Lorie was not helpful in anyway. All I was trying to do was remove the large floral display from the roadway and return it and the loose floral items to the store. Lorie was more concerned with making sure I knew the store was closed. When I informed her that the wheels locked On the display rack and pointed to the wheel. She said they dont lock and was really concerned with letting me know the store was closed. Definitely wont be going if Lorie is around.

Always a good place to get that own you need but dont want to spend a lot on. Of course, I call it the $20 store because I rarely get out of there without buying at least 20 items! Hey- theyre only $1!

Place was like going into the end of the world and hard to find anything. Everythings on the floor no shelf placements literally like this ransacked. I know its a $tree but man lol

I went to this store this morning. This is the filthiest Dollar Tree that I have ever been in! Everything a mess and unorganized, floors look like they haven’t ever been swept or clean! They don’t seem to have people who work the floor or stock, things just dumped out…just disgusting.Wish I would have taken pictures!

Everything for $1 but beware, you need to look at the quantity of some things because you made get a better deal at the grocery store and also the majority of the products come from China and some may not be safe due to what they are made of. Good store for all your party needs, business supplies and paper goods. Unfortunately all of their stores are understaffed and you usually have to wait in line to check out. Customer service is definitely lacking.

They so many name brands. I buy tuna pouches all the time. There really good. Make up name brands, and so much more.

Lines are to long. Always have to ask for another checker. Workers more concerned with sticking shelves verses checking out customers!

I like Dollar Tree in general but this is the filthiest one Ive been to. As soon as you walk through the front doors youll see it hasnt been vacuumed or swept. People need to have some pride in their business. The service was great though.

I LOVE this Dollar Tree! Close to home, and i feel like I can go browse without the whole hair and make-up chore. I love getting my hair and household cleaning supplies there! Never stop carrying Ajax cleanser! I love Ajax cleanser!

Loved it. The workers are friendly and always great deals, even at a place that charges a dollar. Enjoy all my trips. Very cheerful and warm place to be, at all hours of the day.

This is my all time favorite dollar tree. Its clean and well organized. Most of the cashiers are very friendly and helpful.

Everyone who works here is very helpful. I lost my keys & the employees stayed to make sure of my safety until help arrived. Theyre thoughtful & wonderful.

Most of the employees are wonderful, there are a couple that are rude and I’d replace in a heartbeat if I were manager, but overall the store is nice to have in keizer.

Tons of merchandise to look at... employees busy putting stuff away and NOT standing around talking... FAST and COURTEOUS at the registers... LOVE MY KEIZER DOLLAR TREE.

I like the store hours the only thing I dont like is the cashiers they are very rude and not friendly. They dont even say hello or goodbye or no eye contact at all. The last cashier that helped me didnt even look at me or say nothing at all she was just talking to her co-workers like if I wasnt even there. Then after I finished paying she just putmy receipt in one of the bags and threw the bags. Just cause they are having a bad day and dont want to be at work doesnt mean they have to put it out on the costumers and have a bad additude. If they hate their job so much they shouldnt even bother to show up its that simple.

I picked up an online order - and even though they could not locate it, they assisted me and got me what I needed. My one complaint was how rude the manager was. The store was busy. Everyone seemed overwhelmed. Which is understandable... However, as a manager myself, I’m not quite sure I would have treated my employees the way she was treating hers. Of course, I don’t know the whole story. But I was always taught that perception is reality. Something to consider.

Every now and again, it’s cost effective to get a few items from your local Dollar Tree. The handful of times I’ve been to this location, it’s a mess and the interior looks rough. Typically understaffed, and the ones that are there are clearly going through the grind to pay their bills. Not a pleasant place to visit.

Great selection of items that are only a dollar. I highly recommend stopping here for mailing supplies, there are packs of 2 bubble mailers here for $1. Most stores have them for over a dollar each. Store is usually clean when I come in, and the employees that I encounter are usually nice. Although last time I went, there was only one checker, as well as a huge line. The cashier called several times to ask someone to come open a register, and it took 10-15 minutes for someone to come out. I felt bad for the lady! Why get a job if you don’t want to work?

I liked this Dollar Tree alot! Basically it had everything we could expect at the store...it looked small from the outside but was much bigger than expected on the inside. Besides that the customer service was excellent.

It’s a Dollar Tree, so I didn’t expect much. That’s being said, I have one of the worst shopping experiences in my life here. The store was clearly over crowded, the merchandise is thrown everywhere, and the customer service was nonexistent. The cashier, Stephanie, is possibly the most incompetent people I have ever come across. I’d love to speak to the manager or even corporate about my experience.

Are you kidding me?! I will never go anywhere for snacks ever again! Im on a diet and I come here on my cheat day every Sunday and what I love about this place as I can get smaller versions of things I would like to buy a regular grocery stores which is amazing when youre on a diet. Not to mention saving money. I found a decent amount of actual real cheese not cheese product LOL decent bread and brand-name stuff. Oh and it was also the cleanest and most well-organized Dollar Store Ive ever been inside! Im not sure about the other stuff cuz I only bought snacks

Caught a cashier and manager/supervisior mocking me after I informed them of a clean up. If they stocked their shelves appropriately boxes wouldnt fall off shelfs!Cashier tried to rush me out by throwing the receipt in my bag & starting on the next person without giving me my change! Not only that, but she presented it to her manager as if I was lying. I got my change, but this behavior was uncalled for!! I was nice to them, so their behavior was not provoked.

One of the smaller ones, but it still has a great selection, and a frozen/refrigerated section.

The one on river road in Keizer oregon they criticized me for bringing my dog in because he barked at a girl once she was four years old and when outside the parent assured her that it was fine. They were rude, gossiped and criticized.

The store setup is pretty much like all the other Dollar Tree franchises there really isnt any customer service but what do you expect for things under a dollar.

This was my first visit to this paricular Dollar Tree, and it wasnt good. The bathroom was disgusting, it smelled and looked like something died and rotted in there. Customer service was horrible. No one was around to ask where things were, and the cashier was kinda rude. I told her about the bathroom and she acted like she didnt care. Have a little pride for where you work, or find a new job.
