Dont bring your vehicle here. Its still in the shop. They dont know how to fix it and they barely have any staff. They dont pick up there calls nor do they return your call back. I wouldnot recommendd this place at all.

The mechanic and store manager Sara went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect.

The front desk staff and manager were very courteous. The techs replaced a tire on my Subaru in less than an hour and I was charged the exact price quoted over the phone . I took off one star because the shop itself was filthy . The waiting area was dingy and the restrooms (for me anyway) were unusable. Recommend this location for services rendered but will drop off my car and pick up next time rather than wait in the facility.

The manager was very helpful and I love his customer service I also loved how the tech advised me that I need front brakes. This will be my go to spot for now on........ Very happy with this location

Found this location after a Google search, and Im very glad I did. The prices were reasonable, which is great; however, the service is really where they shine. Location Manager Dwayne was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish, insuring great care was taken to service my vehicle. Team Member Kayla was also very helpful and pleasant. I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone in the market for brake service or tires, you wont regret it and will leave feeling like a member of the family.

Brought my vehicle in this morning with mysterious slow leaks in my front tires. Ive brought it in several times (to a different location) to have them checked for punctures to no avail. After checking the tires with soapy water myself I discovered the clip-on weights were causing a slight leak. On this visit I requested that the tech replace the clip on weights with glue-on weights. Despite again not being able to find the leaks (even after dunking the both tires in water) they humored me and removed the clip-on weights. I really appreciate when a business agrees to do something the customer wants, even when the professionals disagree. The tires seem great, but time will tell if I was actually correct.

Kenneth and Dwayne were SO helpful! They even helped me out by letting me now the previous tire had put the incorrect tires on my vehicle. Seriously, GO TO THEM!

I went back to Mavis for a second time (5/22/21) and received GREAT customer service again from the man who was working the front desk.He was fast and knowledgeable in what I needed for my car. Amazing service. After work I was driving down 75 and I got a notification that my tire pressure was extremely low. I pulled to the side and used fix a flat on the tire.My hopes were that the temporary fix would last long enough to get to a tire shop. I got here 20 minutes after Mavis closed. I spoke to the front desk associate, Dwayne, and he told me that they were closed but he could help me out some air in and see what is going on.He pulled me around back and checked all my tires and found which one was low. He also gave an explanation on why my tire sensor was not correct on my dashboard.Learned something new and found a new favorite tire shop in the process. He didn’t have to help but he went out of his way to help out some random guy from KSU.

On Thursday November 12, 2020 I was involved in a dangerous car accident. This accident could have been prevented 100% if it wasn’t for Mavis Tires & Brakes. I went into their store at the Kennesaw, Georgia(Barrett Parkway)location that morning. I had an appointment for a simple tire change. After waiting an unnecessary 2 hours for them to change one tire, they finally bring my car to the back. They then have the nerve to tell me that the tire was never ordered and I will have to come back. They wasted half my day and I had to get to work. I get in my car and turn onto 75(a major Atlanta highway). I make it a few miles out going about 65mph. All of a sudden, my hood blows open and smashes my front windshield. I am no longer able to see as my vision is completely blocked. I happened to be in the left lane so I was able to pull over by the wall without crashing into anyone. It’s is a miracle I wasn’t crashed into or that I was not in the middle lane. My car was ruined. I had shards of glass in my hands and feet. All because the mechanics at Mavis did not close the latch on my hood. They had no business even opening the hood in the first place since I was there for a tire change. We have tried our best to contact Mavis and have even had an attorney send letters and try to deal with them. They refuse to take responsibility and are not cooperating. They almost took my life and I can’t even get a response back. I am asking you all to please share this with Mavis and tag them urging them to take responsibility. I am #MADATMAVIS. Are you?This is what happened to my daughter. Just unbelievable how this company will not take responsibility or even politely discuss the situation. I and my attorney spoke with Ebony Bell from customer solutions and she was no help and very rude to the attorney. They have completely swept this under the carpet as not there fault. They did not even perform an investigation that they could show us or look at the vehicle. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!

Great services! I have been here several times because I have the WORST luck with getting nails in my tires and they do a great job accommodating the needs of customers. Not to mention they are honest and do great work.

Paul took great care of me and my car. I had new tires and brakes put on from a different Mavis and my sensors went off while in the neighborhood. He took my car and fixed the issue in less than an hour and told me that the weights had fallen off which could be common. Would recommend 100%!

On my way home from work my vehicle began making a noise. I pulled into a competitor of Mavis to be told they were closing. I remembered the Mavis on Barrett Pkwy near Town Center. I stop and was greeted by Barry. He was eager to help and said, Lets take a look. He located the part and asked his mechanic to stay and repair. Barrys knowledge allowed the mechanic to repair my vehicle getting me back on the road. I will use this location in the future.

I originally called the Mavis Tires on Chastain Meadows a week earlier to get 1 tire. They did not have the tire I needed but was told the location on Ernest Barrett Parkway did. I made an appointment for 4 days later at 10 am. When I arrived at the facility they didnt have any customers waiting but I was told it would be a couple of hours. They were also very rude.. Why make an appointment if you still have to wait? I left and went back to my Meineke shop who helped me immediately. The tire may have cost a bit more but I guess its like they say, you get what you pay for. And the Meineke guys are great too.

I flew in from California and my friend needed a reliable mechanic. We found this location and found out the previous mechanic did a horrible job. They fixed her car and for a fraction of the cost with quality brand new parts! And fast! She now takes her car for routinely maintenance! So friendly and relatable!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. NTB was always great, but I will NEVER bring my car to this business again. The front service lady Verna needs to learn customer service and how to provide reliable/accurate wait times. If she had done her job, I would still be a happy customer. She didn’t even bother to talk to me when I asked for my keys.

Went to get my Lexus serviced and was immediately greeted by the store manager. Told them I was on my lunch break and needed to be out at a certain time. He introduced me to the service tech (can’t remember his name) that would be working on my car. The service tech walked me through the whole process, gave me recommendations, and it was quick and easy. I didn’t feel like I was being oversold or pushed to buy. I took my car to a different shop for some routine work. And they messed my alignment up horribly. Then I came to NTB and Dennis was so helpful and kind to get me in and out in no time at all. John Maple fixed my alignment, made my steering wheel straight again and got my car driving as good as the day I got it. I love this place, the staff is wonderful and ill gladly be coming back next time I need more work done.

I took my SUV into Mavis Tires and Brakes at the Kennesaw location to put 4 news tires on including balance and rotation; Tues, 3/10/21. The reason I took it to this location (albeit the price for the total job was higher than other estimates) was due to my experience with NTB in the past at the same location. I dropped my car off Tues to get the work done, was given a courtesy call at 2:00pm informing me that they are running behind and ended up having to leave the car there overnight because the job wasnt completed by the time they closed at 6:00pm.(I had a suspicion something wasnt right). When I picked up my car, there were notable scratches on two of my black rims both on the passenger side that were not there when the car was dropped off. i had to spend more money for a specialist to repair the damage and stated that he can tell the scratches came from equipment used to service my car. The only positive experience of my time and investment at Mavis was the customer service DJ provided. I will never take another one of my cars there again.
