Today was my birthday and even though I didnt have the Starbucks App. for long enough to receive the birthday offer I was able to call Courtney and she honored the free drink for me without any of the App hassle. Came through, ordered the coffee, and was on my way with a cute little happy birthday message on my coffees lid!!! :) Amazing location, amazing workers. Made my birthday morning a lot better not having to spend 6-7$ on a coffee!!

Lately Starbucks is having problems with supplies running short. Not their fault. All businesses are having this prob. They are also short staffed, as are other businesses who pay lower wages. Everyone should be understanding of thisI have always been treated well here and I love the outside seating. Only issue I have is that the coffee is not my favorite. Service makes a big difference and it is close, and I love their breakfast and lunch items.

I ordered an iced coffee in the lobby and watched for 15 minutes while the entire staff focused on the Drive through orders. I asked for a refund and was told I’d have to wait in the line again (that was also being ignored) and that the drive through register couldn’t refund it. After another 5 minutes she took my phone to use the app to refund it AT THE DRIVE THROUGH REGISTER! So after 20 minutes I left with no coffee and a terrible experience!

Best Starbucks ever! I had a small inconvenience one day and they went above and beyond to make it up. Sweetest staff, great customer service and the best coffee.

2:55 p.m. waiting in the hot sun for 15 minutes in the drive through only to get a Barista giggling sorry about that. The line for the drive through was put in the street. Unnnnnacceptable! A really explanation would have been CONSIDERATE.

Busy place, recommend ordering ahead and picking up inside as the drive thru usually has quite the line!

Nothing is worse then a burnt expresso.What is the purpose of going back for a replacement?If you cant do expresso right the first time, highly unlikely a second time will far any better.My only advice: Barista school and give a Dam about what you serve.Sean

The drive thru line was long so we went inside to order our drinks to go. After ordering, it took over 20 minutes to get our 2 beverages. Other people were coming in and leaving with drinks and food. We werent the only customers approaching the counter to inquire about getting our drinks. Meanwhile, the drive-thru moved along 3 times over. Very disappointed in the speed of service.

Love Starbucks, I always get what I ask for. They practice all safety measures. The baristas are all wearing masks and gloves. The restrooms are clean and sanitized.AAA++++

This Starbucks is a great stop along I-5 and usually where we stop between Portland and Seattle. Service is always great and the staff are friendly.

Stopped in on this Starbucks, on our way to Seattle. We are very pleased with our experience! There was quite a long line but service was prompt and the drive thru folks were really nice! The whole experience set a great tone for the start of our trip! I would definitely recommend any other travelers stop by this Starbucks, if you get a chance!

The barista was very snotty about me eating my sandwich wich I bought there. Do you have a mask!? Um yes its the same one I walked in with and had on when I ordered THANK YIU VERY MUCH!!! she was very rude and told me I cant eat in there. Mind you there was no sign indicating this! And I was the only person in the lobby at this time and she was also behind a plexiglass shield and I was at least 6 feet from her. Me and my cousin drove from Portland Oregon to Bellingham Washington and we stopped by this Starbucks. They where friendly and also handled making change for me after giving him $100 bill. We also saw this beautiful bike outside

God I love Starbucks. This stop on my way North is a must for every trip. I like to sit outside and smell the clean air and see the world happening right before me. Nice break in the travel cycle. The shop is nice and clean, what Starbucks isnt? Anyway, stop in and have a brew, you wont regret it!

Well I only went through the drive thru, I been inside before. Service was fast. Its a bit pricey but still like I said not a bad wait. Also clean.

I ordered through UberEats and it took over an hour for my order to get picked up. When I got the notification that a driver was on their way, I was worried that my drink would be gross from sitting for so long. I called the store and asked them to remake my order but they informed me that they don’t start their orders until the drivers get there so that it’s fresh when it’s delivered. It was such a pleasant surprise! The woman on the phone was so nice. Thank you so much!!

This is a nice Starbucks, good drinks and service. But last time I was here I ordered the iced caramel cloud macchiato and it was almost all foam, really disappointed. Other than that its a good place.

My drink wasn’t mixed at all. And the person in the drive threw didn’t really talk to me. I go to other ones and the people usually have a conversation with me and are super friendly. I usually have better luck at this location if I go in.

Ive been to Starbucks many times before, and the quality across locations is surprisingly consistent considering they blend the drinks in front of you. I dont particularly like their coffee, but their other drinks are quite nice. They are mostly sweet, and the flavors range greatly in quality, but once you find something you like, its really good. If youre not interested in trying new things, youre missing out on a large part of the experience.

Well, I ordered coffee. I received hot coffee quickly. Starbucks blends arent the best and are pretty acidic but Starbucks is efficient and consistent. Pricey too, but time saving is a premium feature. I keep going back and will continue to.

They get my stirred coffee right every time. The drive through staff are always nice and make good small y’all. They do not give military discounts which is unfortunate but, all in all it’s a great stop on my way to work in the mornings.

Great customer service! I was coming back home to Alberta (over 1000 miles of drive still ahead of me) and I was craving coffee real bad. I noticed earlier in my trip to states that some places in Washington dont like Canadian cards and since I run all out of american currency, I told this to the cashier and to run my cards first and if they dont work I will go find ATM in town and get some cash. Well she said not to worry and if the cards dont go through, coffee is on the house!My cards didnt work, and she kept her promise.

We were unimpressed by the staff here. The young woman who took our order seemed distracted and uninterested in our order. Turned out, she got it wrong. They tried to correct it, so no hard feelings, but they werent even busy. I think a bit more training might be in order at this location.

They cleared the drive through 8 times, with a long line, while I waited for my drinks. (2 mochas) It took 25 minutes to get my drinks! There were at least 15 other people waiting for drinks inside, with no one in line... something is not working right in this store!

Made a quick stop for a cold drink and restroom on our way to Bellevue. Probably one of the nicest Starbucks I have been into for a while. The store was clean and seemed very open. The staff were all friendly and the service was quick. The drinks were equally great.

Easy access off I-5. Clean with ample seating.Could use a few small partition walls and sound proofing partitions hanging from tall roof area. Flies inside a big problem inside same as Ocean Beach store in Longview.

Easily accessible from I5 SB or NB. Drive-thru is available and moves fairly quickly. Parking (in front) can be a bit difficult as the parking spaces are angled a bit goofy from approach that most cars are partially parked in two spaces. There is ample additional parking behind the adjacent businesses as well. Lobby is large with high ceilings and a variety of tables, high tops, leather chairs and outdoor patio seating. Service in lobby is typically quite speedy and drinks made correctly the first time.

Bland corporate, yadda, yadda, whatnot, yuk-yuk. Avoid, eschew, circumvent, refrain, desist. Not because the staff were unfriendly, on the contrary they are all that is between us, the consumer, and the dissolving of our souls in cappuccino foam. The staff are only genuine elements in an otherwise bland oneness that makes me feel as if the boundary between my individuality and the interior of this shop of horrors has been shredded with a coffee grinder.

I will give a 3 because the staff rushed to fast and messed up my coffee

If I could ever go back in time, I would have got instant coffee and ate it straight, it would have been about the same.I mean, its like someone personally dumped a 1/8 cup grounds in each of our cups.I normally love most Starbucks, but that evening shift needs a refresher course.

Ok. They were busy. This is more of a rating of Starbucks in general than this location.My wife & I were traveling south on I-5. We made the GRAVE MISTAKE of ordering Chicken & bacon breakfast sandwiches.I have honestly never tasted such a foul (no pun intended) concoction in my life, and that includes microwaved convenience store sandwiches. Starbucks, HOW LOW CAN YOU GO?My drink was an 8 oz. drip Christmas Blend that was luke-warm. I briefly considered asking them to heat it in the microwave. Instead I washed down a slice of pumpkin loaf, (which was good), with the tepid coffee.The service was prompt and professional, but Starbucks, the Company, is only an amorphic shadow of what it was 20 (or even 10) years ago.2 stars if not for employees....

Very not delicious coffe

I received great customer service from the Baristas when I ordered my coffee here. I found this location to be quite desirable and Charming as it was tucked away during our visit towards Seattle. I found it very easy to relax here and sip on the hot beverage. I am looking forward to returning to this place I cannot wait

My son had an allergic reaction while eating a bagel in this store, when I asked the employees for a list of ingredients they told me to just look online. I don’t know if this is a company policy or something specific to this store but I don’t feel it’s acceptable to not be able to provide the ingredients of a product when asked. My son is fine but had it been a more serious reaction I would not have had time to “just look online.”

Used the restroom (which was clean and well kept) but came out to a lobby with one customer and no customers in drive thru but had all 6 employees look at me and not say a word. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes for them to figure out who wanted to actually ring me up. Which ended up being the girl making drinks while the others stood around with headsets on. As someone who works customer service was super disappointed!

Closing shift cashier was distracted. Facing back and having personal conversations. She was counting a drawer between orders; leaving it unattended (granted that’s not my business), and alternately handling cash and food. Sold me a salad, I came back to ask for a fork and she told me they were out but I could try getting one from Jack in the Box next door. Jack accommodated me. My steak wrap was falling apart and had that one burnt crusty piece where they didn’t wrap it right before heating. Steamed almond milk was flat. She should have told me before I made my purchase about the fork, and at least offered to steal property from another business for me. I watched their cleaning routine. No chairs were moved. The staff mopping kept hitting my backpack with their nasty mop. Bathrooms were unkempt. But, I mean ... they were friendly lol.Morning shift was much better. Food was better prepped, and shop was cleaner. My coffee was made right, with frothy steamed almond milk, and my breakfast sandwich came out perfectly heated. Bathrooms clean and I saw staff go in to check.

All good except I reported a dog in store. To the manager. Manager didn’t care. Wasn’t a service dog of any kind. Dog owner just let his dog go big potty 7’ from front door.Gross. Dog owner held his dog close to him over the counter while he was ordering it at the front counter. Gross. I wish I would’ve taken a picture. Next time I will.

Im not a huge fan of Starbucks coffee in general but I do drive thru here occasionally. Whoever trains the employees here does a great job; they are always super friendly and have never messed up my order. The drive-thru situation can be a little awkward at busier times because it can easily get backed up enough to hinder regular parking in/out.

Brand New location with a drive through window they didnt have at the old location. Easy to find and doesnt have to share a parking lot anymore so no cross traffic.

Always superior! Grande quad latte with caramel drizzle. Yum!
