I just had a great experience at this new kendall location. From the minute I walked in, I was immediately acknowledged and greeted. Erick took care of my car needs. He provided an excellent customer service. Will definitely go back to this store.

Came into the store to buy oil and filter. Employees were having a good time talking with friends. At checkout they informed me the special price advertised in the store was not available. They offered a 10% discount instead. Feels like a bait and switch. Manager on duty had plenty of time to talk it up with friends but not enough time to take down the signs for specials. He would not honor the price. Buyer beware.

I am overall very pleased to be served at this location. I don’t remember which person helped me within the staff. I usually see the staff on the website so we know who works there. I got an amazing help with seeing which oil is good for my car, lights and other necessities.Can someone tell the names that works at this location and the one at the hammocks? I have gone there too but I seem to have forgotten which place when I needed help regarding of my car.Thank you for your help.

I went to buy the low and high beam bulbs for my car, the person that was helping probably needed coffee. I had to repeat myself several times on what I needed, the make and model of my vehicle. I provided him with the bad bulbs he went to the backroom and he return to the front telling me that they did not have the bulbs in stock. I asked for the old bulbs back and he spent 15 minutes trying to find them. He send me to the store located at 8950 SW 137th Ave., Wow what a difference, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I am never going back to the store at 8401 SW 117th Ave.

Randy was an absolute gem! He was professional, helpful, and gives genuine customer service. I had a very difficult battery dilemma and without any hesitation he gave me amazing customer service, he is knowledgeable and has an amazing attitude. His work ethic surprised me for someone so young. He deserves a raise and I dont say that just because he was nice, it is very difficult these days to find people that do their job well without a burdensom attitude. It was hot, humid and the battery change was challenging but he had a positive attitude about it and saved me from a whole lot more trouble. Thank you Randy!

I went to this Autozone just today to get my bulb replaced today, the gentleman named Daniel helped me out and checked to see. He got my brakelight working and did so with ease. I was at this location today and was as always attended by very knowledgeable employees. They always know exactly what I need. Giving three stars because this location has some sort of air conditioning issue because it’s unbearably hot in there. I was only there 15 minutes, so I can’t imagine what the employees are going through.

Been shopping at this store for a while, theyve been good in the past. Recently looks like under new management, Carlos doesnt seem to thrilled to be working here.

Im only giving this store 3 stars because management needs to reconsider the people they hire. I shop here often so I know which employees are actually helpful. There is a kid named Tim that works there, he does not know a thing about anything, he will do the bare minimum to get you out the door. If you see him wait for someone else if you need actual help. The most experienced person there about cars in my experience is David G. he will give you a rundown on almost any job your thinking of doing and makes you comfortable with doing it. Hire more Davids or promote the one you have to work more. Otherwise, clean store and good products!

The customer service at the store is great. The employees are very helpful. I needed a Battery, air filters, and other accessories and they practically got everything from the shelves for me. They even helped me take the items to the car. They were very professional and took precautions, like wearing a mask, to keep me safe. Arthur Narciandi was one of the employees who helped me. Excellent customer service from Mauricio! Had a problem clamping my key fob after replacing the batteries. After several attempts he got it to close. A lifesaver since my car wouldnt function properly without it. There was also a girl who tried to help, but I didnt get her name. I am very grateful to both of them!

Went to have my battery replaced on my Toyota Tundra. Sebastian explained to me that the terminals were bad and that they need to be replaced. Not only did he change my battery, but also did the favor of changing the terminal for me. Not only his service was amazing, but his friendliness and knowledge of what to do. I stopped by to check on hubcaps for my Honda CRV. The first thing I noticed when I entered the store was how neat it was. A young man, David, asked me if I had my car there. He looked at my car and advised that my car does not take hubcaps. He was vey helpful, and suggested a website where I might be able to find new rims. It is very nice to find a friendly and helpful employee.

It’s the first time ever I walk into an auto parts store to buy wiper blades and the staff offers to install them for me. David - the young man who helped me - installed the blades in less than five minutes which would have taken me much longer because it’s a bit tricky on my car. Helping me were David and Kacy, who proactively solved a dilemma I had deciding how to go about choosing a new air filter for a motorcycle I’m restoring. Overall my experience so far at this location has been A++ honestly, they’re knowledgeable, polite and professional in a way I’ve not seen lately at any store in general. Eye to eye contact, a pleasant demeanor and sincere smile, most times it’s the little things that count thank u guys.

My car was hesitating when I was trying to start it and a strange light came up on the dashboard, I was on my way home and this store was in my route. I stopped and the Sales rep. Dennis promptly checked my battery and it turned to be bad. David gave me advice and explained to me about the different types of deals they had for my Chevy Equinox and they replaced the old battery and gave me 5 years warranty on the new one. I don’t even need to hold on to my receipt, they input my info in the store’s computer and they can find it with my phone number. Done Deal with David & Dennis! Their expertise and mechanical knowledge was very helpful. Very friendly customer service.
