JCPenney Salon and Jamie couldnt have done better with my 2 cowlicks and 2 crowns. She was confident, focused and intuitive. My hair looks like a million bucks and I feel younger. I rescheduled my next haircut with her for 5 days before my birthday. Thank you Jamie. You are amazing!

First time here. Went to hair salon, arrived early so I could shop. This is a very well organized Pennys . Never seen a organized clearance section till this particular store. Friendly staff. Salon was/is great. Sue, gave my hair new life. Love my cut. Thank you JCPENNEY Team Kelsey Washington.

I was shopping in the men’s department, 5 women were working there . They completely ignored us. Then one sales associate start to berate me . I asked her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. I took her picture, then she called a manager. I told the manager what happen andhe didn’t seem to care . I’ve had a JCPenney card for at least 35 years. Never been treated like that . Will never shop at the Kelso store again.

Decent store. Not a lot of inventory. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful.

Feels like Sears just before they went out of business. Not much inventory.

I had a great associate help me find and then exchange some clothes I had bought on line for ones on sale in the store. It made it much less stressful!

They have really stepped up there game. The best selection I have ever seen. Little bit of a line at the counter but not bad. Really good sales prices like they had about a decade ago. Finally, got a good selection of cloths. I guess the company finally got a CEO with common sense.

Easy parking and store access. Customer service is awesome! Wifi is sorely lacking and there is 0 cell signal inside the store.

Not much of a selection

I loved Jcpenny but it seems like now they’re just hiring anyone. I was helped by a young man named Ryan who of course had to finish his chocolate bar before helping me. Every time I looked around I could see groups of the young teens talking to each other no offense but if there’s nothing else to do.. don’t just earn your paycheck by showing up, make a difference and please, for the love of god, stop eating before you decide to help a customer.

Where else could you get a pair of swimming trunks for $1.95. Always good quality and prices. Great staff.

Just started using the J.C. Penney hair salon (been there twice now). They are AWESOME! I cannot sing enough praises for the hairstylist that I am going to as a regular client now. All the rest of the staff are amazing, as well.

Jordan stovall was rude and inconsiderate. She was also inappropriately dressed for a sales woman. I also smelled old fish when she was in nose reach. I wont be shopping here anymore, due to my poor experience.

Friendly staff decent prices very quiet

This is a smaller pennies but they still have a very good selection of things I would highly recommend shopping at this pennies because it was very comfortable to walk around and not overly crowded. The people at the registers were nice and its inside of a very small Mall its just kind of nice to go and relaxing for a while. There are other great stores in the same Mall.

The store is very nice and hopefully sticks around unlike a lot of the other stores at the Three Rivers mall. The few times that I’ve made purchases there are the people are very friendly so for those reasons I give the store a perfect five stars ⭐️

Love this store. Ive been shopping at this store for over 15 years and I go to the salon . Amber is a senior stylist and my favorite hairdresser. She makes it worth going to the store and salon. I forgot to mention the other stylist are great also. They guarantee their cuts and Ive never had to go back.

Walked into JCPenney to get there credit card the process was easy and I was approved and then saved about 60 percent off of a gold bracelet, and had a very helpful store employee

A great place to finish your Christmas shopping. Gifts from a couple of bucks. Clothing, small kitchen wares, jewelry, shoes and fashion accessories, some toys. Not to mention a clearance section with lots of choices and a busy salon. If you have go to the mall might as well park by JCP. They have 3 outside entrances so youre bound to find a spot close to one of the doors and get out of the weather.

I always get great deals on baby clothes. I have always had wonderful customer service from the Kelso Pennys. I am so glad that they were not one to close down.

Got my hair done in the salon by beateu, shes very pleasant and accommodating.

I didnt like it at all. Used to be able to get some great shirts there. Drove 55 miles to get shirts. And most every shirt was made with polyester. Wich makes me itch. Doesnt any one carry 100% cotton?

I havent been to pennies in a long time but my experience here was awesome as the sales person who helped us went out of her way to do a awesome job. I would go back there and hopefully have her or someone like her help me in the future
