Theyre asking me to review my own business? OK! Well, uh, expert service, professional attitude, amazing staff, excellent decor, astounding diagnostic skills, and low prices! Were booked basically forever though so please only call if you have a cool car and youre very, very nice.

Jonas customer service, honesty and fairness are what set Fix apart. You never get sold anything or talked into a repair you dont need. Jonah and Morgan are very knowledgeable and willing to put the time into researching when problem arise they are unfamiliar with. Fix always put the needs of the customer above all else and it shows in the work they do.

On the surface Jonah will seem like an honest mechanic and explain each part of the repair until you realize he is over charging you for basic repairs ($500 for a gas filler neck, itemized and up charged each part) when my Subaru was overheating, before misdiagnosing busted head gaskets on my next visit. I bought a new car before bringing it to a legitimate mechanic.

Great work and fair prices. Jonah and his team go above and beyond.

I heard good things about this place from a friend. He was extremely busy, Im guessing because word gets around that hes a good mechanic and you can trust him, but he squeezed me in for a quick job and resolved my problem and charged a very reasonable rate. Ive gone to a dealer shop since then and regretted it. They were not so straight-forward with me. Next time I will go to Fix instead, even if it means I have to wait.UPDATE 2012/09/10Since I wrote that, Ive been back many times. Jonah at Fix has always been fair and inspired my confidence. I now live in Manchester but I still drive back to Keene for any serious work on my car because its just so hard to find a good mechanic who is also trustworthy.
