3rd time my reservation was screwed up. Make plans to pickup trailer from a location, get everything ready, then get an email the day before, stating I will need to pickup the trailer in another location- 20 miles in the opposite direction. Good going uhaul, youve screwed me over for the last time.(WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN)
