As a local store I have visited for years, it has served my needs most of the time. Im always persuaded Ill come back home with pretty much everything I need for my cars (and sometimes more...)

I went to purchase some products for my car. Everyone in the store was very attentive and caring we are going through many things right now all over the world and we need more people who care so thank you advance Auto employees for making my visit special.

Found my goods and it was fast.

Very clean place you dont have to trip over stuff in the aisle very good communications when you greeted you dont know what the hes going to speak another language or not very good service very helpful on anything well go outside and even look or show you recommended over any other parts place maybe second to Napa but thats getting old too seems like they want to sell anything to get your money not bad anyway Ive switched to advanced now

So basically just walked in to look for one single fuse. Asked the guy if he can help me find the fuse because I was in a hurry. The guy just pointed and simply walked outside and smoke his cigarette holding the door open. I was like alright maybe I caught him on his break. He walked back in and not a care in the world crossed his mind. I said maybe he was having a bad day. I asked a younger looking fella organizing the lanes, mind you no one is in the store to be attended too.. so I asked him(younger guy) can you help me find this fuse. His response just check the section your in if its not there Im sorry. Lol this place is a joke these people dont want to work at all. Horrible customer service they basically dont care who walks in the door. Ill travel further down and go the extra mile to not spend my money and deal with this laziness.

I received a very bad response when I call the store today. The employee was very rude and disrespectful by phone, he hang up on me before I could even explain why I was calling for. I called the store again to ask for the employee’s name and the guy refused to give me his name. It was so frustrating, awful customer service experience. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

Great customer service, I couldnt find what I was looking for, but it was a great experience, carlos was very helpful, Ill be back because they treat the customer in an excellent manner, something very hard to find in Miami Dade county today . Its Good to know that there are educated young people .

Depending on the time of day you come will determine what kind of service you get. There are some good people here but there are some slack offs too. Other than that its usually well kept and stocked.

This is my favorite auto part in Kendall, when ever I need something for my car I always go there because I know they will help me. I know a lot about my car, but as a woman... sometimes not always. Thanks guys.

Terrible customer serviceGo in with a car that I had to jump start, I tell one of the workers (Lazaro) and he just tells us to wait five minutes later hes singing on the phone not giving a damn. He starts taking calls from friends what I assume because he was using really weird terms that made me feel uncomfortable and just keeps telling us to just wait. Worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. You shouldnt be prioritizing phone calls when you already have a customer in front of you.

I was told by staff at this place that I need to change my NGK spark plugs every 20,000 miles... NGK states they last 80-90,000. Looks like this place is sales driven... sad

I was there looking for somebody to ask for a part of my car, no customers but a bunch of workers just keeping talk, I had to interrupt after many minutes.I guess they have a management problem...

This is probably the worst advance in the city, associates are unprofessional and extremely rude, one of the associates named Ray really gave me the worst experience any customer can expect when walking into a store. please save yourself a bad time and go somewhere else.

Bad service from certain people not all but the guy who went out with me to check my battery for example, spoke no English and didnt even explain well what the problem was He just said the battery was loose and walked away and I recently just got the battery from the same place so I dont understand how it shouldve had a problem I wanted to ask all that but the guy looked so uninterested that I just left.
