I spent nearly 2 hours trying out all the various options he had in store and ended up purchasing this amazing hybrid by Heritage. Matt was so helpful, patient and friendly. No high-pressure sales tactics here. I also loved that I could mix and match a mattress and adjustable base to get exactly what I wanted. His white glove delivery and assembly team was top-notch. And even when I had a slight issue with the setup of the base, he called and FaceTimed with me to figure it out - which we easily did. Matt is a great educator on all things sleep! Id only heard of one of the brands in his show room. He only sells mattresses that he approves of and can get in a timely fashion. He has been in the industry for nearly 2 decades in all adpects. I really appreciated his stress free educational experiencing and that he considering just replacing my frame instead of the entire setup (but I had already planned to use my existing mattress elsewhere) I ended up purchasing an organic cotton topped mattress made locally in Rome GA so for me its a win win win - shop local, support a Christian business and provide skilled work for people in my state!!

Matt is truly a mattress man! He knows his stuff and has years and years of experience. The best testimony we can give is that we had been looking for months for a new mattress and walked into his store telling ourselves we were only looking, and came out two hours later with a purchase that we are extremely happy with! He sanitizes his mattresses so they are safe to try out (which is VERY important). ga Mattress Brokers also carries sheets that are silky and awesome (we love them) and waterproof mattress covers (which is good if you sleep with a fur baby or two!) and also has pillows that are top of the line at a great price. Absolutely horrible experience. This place just wants your money and doesnt care about your comfort nor the horrible quality of mattresses that they sell. I went there to look into buying the idle mattress, but was instead directed towards a more expensive mattress... which I ended up buying along with an adjustable split king frame. After waiting for the products to arrive, only one delivery guy delivered the bed, although I paid for two guys to deliver and set up the bed. Therefore, my boyfriend had to help the delivery guy unload the mattress and the frame and help him install them. I told the store owner and he refunded us back 100 dollars. However, he also forgot to send all of the items that we purchased. Finally.... the mattresses that arrived were not the correct size of mattresses that we ordered. We got twin mattresses instead of two twin XL mattresses. Also, one of the mattresses smell so bad of mildew that it has stunk up our entire room. The frames are also worthless to us, because they are too short for my boyfriend to fit on. Therefore, his head hangs off the bed. Furthermore, when I wake up every morning after sleeping in this poor quality mattress, my shoulders and hips are extremely sore and my neck feels as if I can not turn it. I called the store owner and explained this to him and he basically said too bad, you only get store credit. Even worse, none of the other mattresses he carries will work for me... so now we are stuck with worthless, unusable mattresses. In the end, this store owner only cares about getting money and nothing else. Stay away. Hell talk your ear off the entire time about how much mattress experience he has just to convince you to buy a mattress from him, but if that mattress doesnt work out for you... then tough luck, he doesnt care.

I purchased individual bases for our king size bed from GA Mattress Brokers and it was simply a great experience. I’ve never owned bases and knew nothing about them. I was basically walked through the entire process, educated on the different options, and given great advice on what to select based on my future plans of upgrading my mattress one day. Beds. They can literally impact your life, no joke. I came to this conclusion after sleeping on my new bed for a few nights. And let me tell you, by far these have been the best sleeps I have had in awhile! Matt really went in from the beginning to the end.
