The attention I had today was very poor, I asked a short-haired woman for a product and she told me in which aisle I could find it, but I couldnt find it, so I asked her again and she said in an unkind way: then We dont have it, so I looked on amazon and found it, however I think that if that woman had shown me that she had the same product, but with another brand, I would have bought it right there, unfortunately for workers like her we are forced not to buy local
Walgreens price gouges. I recently went in to buy my body spray, a particular scent that I have had trouble finding other places. Ive been paying near 8 bucks a bottle. They were on sale, ergot they were out. I just found the same spray at Freddys for 5.50. Regular price. Thats just a little. Lets talk about how a place that is purportedly all about wellness capitalizes on addiction. First, be well, heres your cigarettes. And forget about supplies for quitting, their house brand patches are only a few dollars less than the name brands, around 40 bucks. Go to Target, and that same box is 20. 20 freaking dollars! That, dear readers is price gouging. Next up Omeperazole. Name brands is around 25.00 house brand, slightly less for 6 weeks worth. Up the street at local chain Bimart, that same box of the house brand is 15.00. It is the same price at Target. I believe I have made my case. Bottom line, dont shop at Walgreens unless its the only option you have. Be well!
The employees were kind and patient with me when I was confused with my orders. Due to my confusion, I was at a different store when I checked into Walgreens. By the time I realized what happened, the employees helped explain the curbside process and got me squared away. Thank you for your patience with me!
I went here was having issues with my credit card not working for my Instacart account I asked Patrick to put my items off to the side while I go out and try to figure it out. He said sure when I came back inside Patrick still had my items there and he helped me to get my card to work and I got my items.Patrick was very professional, friendly and knew how to do his job well. Patrick is the definition of customer service at this store. And I will go back.

I scheduled a covid test a week in advance. They canceled last minute and wouldnt tell me why.
Pharmacy staff is repeatedly rude and unprofessional, communication is non-existent when they are out of medication or there’s a problem filling your prescription.
Waited on hold for an HOUR AND 40 MINUTES to check availability of an over the counter drug availability, and finally hung up. No wonder your rating is under 3.

The worst service when you stand in line for 30 min to pick your meds. I have not taken my meds for days due to waiting online of 2 cars and taking so long. I give them 0 star.
I ran in to pick up dog shampoo/conditioner around 8pm and as I was leaving one of the employees approached me very unprofessionally. Instead of greeting me she walked up to me and asked “if there was something she could help me with”. The way she approached me, with a hostile tone of voice/eye contact put me in a uncomfortable situation. I felt attacked. I felt as she was accusing me of stealing, as I was walking out without purchasing anything. I picked up a few make-up items as I made my way to the pet aisle. However, I decided not to purchase them as I solely went in for dog shampoo/conditioner. There was only one brand of shampoo and no conditioner. The shampoo was not of my preference and therefore decided to head to another location. I didn’t get the employee’s name. She was on the shorter side and blonde. She could have handled the situation in a professional manner.
I set an appointment in their online scheduler for my child to get a chicken pox vaccine. We got there 10 minutes early as requested and brought our confirmation code. They told us that they were too busy to give the vaccination and to come back in 7 hours. Whats the point of making an appointment then?

Door Dash is now working with Walgreens 😐... I went in to find a few items for an order after searching for 10-15 for a particular item I asked one of the employees for assistance ( what DoorDash advises us to do) I was told ( by an older grey/short hair woman) the employees arent required to help dashers. I wasnt asking her to do my job I simply asked her to help me locat and iteam I spent over 15 mins trying to find. What a bunch of BS! There is an actual customer paying for the items yet the some Walgreens employees treat dashers as if were some lower level humans. Ive been a regular costumer at this location for years and havent had too many issues before ( besides the photo printing thing that a lot of people in the comments have already mentioned) but this kind of treatment is huge turn off. Taking my business elsewhere until Walgreens does a better job of choosing employees who know the meaning of good costumer service
I went in one morning before work. I was greeted when I walked in. Two times I was asked if I needed help. When I left they helped me get a discount. They went out of the way to help me and make me feel like I would want to come back.
Bought 2 items.used debit card.needed a reciept.cashier said it didnt print out.gave me a blank receipt.he didnt call anyone over to fix it.
The staff is always helpful. The prices are reasonable. It is my go to for all things pharmacy, snacks, personal care products. Their Balanced REWARDS program allows me to get many things at a real good price, or even free.
I had a great experience! I needed to buy an eyebrow pencil but wasnt sure of the type I wanted. The clerk was so helpful and knew the brands to recommend. I asked her if she could to my brows and show me how to do them properly. She did a great job! I will go back!

Using the drive through at this location was an excellent experience. The lady behind the glass saw my puppy & have her a treat. She talked about dogs & engaged in conversation with me while she retrieved my prescription. I’ve never had anyone at any Walgreens do this with me. I was very please with this visit. She asked me if I had questions & seemed genuine about asking me, instead of following protocol.
The reviews are odd to me, Ive never had an issue with them. Then again, i order via the app or my doctor and i dont need my hand held or need to chit chat. I also understand a complicated order or difficult customer can extend wait times, especially in the drive thru. I dont often have to wait though, so they work great for me.
The horrible treatment I received at this store has cost Walgreens all of my familys future business. The photo printing policy they have, which treats their customers as guilty of copyright infringement until proven innocent, is insulting and unacceptable to me.My wife used Walgreens website to submit a picture of our daughter we took with a friends Canon T3i. She found the websites tools available to give the photo a sepia look useful for the 11x14 enlargement she wanted. The next morning an employee from this store called and told us the photo looked professionally done so we were required to provide a copyright release from the photographer before they would print the photo. I went down to the store to try and explain that *we* took the photo so there was no release necessary but I would sign whatever they wanted. I was then told that I needed to prove that I took the photo by bringing in the camera used to take it. I left the store mad, but determined to do just that.After calming down, I decided I dont need to to be treated like a liar nor a criminal by a company that, presumably, wants my business. Instead, I will take my business elsewhere.I have never had such a rude insulting experience by a store employee before. I dont plan on letting that happen again. There are no services this business provides that I cannot find elsewhere.
I ordered a photo collage for our save the dates and the manager refused to release the photo to us! It was one my fiancé and I made, and a family friend is who took some of our photos. We did not want to use a photographer and were lucky enough to get great photos! If this was a photographer/company the photos would be watermarked and unable to be scanned/uploaded for printing. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere, and from here on out we will never be customers at Walgreens! The manager was very rude, not understanding and uneducated about photos. I mean how are we supposed to get unprofessional photos released?
I previously posted a very negative review, due to rudness and very slow service. I had stopped going through this location altogether, but because the location is closest to home I decided to try them again. Wow, what a difference. Not quite night and day, were all human, but far better than before. Friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. I appreciate this change immensely. Im not looking for a massage and pedicure with my prescriptions, only a positive attitude and maybe a smile.
Just took my familys prescriptions and left. We have used this pharmacy for over 15 years and they are impossible to work with now. I have tried refilling RXs over the phone and in person and when I go to pick am told that they have nothing for me with confused, blank looks on their faces. They are not helpful and give incorrect information. That with the ridiculous wait times has forced me to go elsewhere for service.Dont get me started on the photo department. I had a DVD and prints made for my daughters graduation party. I went to pick up everything on the way to the party and found out that they had not printed about half of the pictures I had sent in. None of the photos had a watermark because we had paid the photographer for the CD and all printing rights. I can understand them asking for a release from the photographer, but they had the order for a week and could have called me to tell me that. Instead I had no senior pictures for my daughters party as it was far too late for me to get a release at that point. To top it off the associate was beyond rude to me. I have never been so angry at a retail associate in my life.

Dropped off an important script at 12:30pm. Pharmacy Tech told us that the medication was in Stock so we left. Came back at 2:30pm and a new pharmacy Tech tell us it is actually out of stock. We ask why we didnt get a a call and he was completely clueless. We will never use this pharmacy again.
Nice staff but terrible pharmacy polices. It take 3 hours to fill any scheduled drug. They seem either understaffed or really busy. Again really great people that will work with you as best they can.
Corinne in the pharmacy really went above and beyond helping me transfer my prescription which was hard to find at other pharmacies. I appreciate the exceptional customer service :-)
Rude, and they dont care about you as a customer. I have been with them for years. Never called me to tell me my expired insurance card was on file, so when I went to pick it up on their promised time they didnt have it ready, then said it might be ready in a couple days and will call. They never called and I had to GUESS as to when it would be done. I stopped in and sure enough it was done. No phone calls ever. Not sorry about it.
I just called them on Christmas Eve to see how late their pharmacy is open. And the guy answered promptly and fast. I wasted no time, he wasted no time, and for those of you out there with an IQ of over 100 should at least appreciate that kind of service. Because I hate slow people and inaccuracy in my life.
Photo dept: we have used this location several times for same day prints. Works well. However they are not helpful for little kids having passport photos taken. They couldnt step down from their professional cool to be friendly or warm or at least nice, to my toddler. Trying to get his passport photo taken as we needed it urgently, twice in one week, and he just couldnt overcome his toddler-age initial shyness. I dont blame him; Im just sorry I put him through that place twice. We will use a different store with kid friendly staff he will warm up to. The staff did in no way provide the service we expected and we will not bring our tots back here.
Service is so slow. They do not have enough staff, and most of what they have are not to motivated. They do not answer phone calls, and you will wait 3 times longer here than you will at most. Very poor service. i am going to switch asap.
Lyudmila in the pharmacy is a very undelightful woman. She is rude, short with, and condescending to customers. She told me I was not covered by my post accident insurance when I knew full well that I was. She would not go the extra step to contact the insurance company to verify that. It took another Rx employee stepping in after over hearing to get the transaction completed. It wasnt enough to deter me from future visits, but enough to be mindful of who is working....
First time I have had them fill prescriptions and it was a transfer from another state from another Walgreens. They could not do it in one day. Tried calling and was on hold 30 minutes and they still never answered. Very unfriendly staff. Not impressed and will seek another pharmacy. Too bad because previous Walgreens had great staff!!

VERY VERY slow service...for months now the second drive thru window is broken and has not been fixed. They only have one person working both drive through and counter. Two trips in a row now, waited over 20 mins in drive through and at least 15 inside. Love the drive through, but hate the wait, will be changing pharmacies!!!

Pharmacy staff at Keizer is much nicer than West Salem. We had transferred to WS because its closer but are going back to Keizer because theyve always been friendly and courteous.
The workers are so rude and say the most disgusting comments ! They also will not let me shop in peace ! Most likely NEVER coming to this Walgreens ever again.

Clean store, mostly friendly staff, but their restrooms are key-coded. Make sure you ask for assistance before heading to find the restrooms.
