I went to get my oil change on a limited amount of time. They said it would take an hour which I thought was excessive but I needed it done. I had them add wiper blades as mine were ineffective. I got a work order emailed to me as this is a work fleet vehicle. In the work order there was an AC service with dye listed that I didn’t ask for or need. When I asked if they were going to service AC he said no. When I called him out stating I had the work order he quickly stated the system added it automatically. I contacted my fleet service and they stated nothing is added automatically. The service would have to be requested by the service center and the only time that type of service is completed is when AC is not blowing hard which mine is fine. This service center added this in there knowing my company would pay for it unbeknownst to them. Such a scam and I am extremely disappointed with this company. I will not be going back and suggest non one else uses them for their service and they are unethical.

We came there from Michigan on our way to Florida, got a flat tire we tried to ask for help and the man with the black shirt on was extremely rude and very dismissive we didn’t receive any kind of service nor direction to where we could get it

Being a woman and having to take you vehicle to be serviced is scary. You fear being taken advantage of. Its really hard to find caring technicians thats not just about making money. I feel I have finally found a car service center that is honest. The team here listens to your concerns. They never made me feel rushed. I had a big issue going on with my car and they made sure I understood what needed to be done and what could wait. I NEVER felt pressured. I will be trusting Firestone with all of my cars.Ask for Tristan and Chris, they will take care of you!
Rachael was extremely helpful. I brought my dearly loved 270k mile Tacoma in to get new Destination LE2s (I got nearly 100k on LE1s- Good job Firestone!) As promised over the phone, Rachael had my truck in the garage with in 15 minutes. The mechanics recommended new belts since mine were cracked and had never been replaced. Rachael matched the prices I found online. That sold me on having the extra work completed. I was willing to pay for an alignment, but the mechanic said I did not need one. I greatly appreciate honest mechanics! New tires are great, and truck is quieter with new belts. Stellar performance all the way around. Highly recommend!

I’m currently sitting in a parking lot stranded because I came in for brake change BUT they somehow managed to completely mess up my BRAND NEW battery. I called them and they let me know they’ll do a free inspection but will not be replacing the battery. I have a witness that can prove they heard them over the phone say “we did a battery check and you battery was completely fine” so OBVIOUSLY they did this to my car. Unprofessional workers! UNPROFESSIONAL and I actually REALLY DO have a lawyer!!!!!!Came here to update. Apparently they messed up for than just the battery. The car won’t start up despite getting jumped. I kid you not this car had no issues until I brought it to this location FOR A BRAKE CHANGE! Now I’m outside in the dark waiting for a tow truck company to get my car. I can’t work. I have to get a rental tomorrow. The inconvenience this company just put in my life is ridiculous and idc if you decide to do business with them despite of this honest review. If they mess up your vehicle too or give you bad customer service I hope you read this review and know that I am laughing at you. I will be talking to a lawyer because this is money that Firestone will be reimbursing me PERIOD.
In this day and age it is hard to find people you trust when you take your car in to get it fixed. I have been very pleased with the service I have received here.I initially went in there to purchase a tire last year in June as I had a flat tire from a nail. Harold was very professional and the price was very reasonable. I had been getting indications that there was low pressure in one of the tires. I had been just putting air in as it would go way. But then the indication light kept on coming back on so I finally decided to take it in.John Smillie the service manager was very professional, courteous, and sincere. It turned out that I had a nail debris and they fixed it for me. All the staff are fantastic here and I would always go back when I need my tires fixed!!!
The absolute worst place I have ever been to. We made an appointment for a general tire rotation for 1pm. We call at 5pm and they still had not even started rotating the tires. The lady then said that she would call us back in 30 mins to update us. An hour and a half later we still have gotten no call back so we show up to pickup the car. Once we arrived she shook her head and said we would have to come back another day! Like what??? For a general tire rotation?! She had no care in the world and tried to blame the other mechanic until I called her out and mentioned that she could have at least called us back. If we would have waiting 30 more minutes they would have closed and kept the car overnight for a SIMPLE TIRE ROTATION. Dont come here if you value your time and want to be treated like a customer should be treated. They need to clean house or retrain their staff. WONT BE BACK!
I went in to get and alignment and balance so I decided to get the lifetime warranty. Not only did they not balance my tires correctly they didnt reset the alignment and they over torqued my wheels. I knew something was fishy so I went to another firestone in Hiram and sure enough I found all of this. Ps. The life time is a little over 200$. Dont waste your time of money on this location.

I am from Canada. I was in Atlanta with my cousins for Midtown Music Festival. On the way home just outside Atlanta the breaks failed. The only place open was the Firestone. I brought the car in and they looked at it for me. The job was rather large as the brakes were quite messed up. They did their absolute best to help me. It has taken a couple days to fix up but they have been great the whole way through. Robin and Kristy, the two service managers, have been incredible. Bruce, the mechanic, has also been working very hard this whole time, Im pretty sure hes had to pull overtime for me. They stayed open late for me and Kristy even drove me to my motel when they discovered it wouldnt actually be done the first night! The job has ended up being quite expensive, but they have made the process easy for me. Thanks again!
Very disorganized and inconsistent in quoted prices. Their techs will promise you once thing then the manager changes everything saying his tech did not know. How many time should this happen before the corporate office looks into this store??
John did an excellent job. Makes sure the job is done right and very courteous. He is a great leader for those around him and I would travel past the other firestone tires to go to this one because of him.
As a single (older) woman, this experience was truly a breath of fresh air. I needed an oil change and an a/c diagnostics. It ended up the worst case scenario for me, as I needed a new compressor, but that wasnt their fault. I not only heard the honesty in their voice, but I felt it, as well (gut feeling is very important to me). They did the job, was upfront with the cost (painful, but very fair) and completed it within the time they said with ZERO up-selling!!! When I picked up my car, the mechanics actually came out of the garage to tell me about the repair and the warranty. I will be a faithful customer going forward!

I have never had a problem with this location for the past years that i have gotten things done on my car, but i had my wife take the car for an oil change this most recent visit. Of course there were a ton of recommendations, one just so happen to be a coolant tune up. By the time she came to me with the car (not even 5 miles) it begins to overheat. Now i dont know what they did, but i do know that it took over a whole jug of antifreeze to fill it back up ( after i could get the lid off that was over-tightened) and has not overheated since.

Took a little longer than I would have liked, but when you walk in without an appointment for an oil change you dont really know how long it will take. Service was great and staff was helpful and friendly. I will be going back.
The worst firestone location i’ve ever been to. They literally stealing money. And no one is responsive, the GM, Ed nor area manager, Nick.So disappointed with their service.
Very friendly staff and service technicians. This location is very busy. My experience was that of waiting for nearly 5 hours for two tires and alignment. The initial quote I received didnt include all of the services I would eventually pay for. So I paid more than I anticipated and waited much longer than I was originally told. The service was performed well, but the slowness was a negative.
Had an emergency breakdown on Sunday afternoon and Firestone was the only place that had a technician that was available to make the repair. The Manager and the single technician bounced between vehicles and ordered the part I needed and had me back on the road that afternoon! Well done!
Horrible customer service!! I waited at the desk for 10 whole minutes while the “receptionist” had a personal phone conversation. She looked me in my eyes and did not even acknowledge me with a simple “I’ll be with you in just a second” I came next door to Midas and they immediately showed appreciation!!! Never going back!! Go to Midas next door, you won’t regret it!!
As a fellow auto tech i have to mention Daniel the tech at firestone in kennesaw. He helped me with my motorcycle when my sprocket came loose on the highway he offerd to fix the problem at no cost. I was stranded and he got me on the road again. Thank you daniel and chris was also helpful if i needed help. Great guys and very helpful. If ur ever in kennesaw ask for these guys they are great. I was told on the phone that a conventional oil change was $28 and I could combine a coupon with that price. Once I got there I was told that it was $28 WITH a coupon and I couldn’t use the $15 off one I also had. Then it took over an hour and a half to get a simple oil change, despite having an appointment. Slow work and dishonest people.At the end of the work, the manager comped the oil change completely, which is why this isn’t a 1 Star review.
Staff was very professional, down to earth people. I came in for a tire repair. Since I changed my tire myself on the road, the back area (the trunk) of my SUV was a mess. The jack, lug rench, decorative panels were just thrown in. I was impressed that they took the time to figure out where each piece should go, which wasnt easy, and put them back in their original positions.
I definitely will not be returning or recommending Firestone to anyone I know. Went to get a simple oil change, and by the time I got home my hood was smoking. Popped the hood to discover the guy had not put the cap back on after the oil change. Resulted in having to get my car towed the next day, missing a day of work which both cost me money and put me behind on my workload. After taking it to have it fixed they still did not get all the oil off my engine, so I continued to have to deal with the smell, and when contacting Will at this location back his idea of correcting this situation was refunding me the money for the oil change after almost potentially blowing out my entire engine, and wasting my time and money because of the employees poor work ethic. Terrible experience, do not go to Firestone.
Experienced a flat. Went to this Firestone to have my tire inspected, fully expecting to have to buy a new tire(s). Got tire replaced for a lot less then I was expecting to pay. All around good experience following this unexpected event.Thank you
Ive been a customer at town center Firestone for quite a while, I accountered different individuals which were not helful, however this time I had met John and Eric, they were very nice and patient with me because I can be a tough cookie mainly when I go to those places as a woman they know that you are aware about a few things they always try you. But they explained everything to me even offered to store my car until the part arrived, I was content .
I took my 2011 Honda CR-V to the Kennesaw Firestone store for brakes. The quote was half the price of the Honda dealership and brakes are pretty basic repairs. After about an hour the Firestone Manager tells me that the front brakes needed new rotors at $110 each, and a total of $400 just for the front brakes. He claimed it needed new rotors not because they were gouged, but because if they would be to thin to be safe if they turned them like they do with a typical brake job. I knew it wasnt true because they had only been turned once before at a Honda dealership and caught well before I got to metal. Plus my brakes werent even grinding when I took it to Firestone. I told them no and canceled the service. The next day I took my CR-V to the Honda dealership and was told that I didnt need brakes at that time, and the pads were at 4mm and I could easily get another 5,000 - 10,000 miles on them. I would rather not get them that close so I had front and back brakes replaced at the Honda dealership at a total cost of $400.I had another bad experience with Firestone in Lawrenceville about 2 years ago. Bought a new set of tires for a 2013 RAM 1500. I was told I also needed an alignment and of course they recommended the lifetime service for $179. The day before I got the new tires I had the front end alignment done at a RAM dealership knowing I was replacing the tires. As a precaution I took it back to the RAM dealership. The RAM dealership said the Firestone tech was either incompetent or they were intentionally trying to rip me off.Never again will I go to a Firestone store...
Robert Kelly technician, guys!!! . Please do come here and talk to one of the front staffs to get this guy to fix your car. You dont need to go to Auto Part to change oil or to fix your car because they treated you very bad and come up with some unreasonable things to charge you more. With this guy, Robert, he will give you an honesty advices. I got my car in, to see what is going on with the engine lights, found out it was my gas cap, he was the one who told me the only reason which was happened to it was my gas cap, other places they told me it was about the engine bla bla bla . Once again, please come here to fix your car. Do not come to other places. Ask for Robert and make sure if he has done a good job, please take care of him ....

I took my care there for a complete inspection to see why there was a humming noise when I drove and why my brake light kept coming on. I ended up dropping $240 that day with the problem completely unchanged. I took it to a Firestone on the Southside and they immediately knew what the issue was (worn wheel bearings) and their inspection confirmed it. I knew as well but it was only after I had to research the issue and sought out an expert opinion. I will not be going to the location because I really dont appreciate the sloppiness and negligence involved of me more than willing to pay money for a problem I saw them to seek and fix and they couldnt even do that right. I depend on my car to be a productive member of society and I regret giving them my business.
Replacement tires done really well and honoured lifetime alignment transfer from an earlier vehicle after tire replacement. Will certainly be my place if choice for future car needs.
The manager at the location does not commit to the work order. I brought my truck to this location and I ask for 2 Tires and a oil change. They call me and say I need breaks I new they would not get the breaks in the same day on the vehicle.I told the tech no... they say they can guaranty They can get them today. Thus was at 2:30 i have waited and no onw calls me back. I go back to the location and They tell me it wont be ready till tomorrow they cant get the brake pads in. I run a business and the manager at the location does not care that they have cost my business money do to the fact that the manager does not care about commercial customers. I dont recommend any body to come to this location and I will not bring the rest of my fleet to this location or this company. I will also make non of the other FedEx contractors be aware of this location. Thats how bad it is, this is day 2 and they still dont know when they can get the pads and they wont release the truck.😠
I had my brakes, calibers, and rotors done and it was done poorly my brakes malfunction twice while I was driving with my toddler child and put our lives at risk. The manager Chris was unprofessional and No help so I contacted corporate and was referred to Nick the general Manager was No help and did not offer any resolution nor empathy .I would not recommend no one to give any more business with this company. I will be getting Legal representation to solve this matter
Called in and asked how long it will take to do wheel alignment. They said a couple of hours. I said I have lifetime wheel alignment, they said it might be 4 hours before they get to it and the car would have to be dropped off. Dont sell the services you cant back with professionalism.
Transmission fluid change didnt go well but they ended up not charging us so Ill still come back, just not for that. Good financing options. Havent had any problems otherwise. Hard to give a mechanic a great review when they seem overpriced and youre not happy to be there in the first place most of the time.
Visit on Sep 15, the manager Donna is very professional and calm. She is very trustworthy and will take care of you. Four years agao, car broke down and before it was even towed the manager called to get some more info. Car wasnt starting and they ended up testing and replacing the battery. Robin Formaro was very helpful and didnt try to sell more than was needed.

Youve gotta be careful if you go to these guys if youre not sure whats wrong with your car. Theyll use any excuse to hook your car straight up to a diagnostic computer and charge you $50 for it.Long story short, my girlfriends car broke down on the side of the road, had it towed to the Town Center Mall Firestone. The problem? Car ran out of gas, and they had racked up around 60 bucks by the time we came and got it. 10 dollars went to a couple gallons of gas, $50 went towards the computer diagnostics.A month or two later, they also tried to charge her $45 bucks to run a diagnostic when she wanted to know why her traction control would turn on and off at random intervals.Do yourself a favor, other guys will do things for free what these guys do for $45-50 bucks. If you wanna do business with them, force them to call you before they offer to do things for you.
Untrustworthy...Bought tires from them and they forgot to add lifetime balance option and when I went back back to them they wanted to charge extra like one were buying that service without tires. I had been Buying tires from Firestone for last 16 years and every time with that option. They could see it in the records too. I guess no value for customer loyalty either.

The other day I went in to get my oil changed and they told me it would be best to make an appointment so I wouldnt have to wait as long..ok, no problem, thats understandable, so I made an appt for 7:30am today. I get there on time for my appt and the SAME guy that told me to make the appt tells me that it will be ANOTHER HOUR before they could even look at my car!! I thought that was the whole reason for the appt!!?..I walked out and went to Castrol Premium Express lube in Woodstock off 92 where they took care of me quickly. I was very unhappy with firestone.

Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Im clearly very pregnant and all I needed was pressure filled in ONE tire cuz the sensor gauge is a little chipped so its difficult for me to fill it properly without letting air out. Ive gone to Pep Boys 2-3x with this issue in the past and they happy fill my air, no questions asked. But Firestone told me theyre not able to do it cuz theres no way of telling what the pressure. How can pep boys do it and they cant? Liars. I am never going there for any services and telling my husband not to either.
Wish I could give negative stars. My car skidded a bit on thursday and I felt my car brakes were having an issue and since I have a 2 yr old I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. So I made an online appointment and took my car to this location on Saturday(03/11) at 3 pm. The store managers name was Britany. The moment I reached she murmured - Who gave you an appointment for 3. I was like excuse me and she did not respond. 10 mins later she says my car nuts are stripped and asked me to take the car back. I said I do all my car services at firestone and how could this happen. She checked the history and said - Ya that is true, bring your car back on Monday and I will order parts and get your car fixed and literally stuffed the keys in my hand. I told her - I have a 2 yr old. Can you atleast check if the brakes are safe to drive. She just replied that she cant do anything at the moment.The very next day I took the car to the firestone at Lenox and thbey identified that the brakes need to be replaced and they fixed everything in an hour. When I asked them, if the nuts had any issue, they confirmed absolutely no issues with the nut. I wonder how a person could be so rude and lie on the face of a customer and not care about safety of kids. If they were so busy, they could atleast be apologetic about it and reschedule my appointment. Hope firestone customer service takes a look at this review and takes some action.
Tried to rip me off. Said nail in tire was to close to the edge to repair and tried to sell me a new tire. I told him just put the old tire back on and I would try to get it done somewhere else. I actually repaired it myself and the nail was in the center of the tire. No where close to the edge.
They did right by us on a water pump and new tires. Talk to Adam!
This place will exaggerate things that need to be done. Told me I needed new tires when I was nowhere near the treadwear indicator. Also was told I needed a new part which I did not get. The next time I brought it in, they did not even mention I needed that part. When I got it back, my seat was covered in sweat
Worst service i have ever had. I had a brake fluid leak and told me more than what was really wrong with it. For example a piece that cost $15/Pair trying to charge me $150 each. Also they have no idea idea what they talk about but just assuming things that might be wrong with it. And they refused to fix my cylinder brake cuz they assume my master cylinder was busted and tried charging another 350. And another 400 for labor...this place its full rip off! Im just trying to fix one little thing not the whole CAR!!!!

I had a screw in my tire and showed up right before they closed on a Sunday. They weren’t able to fix my tire that night, but did put my spare on for me so I could drive to the firestone closest to my house.I didn’t expect them to do that, as the woman at the front desk said both mechanics had about an hours worth of work before they could even help me with my spare. I was only there for 20 minutes.
