be nice and drop the vehicle off at 10:30 giving them plenty of time to work on my car. I called them at 12:30 to check the status and they stated that they hadn’t started on it yet. I drove in and my vehicle was on the left with no one near it with my old tires on. The advisor that helped me out has very poor customer service skills I believe his name is Steve. He was a chubby old man. Finally at 1:30 my car pulled around with the tires on it. This is the second time I’ve come here and the second time I spent hours just to get two tires put on My car. This will be the last time when you’re so many choices of tire places Unless you wanna wait for hours to get two tires put on it will take an entire day to get four tires put on I recommend visiting one of the Keene’s other tire establishments!!!

We had a tire blow out on our travel trailer. We got a new one and a new spare at tire warehouse in Lebanon NH. Those were the only 2 in our size. Then we had another tire blow out on the same day, north of Brattleboro, VT. We used our new spare to get to Keene NH, arriving 10 minutes before closing, and the tire warehouse team stayed late to put all new tires on for us. The Keene NH store was amazing.

Ive purchased tires there, had tires repaired and I have my seasonal tires changed in fall and spring. The service has been consistent. Appointments are timely. When big storms are coming, they do their best to service as many people as possible. The employees are friendly, helpful and fully explain any concerns about my vehicle.This morning I called and wanted to know if I could drive my car onto the lift, not having anyone get into my car, wait for it and pay over the phone, to avoid personal contact and maintain that social distance we all need right now. I was pleased to hear that they had already implemented this procedure, so I was all set.I arrived and waited outside under cover. Devin, a technician, explained that one of the studs was damaged the last time the tire was put back on. I had my car inspected the week before. He fully documented the concern and let me know what I needed to do, since its a service they dont provide. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to document it on my receipt.As always, I was happy with the service I received. Many of their employees are the sole income for their families. They want to stay safe and healthy too. If you want to avoid technicians in your car and stay out of waiting rooms, this is the place to go. I even received their special, $60 for the four tire changeover (my snow tires are not on separate rims). 100% satisfied today.

I had a control arm that needed to be replaced in order to get my truck inspected and get an alignment done. Greg Chandler was able to replace my control arm and align my truck in a timely manner. He was also proficient and professional. I will most definitely return for an future appointments.

I booked appointment on- line and received a confirmation of my appointment however when I arrived for my 3 PM time they did not even have me in their system. They overbooked and I waited 1 hr and 45 minutes. I was also quoted a different price over the phone but when I presented my 20% coupon, I was charged the same price they quoted me even with the coupon. The people are friendly but service and scheduling needs some improving.

I went on a Sunday with a tire emergency, the manager Walter was very helpful and nice. They were very short handed, it was a busy Sunday and it was Walter with one other person. Between answering phone calls, helping customers, and cashing people out Walter would be outside helping his employee take tires on and off, lending a hand everywhere he could. I did have to wait that day but the service I got was amazing and I will be going back as needed. Thank you for being there on a Sunday!

Very convenient as they open on Sunday. Replaced my snow tires. Next day I had to drop by for torque check as they recommended. They still pleasantly checked the torque even though I arrived there after they closed.. they close at 6 and i arrived at 6:15. Thanks guys!!

Called to ask for simple ball park price on tires with mounting and balance. Unlike every other business in town, the gentelman who answered the phone would not give me any price or information regarding service. He sounded annoyed and as though I was inconveniencing him by calling. He told me to go online and research on my own. Lost my business and recommendation. Recommend Petes Tire Barn or Chesterfield Tire. True customer driven tech and service managers.

Called about getting some tires thst i needed right away and they got me a price and installed them that afternoon! The person who installed them inspected the other two and showed me a defect on one of the other tires but didnt give me the sales pitch was just concerned for my safety . Great job!

The staff at Tire Warehouse in Keene, NH has been helping me for more than a decade. The Technicians have always been terrific. They are often the first ones to recognize a problem and come up with reasonable solutions. The front line staff are just as knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy! With more than 80 tires to maintain, the staff have guided me through the purchase of at least ten sets of tires and repaired at least 25 flats. They have handled tires from my wheel barrels up to trucks, lifts, tractors, etc. I have another set of four tires arriving tomorrow for the Subaru Outback that had a puncture too close to the sidewall. With all wheel drive - they told me its crucial to go with a fully new set of tires. I know they are right-on-target with their advice. They always offer a fair price, excellent advice and consistently top quality service.

Ive been going to Tire Warehouse for about 20 years. Their tire knowledge and customer service is first rate. Their service is excellent, and their tire options and prices are super. This most recent visit was because I felt some wobbling and thought I could use a wheel alignment. Turns out I was feeling the effects of mud season. Their tech was very thorough in sorting out my tires, and the problem was resolved. Sure, you can shop around for tires and service, but theres really no reason to.

I called them recently at the peak of their business (impending Nor Easter) and the man who answered my call was super friendly, asked for me to come in so he could assist me quickly in fulfilling my request to make sure that I was safe, as he genuinely cared. Came here to fix a flat and get a tire rotation to find out I did not get the tire rotation when I went out back to my truck. I had marked the tire myself that had the nail in it to be repaired and when everything was done it was still in the same spot hence no rotation. I went back in and the guy then told me that it was done and I told that I had marked the tire and that it was still there. He then says to me was that something you really wanted today I responded thats why Im here to have it done today not tomorrow. After going back and forth a few more times 20 minutes later I get my rotation I will not go back to this tire warehouse or any other Tire Warehouse again because theyre all the same a headache and Crooks

Went in and saw Steve for a new set of rims and tires for my 2010 Frontier. Pretty simple task for most vehicles but rims for Frontiers aren’t east to find with the proper clearances. Steve took the time and found me a nice set of Fuel rims and recommended the General Grabber ATX Tire’s. Now my truck looks badass!
