Scotts a friendly, helpful guy.I bought a used push mower for my huge property. Considering what I put it through, it was a great deal that lasted much longer than expected (3 years).

ZERO STARS!! Rudest person ever! Refuses to accept anything BUT CASH but doesnt tell you up front!Address on website is misleading! Actual entrance is on another street! When I called to ask he didnt even say that! JERK!!

After having my mower at a competitor for over 2 weeks and not having any work done to it, i took it to Scott Stones Lawn Mower. They did a great job repairing my mower in a timely manner. The staff is very knowledgeable accompanied by fantastic customer service. Dont make the same mistake i did, go straight to Scott Stones Lawn Mower.

I had looked at the reviews and noted that some customers had difficulty with giving payment. I called and asked if they accepted debit as an option to pay, and was promptly asked to Not call back any more. Considering we live in an age thats beginning to not utilize paper money at all that is beyond bizarre and frustrating in the extreme.

Scott was amazing in helping us. We went looking and 2 weeks later he remember who we are and also threw in a new blade. Thank you so much.

This company is not honest in my opinion. My initial contact was to purchase a air filter for my lawn mower after finding the replacement part # I called and asked if they carried that part and was told yes and it was in stock price $10.00 I arranged to drive over to their location, I found that they did not operate out of that location a waste trip of 10+ miles the location in their add is a residence. I called again and was told a totally different location not shown in their add. In the intrim I went to a different supplier a purchased the filter for $ 6.00. when the filter did not solve my issue I disassembled to mower and drained the old gas and purchased a new spark plug set the gap on the plug and installed it. the mower was still not working. thru a process of elimination I came to the conclusion that the fuel filter was clogged and needed to be replaced I did not have the tools I needed to remove and replace it, Why I decided to call this shop back I do not know, but I did. After getting the right location I took it to them I explained what I had already completed I asked if he would replace the filter I was told he would get it running and replace the filter.I went to pick the mower up and was billed $115.00 for a rebuilt carburetor after returning home I examined the replacement unit and Identified it as the original unit cleaned up. I will not do business with this company again.

Being going here for years. Highly knowledgeable, competent and prompt. Prices about what I would expect.

This guy kicks butt. Took a month to turnaround, but very happy with his work on my John Deere

Owner was very helpful and generously sold me an entire motor for 20 bucks and even allowed me to begin swapping parts over from the one he had to the one I had.Not wanting to hold him up, I offered to pay up so he could go his merry way while I finished reassembling my motor.I hadnt seen his little no credit card sign so I pulled out a debit card at which Mr. Stone suddenly seemed to switch into a new, frightened and defensive person. A little like Raymond from Rain man, he began saying oh no, were done now. Oh no. No money. Were done now. I couldnt quite tell if he was joking but I knew fibres atm wasnt far and went to get cash. Upon my return, his engine and my engine were off the desk and on the floor. His tools were gone and he was uninterested in letting me swap out the starter cover or anything else, his tools or mine.Said he would charge $75 to do about 5 minutes of work, lol.Each to his own, and I got a good deal but Im not sure were dealing with somebody in the normal zone of the autistic spectrum. Just be aware

This mower service shop is hard to get service to because of the hours the owner steps out a lot and locks the place up in the middle of the day wasnt happy with service or parts.

This guy was very rude brought in my weed eater and told me he doesnt do repairs anymore...asked if he knew anyone and brushed us off....he either lied to us or just didnt want to help us....thanks for being a scrappy persons....dont bring your equipment there he doesnt do repairs....
