Your Fun Warehouse has the most wonderful customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered sparklers for my daughters wedding. UPS left them in the rain all day while I was at work. I emailed the company at 10:44pm. I received an email almost instantly offering a replacement of my order even though it was not their fault. I have never, EVER, had a company offer such assistance after they had my money. I mean what do they care if onJanuary 7 if my daughters wedding is a little less bright?!?! But they do and they did. This company does the heavy lift. I am impressed!!! Lifetime customer here!
This store is lovely. The people here are helpful and always kind. I’ve been using their services for shipping and homeschooling for several years now. We have printed, laminated, notarized - and when it came time for me to get a home printer they were helpful with great recommendations. My girls and I also love the card selection they offer as well as great padded envelopes. It’s always a fun trip for us when we get to go and ship things here. :)
This store (expensively) shipped two monitors across the country! The monitors arrived just as I left them at the store. They were in an enormous box. Great attention to detail - They took apart one of the monitor stands and bagged up the screws because it was more fragile. Great service.

Truly easy! I printed off my label to make it faster. There was no line when I entered. The employee accepted my parcel then asked if I wanted a receipt, but he was able to print that off and let me go about my afternoon.Thank you for the fast and easy service today!

I went in today to send some confusing Amazon returns, but after dragging my boxes into the store, it turned out that two of them (the biggest ones of course) had to be taken to Kohls instead. Josh, was over the top helpful and eventually we managed to get Amazon to change this rule so I could indeed leave them at UPS. Josh was amazing and super polite being as I was frustrated, his customer service skills are exemplary......give this man a promotion!

If you’re wanting your items to get there in one piece, you better hand deliver it. I have shipped custom cookies for my business multiple times with other carriers and no problem. I shipped three dozen custom cookies this week to a customer in Wisconsin and bubble wrapped the heck out of them. When I shipped them I asked for the “fragile” stickers to be placed on the box as they are breakable. Not. ONE.single cookie made it unbroken, and if you could see the box, you’d understand why. I’m not sure if they used the fragile sticker as a target for kicking or what, but I’m beyond furious, disappointed and embarrassed that my customer now has nothing but broken cookies for her wedding shower tomorrow. Was in this store today to send two packages to be insured. They insisted I could not use my boxes because I had to “buy” boxes. The boxes I had were from Neiman Marcus and Spanx. Their boxes are top of the line. UPS boxes are bottom of the barrel. I left there to go straight to Fed Ex on Davis Blvd. They used my boxes, insured my package and the price was a whole lot less than if I had shipped at this store. I recommend you stay away from this store. It is sad. When Pam was a part owner of this store and the one on Davis Blvd, there was never an issue. She knew how to hire top notch people.
I understand that this store has new owners who are working very hard to improve their store. Every time I go there, they are extremely helpful and wonderfully pleasant to talk to. I dont often write reviews but this store has made me want to support them with their great attitude. Way to go folks!
Brian has been extremely helpful handling all our shipping whether its for personal or business needs. He held onto a check for me after easily a few months. This branch and these team members always help find the best way they can.
Manager and employees very kind, smiling. I went in on a very busy day,...many trying to mail last minute gifts. Employees eager to help, never frustrated. Got clients out in a timely manner. I personally had invitations to print. Employee really took the time to make sure my invitations fit my card stock. Ink was vibrant...looked very professional! I will definitely return for my printing or copy needs!

There has been new management at this location for about the last year and the service is INCREDIBLE!! DJ, the manager, has taken quite an interest in the development of his employees and the atmosphere of the store. Its been remodeled as well. His staff are honest, helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. When I had to ship a package that was going to be more than I expected, the young man searched for other less expensive options. This long-haired guy that works at this UPS store is about the most pleasant person to deal with that I’ve ever come across. With every interaction I can feel the love. This guy has improve the quality of my day multiple times. Just had to say thanks.
Just completed a very complex, 25 box shipment of all fragile items from Keller to Solvang, CA, and all handled from CA! It would have stressed a saint. But Asst. Manager DJ and his boss Cathie handled it like pros. Efficient, communicative, super polite and professional, just perfect really. It took several days to pack it all up, photo it, send probably 15 emails to me get value and insurance matters for every item communicated, and get final shipping arrangements understood, payment processed, and all receipts/tracking sent to me. It was like clockwork. Without that level of service it could have turned into a huge aggravation. I am a happy customer. (My sister in law who dropped all that stuff off at their store was also impressed.) Thumbs up to this crew!

I stopped by the store this morning to drop off a package, Brian who was at the counter was extremely rude! I told him that I was dropping off a box and needed a receipt, he never once said a word! When we were finished I said thank you, again nothing and turned his back to do stuff on the counter behind the register. I then said have a great day and he went, uh huh! Ridiculous! I have been to this store a couple of times and always always pleasant with whoever has helped me before! This time, Brian was awful! I will never go back!Correct, I was on the phone but I told the person to hold on when he started to help me and as soon as I received nothing from him, so I got right back on the phone. I didnt know that when someone says thank you to an employee (on the phone or not) they cant reply by saying you are welcome, instead of saying uh huh when you say have a great day!
Had an appointment I made online to get some documents notarized. They didnt have the notary in all weekend. Wasted part of my day off driving here. They should really communicate with the online website to make sure they can promise on the meetings they make. Does the left hand know what the right hand is doing at UPS. These are the impressions that stick with you, I will NOT be back
The staff is very helpful. I was returning my cable boxes from AT&T when I moved. Josh at the front desk was very helpful. he took care of everything in gave me the proper paperwork.

Package Thieves!!! My wife and I have returned packages to the sender twice from this location and both times the packages have not been returned to the sender. Unfortunately the packaging showed its contents, a home antenna and DVR box. At this location he says he cant use the shipped tracking number to track the package as its returned back to the sender so theres no way to know if the package was returned. Its been almost 3 months and theyve not received the packages. Do not use this location to return packages, they will never get there.
Few weeks ago I had to ship something internationally. Delana (UPS associate) and Cathi (Manager) were super sweet and kind and extremely professional. They went above and beyond and helped me pick out a smaller and much more convenient box to fit my stuff in. Delana was extremely patient to wrap and fold each item and place it in the box. I absolutely love their customer service. I highly recommend them. Thank you ladies. And Thank you for all your cooperation and kindness. Keller UPS store is Better than ever!!!! thanks to the new manager and staff! Lots of places will mail your envelops and packages, BUT this place goes beyond that. Besides the staff is very nice, courteous, and friendly, they take extra steps to make sure your needs are met.My most recent experience was such a WOW, that I wanted to share it. There was some problems in a delivery of one of my packages but instead of just sending it back to me, the manager Cathie took the time to call me to inquire about the situation. With her help, we were able to figure out the problem and get my package delivered!!!! This to me shows that they care and I for sure will continue to use this store.Thank you Keller UPS Store!!

Because of knowing the new manager and working with her in the past on several occasions, her ethical work and her being a Very detailed oriented person I know the that the reopening of this location will be the very best UPS location. you should use it for all your parcels and mail, business and personal.

I went to Fedex to have labels printed-spent OVER an hour and the lady still couldn’t figure out how to print on the labels. I just went to UPS Keller and I was in and out within 5 minutes!! They know what they are doing and are super friendly!!!

I just went in to mail candy to the wounded warriors. It was in a USPS box. After they learned who it was to, they charged me the USPS price & skipped the upcharge. Very impressive!!
Worst customer service ever. Paid 100 to overnight letters for business. They did not arrive even though I paid for guaranteed delivery. The owner told me I shouldn’t have waited till the last minute. That is a service they charge you for. Will never use them again.
Just paid $6.24 just for a small box to return a pair of shoes, plus $15 for ground service to CA.. I am definitely not going back.
Delana was fantastic to work with. Just returning some Frontier boxes but gave me excellent advice as to how to protect myself from Frontier’s less than stellar equipment return process.
A basic expectation of a UPS store would be that they can pack, ship, and track your item. If that is what you are looking for... avoid this location. These guys were so incompetent that what they packed up for me literally didnt even make it out of their store and to the Ft. Worth distribution center before the box came open and the merchandise was lost. And, despite UPS telling them that all they had in Ft. Worth was an empty box and that they should contact the customer about filing a claim, they never once called me. If I hadnt tried to track it myself a few weeks later, I never would have known they lost it. Once I called them about the issue, thats when their denials, excuses, and rudeness began.There are plenty of other UPS Store locations nearby. I will never frequent this particular one again, and if you take my word of warning, you wont either.
The staff was nice, but when I got there they told me the notary would be back tomorrow. I may be in a bad mood, but they could say that the notary isnt there during all business hours.
Website lists that Notary Services are available, but their notary no longer works at the store. I even called ahead of time to ask about getting certified copies, assuming they would have the notary do the certifying, but when I got to the store I was informed that their notary doesnt work there anymore, and they said one of the regular workers could sign my documents to certify them, apparently unaware that store clerks dont have that authority. Also, when I arrived to the store, a few other people and I waited in line for the clerk at the counter as the other workers in the store talked in the back, until they had to be told to come out and do their job. An annoying waste of time going to this store.
