Quick and easy, the drive thru was a little tough to spot.

My daughter and I needed a break and this was the perfect spot. The staff was very helpful and fast to serve you with a friendly smile. Thanks a lot, I do appreciate the service and recommend the coffee shop.

Standard Starbucks strip mall experience: nothing special, unusual or notable. Small parking lot out front, and can entrance/exit can be blocked easily. Best to park at Home Depot and walk.

I placed my mobile order but still have to wait in the drive though line because the lobby is closed!!! Not smart, not good. Please consider the options! This was the 2nd trip to this location. I do not know what they do different in this store, however both times I ordered a Hot Mocha Latte, and both times it was bitter, and couldnt taste the Mocha, at all. I wish I could leave a better review, but other locations serve a nice, sweet latte with whipped cream that is far better

I go here every week. Even more so now b/c of the holiday drinks. The service is always amazing. The only problem I am having is that my coffee cups are never filled. Yes.... Some coffees come topped w/ whip cream. But I dont see how whip cream takes up that much space that my cups are a little over half filled. Starbucks, yall have money! Fill your customers cups. I am sure they rather more coffee than whip cream 😒 Yall charge enough for them & the communities highly support the business. Dont disappoint.

I walked in and Ashley at the front counter told me she would be with me in a moment okay no problem well a older white lady comes in behind me and the drive thru person comes up and immediately takes her order. REALLY?!? Well when I mention this I was told “oh I thought you were still looking at the menu” no you told me you’d be with me in a second I was politely waiting but now I feel like I was looked over because I’m a person of color and the older white lady immediately had her order taken. That’s okay. I’ll take my business elsewhere

The person at the counter told my son she was going to call the cops on my son because he put his mask down alittle bit so she could lhear him speak. She was having trouble hearing him speak. That was threat to my son and he wasnt doing anything wrong. He was waiting for his drinks and it was 30 minutes later and he went to the Counter to tell her and she couldnt understand him and put his mask down tg o talk and thats when she threatened to call the Cops on him. He told go ahead he wasnt doing anything wrong. Dont go to this starbucks on Veterans.

So i go to starbucks quite often.i order the same thing and it never comes out quite right usually. Im not so fussy that i argue. But when Cameron/the girl with the kraken tattoos take my order not only was it right its visually attractive(ususlly my cold brew whip.cream looks a little flat and runny but its tastey so who cares lol

First time at this location. Everything was good as usual. The wait wasnt long, and the atmosphere was typical. Because its located in a small strip mall, the parking can be congested. Also, it is in the same parking lot as Walmart and Home Depot, so there is a good bit of traffic. Overall, I had a pleasant experience patronizing this Starbucks outlet.

This Starbucks location is very quaint and relaxing. The selection of coffee is very Broad and was made to order very quickly. I ordered a coffee frappe with whipped cream and it tasted amazing! Would definitely recommend this place to a friend. There was an outside dining area that was non-smoking with chairs and tables and umbrellas. Very easy going and relaxing.

Good crew. Wait time not bad. But the lack of stars is from having weak espresso. Time and time again my espresso based drinks have been weak compared to local and travelling Starbucks stores. Management and staff were kind to add more but I def think there machine needs to be fixed.

We left there very happy compared to our last visit when we found lots of coffee grounds in our coffee cups which gave it a bitter taste. I told the server at the counter of the bad experience and he, without our asking, gave us free coffee to make up for the ones we had to throw away. Nice.

Been to this Starbucks before, and never had an issue until today. First time went through the drive thru, and my fiancé couldnt even find the speaker to say the order, so we continued to the window. The short red headed lady at the window who I didn’t get her name was very rude when we explained we didn’t see the speaker and we would go around. She wasn’t nice and seemed like she didn’t want to deal with anyone. We went around again, ordered, and the lady at the window was different and way nicer than the other lady. I understand that we couldn’t find the speaker, but like the Starbucks on chateau the speaker is noticeable. This one wasn’t, and no one answered the speaker to let us know that is working. Hence us thinking we had to go to the window. It took about 30min all together for the line moved very slowly. They redeemed it by the second black haired lady being super friendly. My pink drink tasted a little off, but still delicious. Definitely would just wait for the chateau one to open back up after the pandemic is over with.

I have been at multiple Starbucks across the country, and this one has the same great service Ive received at 95% of the ones Ive been to. There are times theyve been so busy that Ill have to check back in or they look up and check on me for an order, but the staff recognizes me and remembers past discussions. Im Washingtonian, so I expect a lot out of a coffeehouse, and this one has consistently delivered. They rarely mess up an order and are quick to correct it when they do - without making excuses, which Ive found to be a hallmark of stellar customer service.

The beauty of Starbucks...Its product is known far and wide. You know exactly what you are going to get, with few surprises. My wife and I walked a 2 mile round trip to visit this particular Starbucks because of this reliability.

Frappuccinos are great but being the Libertarian that I am, I find it quite rude that you ask me what my name is. Youre making a coffee, not selling me a house. No reason to throw out civil liberties.

Consistently one of the worst Starbucks Ive been to, at least at night. Waited quite a while so the Barista could chat with her friends only to find out she messed up my drink and forgot to add ANY flavor. I bought a 5$ cup of hot milk and was already down the road before I realized it and they were closing anyhow. Take the extra time to drive to Chateau Commons if you need Starbucks. Just dont go here at night, terrible, slow service and wrong drinks. Two stars because Ive had acceptable service during the day here.

Wonderful quick service! I sent an order to the wrong Starbucks and they easily corrected my mistake when they did not have to. I appreciate the hustle they do every day to make each customers visit as quick as possible. Even on their busiest days they are still welcoming and efficient.

This location is not a good as the other locations. I ordered my iced coffee and an almond croissant thru the drive thru as it was raining. It took at least 10 minutes for me to get to the window. After receiving my order I asked the girl at the window for a sleeve for my cup. She told me they were actually out of sleeves. So, whats going thru my head is how? You only give me a single napkin. I pulled around to park. I then proceeded into the store to get more napkins and to my surprise I found cup sleeves that the girl at the window told me they were out of. Im not sure what her problem was but I spent my money there and should have been treated better than that. I would steer clear of this location!

Staff is very good. Made a great Mocha Caramel Frappachino. They kept the line moving steadily and wait time was short.

The line is always forever long and you have to wait forever to get your drinks or food. The staff isnt very friendly and do not offer suggestions on using points. The only time I EVER order from this location is if I do a mobile order and just run in to pick it up.Today, when I placed my mobile order, my husbands frappachino (with no whipped topping) still had close to and inch and a half of room on the top to fill the venti that I ordered. Thats a $5 and change drink that I expect to be filled to the top. My hot venti coffee was sitting in the open, with everyone picking it up to see if it was theirs, did not have a stopper in the lid. If it werent for the fact that I was desperate for coffee and I was in that area, I wouldnt have went there. Seems to be going downhill.

Terrible I hate going there. Every sense your CEO made her politics known I have only been there two times in a year. I used to go every day and sometimes twice a day.

This is my closest Starbucks and they have always been great. Starbucks is Starbucks but this place is just staffed with great people. The quality is consistent.

This Starbucks is disgusting. From listening to employees openly talk about the WEEKS old expired milk they use to the countless times Ive gotten sick (from only this location), this is by far the worst Starbucks Ive ever visited. The women here are beyond bitchy and snotty who act like its going out of their way to do their job and SERVE you. And heaven forbid you actually want a drink made the correct way. Save your health - choose another location.

I’m not one to go out of my way to post a negative review, but I’ve also never had any restaurant get every single item I ordered wrong in some way.Went through the drive through at about 6pm yesterday. I ordered 3 pretty simple things. Here’s how that went down:-Entirely forgot the Cold Brew, even though it was the very 1st thing I ordered.-Made my GF’s drink with normal milk, even though I asked for Almond milk twice and then confirmed it. She’s lactose intolerant and had to throw it away.- And, this is small one, but they left the factory plastic wrap on the pastry I ordered. Normally I wouldn’t care but here I am so it goes on the record.Any one of these on their own is honestly fine, whatever, but come on guys.

Had no clue what a con panna is. Paid for my order to then be told that I waited 15 min for nothing because they couldnt make a drink with decaf espresso. Had to refund me but cant say when the money will clear. This place is the pits.

Presentation is everything when it comes to paying almost $6 for a frappuccino and so is service. I went through drive thru and was given a drink that was poorly executed and the guy in the window could care less but when he noticed I was about to say something he then offers me a stack of napkins. I hadnt realized how badly my cup was overflowing when I pulled off so I went back to the widow and told him it was leaking everywhere and he said oh really, no apologies or any type of concern. I asked for another cup and left because Im not going to teach a working teenager how to do his job that is what management is for. DO BETTER STARBUCKS!

This is rapidly becoming the worst Starbucks in the area. The new team of baristas is horrible. Matthew is possibly the most rude person Ive ever encountered in the service industry. Its worth the drive to go to West Esplanade or the one by Clearview Mall.

This is my favorite Starbucks location (Freret and Jefferson) in the city! Whether Im just picking up, bringing a group of teens, or hanging out, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My drink is right 100% of the time.

I visit this location fairly often since it is the closest to my home. They tend to get busy throughout the day but the line always moves quickly and the employees are upbeat. I love the mobile order feature, it definitley helps to ensure my drinks is made exactly as I like it and definitley speeds up the order/pickup process.

Not sure how this location is at 4.1 stars. Service is bad, employee are arguing, checking their phones. Cage cashier disappeared for 10 minutes now. Line on 20 people drop. Unbelievable.
