Prescription received from doctor’s office on Friday afternoon. Saturday, it was not ready yet. Sunday, it still wasn’t not ready. Went to pharmacy pick-up window on Monday at noon. Pharmacy tech told me it wasn’t in stock and sent me down to the drop-off window to another tech or pharmacist about it. Waited in line (I was the first one in line) at drop-off window at least 5 minutes. The tech at the drop-off window told me they didn’t have any in stock and they’d have to order it and would have it tomorrow after 3pm. Why didn’t it get ordered on Friday if it was out of stock? Or even Saturday or Sunday when I called and they told me it “wasn’t ready yet.” So my options were to wait till tomorrow after 3pm or, I could drive across town to the pharmacy on Lancaster and pick up after 3pm. This is a common blood pressure medication and not a Class II controlled substance, not a specialty or compounded medication, just a generic blood pressure medication. The pharmacy staff are nice enough and they had 4 or 5 tech’s working and 2 licensed pharmacists working at the time I went in. There were a few people waiting but not a lot of people. I understand they are working on other prescriptions besides the people that were waiting and, I understand that many places are short-staffed. But zero communication is not cool and if they cannot fill a prescription due to it being out if stock, please order it a little more timely and communicate this to the customer. It’s frustrating to wait 3 days to pick up a medication only to find out that it’s not in stock and will need to be ordered.
Anyone know how to file a complaint for RiteAid Pharmacy?I have been trying to get my daughter’s medication refilled for at least 4 days . Every time we call to check on status we are told it will be ready tomorrow. We go in and it’s not ready. It will be ready tomorrow. Call the next morning and told it will be ready that night. Go to pick up and they tell us a refill was never requested. 😡My daughter is now OUT of her medicine! We are leaving RiteAid and will take our prescriptions elsewhere.
Why is it that every time I call no one ever answers I don’t understand I can’t just walk there I’m in a manual wheelchair
I mostly use Rite Aid for the pharmacy and the line is never very long. I get quick and friendly service every time I pick up prescriptions or buy a few things like vitamins or candy. Nice folks work there and always helpful.

I was in a tough situation and needed some diaper rash cream for my daughter. My mask was in my other car and had both kids asleep in my truck. I asked a man walking in if he could grab it for me, I handed him cash to pay for it and as he walked away I caught a glimpse of a name tag. His name was Jeff and he was an employee I would guess was getting back from break. A few minutes later he walks back out with what I needed and my change even though I told him to keep it. Thank you Jeff for your kindness and help today!
Always an issue... this time, 2 trips to get 2 simple prescriptions... second time, only one billed to insurance. Told it will be 15-20 min to bill it because no one had time right this sec....I was one of 2 customers currently in the store.6 months since my last horrible experience... should have known nothing here would change.
I give it a 2 star bc the people away from the pharmacy are pretty nice, ( Ive had a few who will see you waiting in line and continue to talk and not assist you) BUT that pharmacy... wow!! I have being with Riteaid for way to long over 10 years we just moved and use this place but but after today I will be switching. Pharmacy services are not up to customer service and they give you a headache just bc I used the Goodrx and not my insurance $15. Compare to goodrx $7.00 now I have to wait bc they have to re do the prescription and now the pharmacist is out to lunch and now I have to wait... are you serious!!!! You shouldve told me and I would have just taken the darn prescription. Oh did I mention they get upset if they have to re do the medicine bc you took to long to come and get them.( sorry on a budget and if I have the money I come and if not I cant)
Great pharmacy, friendly and always has plenty of make up. I think people appreciate the new surrounding edges of store, dollar section. Convenient that they carry milk. Did great with the snow. Located nicely off i5 in Keizer. I plan to keep being a regular. Too bad a few items in the store are not a bit cheaper.. but still worth my while. Open around holidays!
The final straw is the phone lines being out for 3 days during a global pandemic.

I have shopped at Rite Aid even before it was Rite Aid and have never had a problem. Thats 44 years of loyalty because they have been the best for me!
The bathroom stinks of urine. Store floors are filthy and the air smells dirty like an ash tray. The pharmacy has made me waited over 24 hours now for my pain meds after having surgery for my tonsil and adenoids removed. They were suppose to have it ready last night but because they didnt I had to suffer through the whole night with excruciating pain. I was only able to sleep for 3 hours and that wasnt all at once. Now at 1:53pm. after the pharmacist seen me come in. She decided to go on lunch. So here I am still suffering in pain all because somebody cant simply do there job. No person should have to go through this. Ever.
I couldnt quite figure out how to leave a review that I could live with because. my wife and I use this pharmacy and other shopping but my wife uses the restroom every time we pick up meds she says its her weak bladder. Anyway she used or tried to use the ladies room but there was a foul smell and urine all over the toilet seat. The sink had something nasty in it

Ive been such a long time customer with them and will never go back after today. I placed my perception in and was told it would be ready in 20 min I said my mom would be picking up my prescription, they said that was fine. So my mom drove 30 min out of her way and was told she had to wait 30 min since the pharmacists was on lunch. I was just there they could of told me that! What a joke i called and the lady I spoke with was an idiot couldnt care less. I will never go back

Ive gone to Rite Aid for years, but this is my first year for my insurance to change. I called in Thursday with the new insurance information and the man I spoke to told me not to worry about anything he had it all updated. Well today I go to pick up my meds and its not in the system so I was told I could pay cash and come back within seven days to get reimbursed or I could come back another time because their technician is out to lunch....it was 2:30pm. I have to take these meds to prevent myself from having another surgery. Its actually serious that I take them consistently and they dont care. Gosh, this place gets worse and worse as the years go by. The only non lazy individual that works there is named Megan. That girl tries to remember names and faces and tries to make their patient/customers actually feel valued.

I originally gave this place 5 stars, but things have changed. I am most concerned with the constant mistakes. Almost every bottle of meds is short a few pills. The customer service is gone and has been replaced with lazy employees with bad attitudes. The store is usually uncomfortably hot and the new hours are inconvenient. A big disappointment.I have always received excellent service in the pharmacy at Rite Aid in Keizer. I am concerned that they are owned by Walgreens now. Well see what happens.

Honestly everytime I walk in there it has an overwhelming odor of mothballs and a dank smelling grandmas house for reals, they need to freshen up the air desperately also the wait times in line for the pharmacy are atrocious at times. Bad smell + slow pharmacy +high prices = 1☆
Always crazy busy and the customer service is awful. I have one prescription refill left and after that Im taking my business elsewhere
