I made an online purchase on a trombone that was on back order. I initially messaged them and they promptly explained that if I put in an order, they could potentially get the instrument sooner than expected. When other repair shops were backed up for 2 weeks, they managed to make a quick fix on my horn in just 2 days. I think its because the other shops are just 1 repair guy and it looked like they had several stations in their shop.

They only had one item we needed for our grandsons trumpet so we ended up going to a different place and they had everything we needed for a better price, almost half the cost of Houghton.
