As some people have mentioned in previous posts, if NO stars were possible, that is what I would rate this outlet. I left my home in Smyrna purposely to go to this outlet. When I walked in there were about 5 sales people, some were helping customers, others were sitting on the merchanidise on their phones. No one offered to help or inquire why we were there. They have a pretty decent selection of refrigerators--which was what I was shopping for--but most items dont have a price, so you must have assistance. However, when we looked to find a sales person, none were available and the one lady I asked for help seemed aggravated that I would bother her and informed me that she was helping other customers and would help me when she was done. Im guessing the info she was looking for was on the phone she was scrolling through. At that point, I decided whatever discount I would get wasnt worth it and decided to leave. Just as when we entered, none of the salespeople said a word.Sad excuse for a Best Buy!!!

The selection was great.Bought a fridge, washer and dryer, all totally functional just with scratch and dents. The prices were great.Some employees were incredibly helpful, and some were the opposite of helpful. If I could go back again I probably would talk to a few different employees and ask the friendly + helpful ones to help us complete our transaction. Idk if they get commission or not but some employees certainly deserve it and some do not.They werent doing delivery for fridges when we were buying, apparently they had been having some problems with their service. In a pinch we called a few companies and found one called Blue Truck Logistics that gave us an incredibly smooth delivery and installation.Overall I think this place is pretty good but it probably is a bit of a gamble.

I wish I could give less than one star. Trust me when I tell you they don’t even deserve that.I bought a “scratch and dent” washer on 6/4/2021. Picked it up this morning (6/6/2021) and installed it this evening. Within 5 minutes of the wash cycle the door started leaking water. We pressed pause to stop the cycle and the door immediately unlocked and started to open WITH A TUB FULL OF WATER!!! There was no way to get the washer to drain. The spin only cycle would not drain the tub. I specifically asked the store clerk if there was anything that could be mechanically wrong with the washer. He said they test it for mechanical issues first before they put them on the floor. So, I went ahead and purchased it along with the 3 yr warranty just in case. Clearly that was a HUGE mistake.We are now dealing with a flooded laundry room AND basement. Buy a washer from here at your own risk.I’ll update the review once I call in the morning and tell them to come and get this piece of junk out of our house.Update: Went back into the store to process the refund. The store manager was helpful and scheduled the return pickup. But now Best Buy is saying they can’t process the refund. We were told we have to go back to the store again to process a refund that we were told would be automatically processed when they picked up the washer. Saga continues...

This store is open 3 days a week and is gravely short-staffed. I returned to correct a store error and was there for 2 hours. I had my 5 month old grandchild and an appointment I gave myself plenty of time to make. The sales lady was not present. The team (2) had to coach each other through problem resolution and in the end could not explain the correction. There were no trained managers present. Hugely disappointed and walked out not sure I was billed accordingly.

The employees at the Best Buy Outlet were helpful. We were looking for a refrigerator in a hurry since ours went out unexpectedly. My husband found one and got it delivered. The delivery process was terrible, it kept getting pushed back and one day it said the order was actually delivered and it wasnt. When we finally got the refrigerator, it didnt fit so we declined delivery on the phone and in front of delivery driver so they could take it. They left the refrigerator in the middle of the living room. It was there for 2 weeks while we had to wait for them to pick it up. It took them even longer(1 month) to refund our money. Best buy customer service said for the inconvenience we will give you $65 giftcard. Where do I get this gift card from if you cant mail it to me and store associates say they cant do it? I wont be buying any appliances from Best buy or even a computer but I want the gift card as principle. Best Buy do better.

Got there at 550 and doors were locked. I get they close at 6 but we wanted to just take a quick look before we purchased elsewhere. Your loss Best Buy! Will spend my money elsewhere

Terrible customer service. You need to beg attention for someone to help you. The salesperson don’t smile and don’t even try to be nice with you. My point is why work in a store if you don’t like help people? I asked about the price of a refrigerator and he very grudgingly went to look at the computer. Everyone there seemed forced to work. Easy way to fix it :If you are not happy just move to other job. Very disappointed to buy something over there. Be ready before go to this store. Bring a lot of patience with you !

Very short staffed. If you go in to ask a question about a item forget it. No management anywhere. And a group of guys standing around talking. But if you ask them for help they look confused and act like the dont know how to help. Best Buy needs to man up and help this store.

Its worth taking a look here when you need a major appliance or computer, but the deals arent as good as they used to be and the full Best Buy store across the street had twice a many open box computers than this outlet. When I pulled up recently there was a big truck for an Appliance Outlet store in front, so I think the best deals are getting scooped up and resold rather than letting the general public have a fair chance at finding what they need.

If you need your appliances, go somewhere else. Their regular priced items are overpriced and they dont care about your customer experience if you purchase their discounted as-is items.Backstory:We made sure to find appliances that only had dents or scratches on the sides. However, when the fridge arrived it had multiple dents and scratches that were not there when we had purchased it. They didnt protect the appliances since they were as-is items(which apparently is common practice).They rescheduled the delivery and installation of our appliances twice.The water dispenser doesnt work on the fridge and we are still waiting for someone from Best Buy to come and repair it.After spending over $3,000 they offered only a $75 gift card for compensation. What a joke.

We came down from DE and brought our office with us, not realizing we forgot our printers power chord. Both regular Best Buys in this area (within 20 minutes apart) had me on a goose hunt, telling me the other store has the power chord. At the end, 3 visits later, honestly someone in management probably should have just detached a chord from a floor model and sold it to me. Both stores computer systems/whats in stock connection lacks drastically. I made a last attempt, saw this location while leaving and was greeted at the door to, no we dont sell power chords. Out of nowhere, this super friendly guy named John (with thin dreads and glasses) goes out of his way, listens to my frustrations, and looks under the counter and just hands me a Samsung power chord (out of the box) on the house! He said it would work, and he was surely correct! I then tried to tip him and he refused! Awesome employee, couldnt be happier! Now we were able to get to work 12 hours away from home! I came into Best Buy and purchased a Samsung Dryer for a great price. An associate wasnt welcoming or tried to help, I had to walk towards her to ask questions and get assistance. I wanted to have the item delivered but she recommended against it. Which is so odd but now I know why. The outlet and delivery system is unprofessional as to reaching out to the customer about delivery and confirming the order. Long story short my dryer was no longer available . How when I paid for it? Either way I got a refund and will not be coming back or referring anywhere to this place of business. Highly disappointed.

AWFUL experience with delivery. And no, it is not exclusively the third party delivery company’s fault like the Best Buy sales associate told us.Best Buy confirms our delivery date and time window on the date of purchase and again the day of installation. Nobody shows up. I call Best Buy and am told the refrigerator hasn’t made it to the Best Buy distribution center in Buford. Ok??? Best Buy’s geek squad rep didn’t think to mention this when they confirmed the delivery??We get rescheduled for delivery a WEEK later on Thursday July 22 but don’t know the delivery time window. The store manager, John, tells me he is printing out my information and will call me as soon as the fridge makes it to the distribution center (which he assures me should be before Thursday because that date is probably just a place holder).Guess who A) didn’t call me or B) return my calls? You guessed it: John. Classic over promising and under delivering. I speak to the assistant store manager on Wednesday and learn that they can’t change the time of my delivery anymore, that it has to be delivered on Saturday July 24.Now we get to the part where the delivery people are problematic. Here we are, it’s Saturday, and the delivery people say they can’t install the fridge bc of the dimensions of our doorways and this requires a “premium” delivery team because they’ll need to remove doors from the refrigerator.The refrigerator is now in my garage. A delivery person who “might” be able to install it can’t come out until Tuesday.ALLEGEDLY Best Buy can only put information in the “notes” about what is need for the delivery, however, since ours is an install and fridge relocation, it should be obvious that our delivery requires a little more expertise than a simple delivery. Also, why doesn’t Best Buy automatically request a premium team? Why do they only have a contract with ONE delivery company (someone from Geek Squad told me this).These issues rest mostly on Best Buy’s shoulders. The delivery people may not be that great, but Best Buy and it’s idiotic way of handling deliveries have put the customers in this position.And lest you think I’m just an irritable Karen, who flies off the handle at the smallest inconvenience, rest assured Best Buy and their rag tag team of incompetents is causing problems for many other customers as well. Our favorite store manager, John, told me today that a lot of deliveries haven’t even been showing up (yeah I noticed that, John, that happened to me too) and seemed happy that “hey, at least it got delivered.” Yes, John, I am utterly delighted to have a fridge in a box, taking up space in my already somewhat-crowded garage. It’s SO great.I’m sorry to be so long-winded but this whole experience has been such a nightmare and I hope it can save at least one person from going through what my husband and I are going through.

My first visit with Best Buy. Very very displeased with Customer Service & Warehouse. Purchased washer & dryer on Monday for delivery Friday. Called me Friday afternoon cancelled delivery, rescheduled for Wednesday they called at 3 cancelled. Rescheduled for Saturday they assured me delivery. Didnt even call me and automatically rescheduled me for following Monday. I WASTED 4 vacation days sitting at home waiting for nothing. Called customer service stayed on hold 1 hour waiting called from another phone while on hold got thru in 20 minutes because it wasnt my number - unbelievable!!!!!

Worst experience at a Best Buy. I went in to buy a large TV. 10-15 no one assisted us. I googled all my own answers. Had to drag the tv up to the front before someone casually came over to assist. No small talk, just started ringing me up. No questions or offer of assistance. Then I had to inquire about delivery and was told “that’s not recommended”. What?! I could go on and on about my experience but it was bad…

In store experience was fantastic. Busy but manageable considering the savings. Lindsey was amazing. She took her time with me to make sure I got what I needed. And delivery time is awesome. Other places were a month out. This place is able to deliver within a few days! Very glad I stopped in.

Great experience with having our washer and dryer delivered. We had our old LG and Samsung W&D removed from our home with 2 sets of steps to front porch and had new LG W&D brought in and set up in our laundry room. Halen(?) and Amos did a great job and very professional. Fast, friendly service.On the purchase, we had a good experience there as well. I had to hunt down a sales rep but they were very busy at the time we were there. We found MANY well rated appliances in excellent condition- some prices marked down $3-$400+ off retail because of a little scuff mark on the side. This is our second purchase from Best buy outlet and we could not be more pleased.

Very disappointed!! Thought we were getting a great deal and everyone seemed very helpful. Found an awesome deal on an LG refrigerator, had associate pull price tag off to purchase. It was tagged as Sold and moved to the back. Only to find out the tag was for a different refrigerator and they lost my refrigerator. Complete diaster!! Also had a tv on the order. Dont even know if they transferred anything to be delivered to me. Very sad because they had alot of good stuff but I dont Ill be back. Please check your order to make sure your getting what you paid for or picked out.

I’m not one to leave a negative review but they delivered the WRONG washer dryer… Now we have to wait an additional week for them to deliver the correct one. The worst part-All they did to compensate us was wave the delivery fee and installation of the correct washer dryer😂🤦🏼‍♀️ I wish I was joking
