Love this place. Customer service is always great. Shoes are expensive but they worth it

My shopping experience every time I come to the Dadeland location is always superb. Caroline was extremely helpful assisting me with all the sizes I needed. Her positive attitude was a great change of pace from other retail stores I have gone to.

Didnt like the Hispanic male Employee at the front of The store very rude to my nephew and my cousin it seemed alot like racial profiling not cool.. I almost didnt buy any merchandise.

Honestly have never left a review for a store before but this one I had to share! I wanna thank Ivanna for her help, I felt almost at home and not like she was just trying to sell me a shoe and go about her day. She was very attentive of not only myself but many other customers that were on the store. Ruben was also very nice at the cash wrap. They made the transfer from sales floor to cash wrap very smooth and comfortable! Will definitely be coming back and asking for them!

It was amazing to be in dadeland mall on Sunday! I was there for some shoes and Melisa helped me to get them. When I got to the register she offered me masks and socks which I also bought. Her patience with me was outstanding and she was there with me until I got the shoes I wanted. Excellent customer service from all the staff and definitely Melisa! She’s has the best eyes in the store.

It was ok at first when one of the employees asked if we needed any help... we kept walking around the store and my boyfriend found a pair of sneaker that he liked. They were marked at $79.99, it occurred to us to look at the price on Adidas website, the same shoes were 50% off ($40), so we were like maybe they can price match the price from the original website of the brand. We went to ask another employee, an older man, if he could help us, when we got near him and said “excuse me” he looked at us with a mean expression on his face. My boyfriend asked him if they were able to able to price match, he looked at us like we were crazy and without even saying a word made a “no” gesture and turn his back on us. We just left the store and got them from the website with free shipping and saved $40.

On Sunday, February 9, 2020, my family and I went shopping at our local mall. My eight year old fell in love with a pair of Vans checkerboard camouflage slip-ons which we ultimately ended up purchasing from the Dadeland Mall, Shoe Palace at 7535 North Kendall Drive, Miami, FL 33156. Not even a week later (within five days, Friday, February 14th) I noticed that both shoes were separating from the canvas and the rubberized upper portion. Additionally, the canvas material print began to lose it’s color and fade. My child utilized these shoes solely for school and not any sports or other activities that would cause such damage. The soles are actually still new as it is isolated to the upper portion of the shoes. We even purchased the protective spray with the sales associate recommended. Went back to the store within the week and dealt with an Assistant Store Manager by the name of Jose. He advised that there was nothing he could do and I should have come back as soon as the shoes started to separate and come undone. He stated that they only accept returns of new and unused shoes even though he advised that the shoes were clearly defective and should not have happened. As many of the other reviews have stated, the customer service was indeed less than acceptable. Do yourself a favor and purchase your shoes from a well known and reputable company that truly values their clients.

I was walking around Dadeland Mall and checked out this new store. Felt welcomed when staff member at entrance gave me a high five but as I walked into store the manager asked me for my service dog’s documents. I responded to him that it is illegal to ask for that as he should not be questioning my disability. He asked for it again so I just left. Not spending my time or money with ignorant people.

The website is so trash. It’s have too many bots on it and keep give me a 501 error each time.Website need a update to fix there software because are in dire need of it.

Should be zero stars. We wanted to buy a shoe that was clearly marked with a price of $129 but it rang up for $149. They would not honor the price difference and even blamed their system just does not allow for them to correct it as much as they would like to. Really?? They said shoes are often priced wrong and that this error happens every day. They even blamed customers messing with the price tags. Horrible customer service. Spend your hard earned money on overpriced sneakers somewhere else! Ps you will find the same shoes cheaper elsewhere anyways.

Amazing experience here at the Dadeland Mall location. Was helped out by one of the managers Kevin. Extremely fast service was in and out in less then 5 min. I was originally going for just one shoe for me but ended out with shoes for my kids and husband. If your looking for fast and amazing customer service go to Dadeland shoe palace and recommendly ask for kevin.
