To me, born and raised an Oregonian. Bi-Mart is one of the last places that I can walk in regardless of the town that Im visiting and feel like Im home. There are a few ultimate truths...1. If youre born in Oregon you have a Bi-Mart card, it might as well be your passport.2. If you live in Oregon and youve never been to a Bi-Mart then youve never actually experienced Oregon. 🤷‍♂️

Friendliest folks around. Always someone around close if you have questions. Rarely more than a minute wait to checkout. My go-to for quick and painless and cheaper than mini-mart prices.

I was discriminated against by Lynn 20 white people walked in and I was the only person stopped and asked for my membership card. I asked why she wasnt asking anyone else for membership cards as I looked through my wallet for mine. She then said let her see your ID!!! I explained why do you need to see my ID?? As I was pulling out my green membership card she told me to leave!!! I asked why she was tearing me like this and she told me you dont look like the type of person that shops here. When I became upset and left she called me a racially derogatory name and told me this is America. I told her I was going to call the corporate office which I immediately did I left a message for Chris at the corporate office and my call was never returned. I have followed up two times since then and I am very upset I have never been treated so poorly. I am going to call back tomorrow and file a formal complaint hopefully Ill be able to reach someone.

Previously a 5 star rating but I’ve edited it to 1 star now knowing Bimart is putting profit over patients. How could you close the pharmacy? I am so devastated and I don’t think you understand what a HUGE mistake closing the pharmacy is for all of the loyal customers who rely on the personal care we’ve received over the years. Removing a trusted link in the health care system for the elderly, sick, and chronically ill people is one of the worst things you can do. I thought this company was for the people, but just like everyone else, they’re just for profit.

This was the best $5 I ever invested in joining them have saved so much over the 28 years Ive been a member.

I always have a pleasant visit when I go the people are friendly and the checkout is pretty quick and they usually have what Im looking for

Bi Mart most likely has something that will work for what you need. They will usually have it for a more than fair price and when other places are out of stock I usually can find it at bi Mart because its not as main stream and people forget its there. Especially hunting and fishing equipment.

We love Bi-Mart! Most items have great savings, others are not even a good deal. Its also frustrating how often they are out of popular ammo even with the restrictions on how many boxes can be bought at one time.All that said, I still recommend Bi-Mart.

Jeremy was a huge help at this store! I was looking for a generator from the ad and saw it on display, but couldn’t see one in a box for sale. I asked the clerk in the front if there were any left and she said she’d send someone to help. Jeremy walked up and quickly informed me that he would check upstairs. Came back within 2 minutes and said that he didn’t have anymore in stock but that the floor model was available if I wanted it. I said definitely and he was more than happy to pack it up and transport it to my truck for me. He even made sure that I knew all of the parts were there and showed my the owners manual inside the box. I tried to give him a tip but he wouldn’t accept it so I felt I should write this review! Thank you Jeremy!

They sold me a Ring security camera that someone returned. Ring won’t let me activate the camera in my name because it’s already in someone else’s name. I had moved so it took a little bit to try to set this up so I didn’t have the recipe. They refuse to do anything about it. I just wasted a lot of money on a camera that is completely useless to me.

Ive always had good customer service with Bi-Mart. But today not so much! The Pharmacy Tech that answered the phone when I called was mean and rude to me. My doctor called some meds in for me that needed to be filled. There was 1 out of that 6 I needed filled a little bit quicker than the others. When I asked the Tech about filling that one quickly and the others Id pickup tomorrow she didnt say anything. So I asked her again if shed see to it that the one would be expedited faster and Id get the rest tomorrow. She didnt answer yes or no, only repeating herself, that the list would be filled and it would take longer than an hour. Wow! She completely ignored my request and got snippy and rude, she made me feel worthless. She didnt even offer an explanation as to why I couldnt just get the one sooner than the rest. Well, prescription arent cheap and I unfortunately use a lot of them. Needless to say Ill be moving my business elsewhere. I dont deserve to be treated so poorly.

I do enjoy going to this bimart over on river rd. They usually have a good selection of items I cant find anywhere else, Ex. Large bottle of terryaki sauce. They do have some reasonable prices on certain items, however they can be a little pricey. Some items, like a small stretchy toy from the toy aisle was 4.99. I didnt notice until it was too late and I had already paid. I thought it was only 2.99. Ill do my best to be more price conscientious next time. I do love their staff though. They always do their best to be so helpful! Tonight they tried to help us find plastic straws for an egg drop project my son is working on. And when we couldnt find any, the staff tried to help us think of alternate materials to use. Such sweet folks!

Very lovely. Love the hardware selection. My dog loves the treats I buy her from there. And most importantly I love the fishing section. I bought my license there and the guy behing the counter is super nice and helpful. Also their crabbing supplies is the best in the local area all my crab pots were bought from bi mart.

Doesnt matter which Bi-mart I go to, everyone of them has pretty much the same layout, so I know where to go to find what I need. The associates that work there are friendly and helpful. I will continue to shop at Bi-mart for what I need .

I was looking for bullets, so I headed straight for sporting goods, and saw 2 associates standing behind the counter. One greets me, then immediately turns her back to me. I could see the other woman was helping another customer, but the one who greeted me, seemed to just be there to shoot the breeze with her co-worker. I waited about ten minutes, when they called a manager over. Surely, I thought the manager would notice me patiently waiting for help, but nope. He even made eye-contact with me before walking away. Another ten minutes went by, and finally an associate offered to grab the items I wanted from behind the counter.Theres no shortage of staff, but theres a massive shortage in staff willing to do their jobs.If you dont like your job, find a different job.A customer said this to me when I worked in retail, and it was exactly the push I needed to move along to the next opportunity.

Just your average bulk purchase club. Its nice that theyre small enough to actually serve its customers and still provide several jobs in the community. The majority of the employees and customers are elderly and they can take a super long time to get out pf the way or to get your transaction completed. If youre in a hurry go somewhere else. Im grateful that this store is here so i can do some shopping without being in a crowd
