Had a absolutely amazing experience here yesterday! Found my dream dress! The staff was so patient and helpful, and they genuinely enjoyed helping me! Highly recommend! Very intimate and private boutique which I loved!

I loved this place. Truly it felt like I was right at home. Although I did not end up getting my gown from Adore Bridal, the selection of dresses that they had made it so hard to even pick my top choices. The consultant, Stacy, listened so intently to my comments and brought me multiple dresses (outside of the ones I selected) to try on. It was a far drive but it was worth it, I would encourage any bride looking for a diverse and beautiful selection of dresses to check this place out.

I would recommend Adore Bridal to ANY bride!! They made the experience so personal and exciting from the moment you walk in. They greet you by name, have an adorable personalized sign on your room, and make you and your guests feel so comfortable and excited. Payton took the time to help me find my DREAM dress and made the whole experience so much fun. She was AWESOME! They have TONS of options in so many price ranges! My advice to any bride: go say yes at Adore Bridal!!! ❤️

All of the dresses were so neatly and beautifully hung, the staff was absolutely phenomenal. I had a difficult group to wrangle, which also meant more opinions and Payton was so supportive and had my back like a sweater through it all. This experience was everything I could’ve asked for & more!

TL;DR. My experience at Adore Bridal Boutique was ruined by a consultant who was unable to express compassion towards me or offer more help when I was drowning in rack dresses that were entirely too large.When I first arrived at Adore Bridal Boutique, I was amazed at how whimsical the location of the boutique was in downtown Kennesaw. There was a chalkboard sign out front welcoming me into the shop for my appointment, which was adorable! Once inside, my group and I were led to a beautiful room where Id be showing the gowns to hopefully find the one. However, once we began looking around the boutique, I quickly realized that the dress selection was not only small, but every single dress I would try on would completely swallow me whole. Im a very petite individual (51, 125 lbs) and, understandably, a small boutique needs to carry rack sizes that can accommodate the largest number of people. This wouldnt have been an issue if the consultant I was working with knew how to pin the dresses to my body. Since the gowns were so large, shed pin them so tightly that the bodices were up around my neck and it was impossible to see the details on the back of the gowns (which is my favorite part). By the 5th dress I tried on, I could tell I was mentally checking out of the experience. I looked awful in every single dress I tried on - although I know Im a beautiful woman and the gowns themselves were beautiful, I was being drowned in them. The consultant, rather than adjusting her pinning techniques or offering words of encouragement on how fit details would change with alterations, said almost nothing the entire appointment. l found myself being the one to initiate small talk with her so that I didnt feel so uncomfortable. In one last dress that I tried on, one look in the mirror at this dress bust size that was at least double the size of my bust and I began crying. The appointment was no longer about finding the dress to fit me and my personality, but why my body looked so poorly in all of them. The consultant left the room and did not check on me again. I put my regular clothes back on, ready to leave, completely emotionally destroyed by this appointment. The consultant offered a small sorry on my way out the door, and the manager gave us directions to an ice cream shop near by. A week later, I received a note in the mail from the manager thanking me for coming by the boutique. For an appointment that I was so excited to go to, inviting friends and family from all across the country to be a part of the experience, I never imagined I would end up feeling so horrible about myself. I would recommend that if you are a more petite woman going to Adore Bridal, be emotionally prepared for everything to be extremely large. For the store, I recommend better training for consultants who are working with brides. Empathy, help in visualizing what the dress could look like on the big day, and just general conversation skills should be basic requirements for consultants working out on the floor. If the individual who was working with me was simply having a bad day, Im sorry for her, but it was unfair and inappropriate to leave your client crying alone in her changing room when there were things you could do to make the experience better.

Sydney was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, kind, and I never felt pushed or rushed. They had a personalized sign for me when I came in, and they truly made me feel like a princess. I found my dream dress, and they gave us sparkling grape juice to celebrate. A wonderful experience!

I was a bridesmaid for a “COVID” bride who recently bought her dress here. The owner, Lindsey, and her staff create an experience that makes every bride and bridal party feel special - from the custom welcome sign to sparkling grape juice for toasting. I wish this boutique had existed when I bought my wedding dress!

I visited Adore Bridal today and I had the most amazing experience!To start, they have the cutest shop in the heart of downtown Kennesaw! It’s well lit and has such a great floor plan for wedding dress shopping!The gowns are all in excellent condition and they have some of the best styles I’ve seen in any other shop! Plus, their prices are extremely reasonable for their quality of gowns.The consultant who helped me was Judith. She was INCREDIBLE! Y’all. I brought my 1 year old (whyyy?!) and 14 year old to care for him while I tried on gowns. To give you context, I was at the ER with a friend the night before until 3am, so I was tired and completely FORGOT my son’s diaper bag. Judith brought him a toy, gave us some blueberries for him, and hung out with him for a little while so my daughter and I could look at dresses together. She wasn’t pushy and offered her suggestions/opinions when asked.I highly suggest going to this shop to look for a dress! It was such a beautiful experience, even with a toddler! If you have kids, you know that’s saying a lot!Check them out! You won’t regret it.Thanks, Judith! 💕

I absolutely love Adore Bridal! Going to the larger dress shops was overwhelming and intimidating. Adore is the total opposite. The boutique is in a small house and the dress selection is not overwhelming at all. The best part is the dresses were so afforable. Every dress in the whole shop was within my price range.The try on process was fantastic, and I found my perfect dress very quickly! If you want a smaller boutique with high quality dresses and service, go to Adore Bridal!

Adore Bridal Boutique has the small-town feel of personalized service and workers who treat you like a beloved friend, while offering the professionalism and dress options of a much larger offering - it is a flawless combination.My best friend came here searching for her wedding dress and I accompanied her. Brie (sp?) was ultra friendly and helpful and listened intently to the specifications that my friend wanted. She even found her two extra dresses that we hadnt thought of that matched up really well with what she was searching for. Their understanding of budget is so great as well.I highly recommend this store to anyone wanting a personalized dress shopping experience.

I love this shop! I first came in with a friend of mine while she was looking for a dress, and while she didn’t find her dress there, I went back and found mine! The dresses were amazing quality and beautiful styles, so much so that I went to another shop and literally hated everything I tried on because it couldn’t compare to Adore Bridal. Their prices are already very affordable, but they have a wide selection of sample gowns available, which is great when you have a tight budget and small time frame like I did. I couldn’t be happier.

Adore Bridal is the shop every bride dreams of when thinking about finding her dress from start to finish. Its a small, intimate boutique with a huge variety of dresses to fit any brides style. Jan and Lindsey are the sweetest and most Adore(able) mother/daughter team I have ever met, and truly customize every visit to their shop. They close the shop for each bride so you are their one and only priority during your visit there (and it gives you the freedom to cry a little bit when you find the one). Once you do find your dress, Brooke, the alterations specialist, works tirelessly to make sure you feel absolutely beautiful. She even made me a custom veil and flower crown out of my mothers veil, giving my wedding day look the perfect, personal touch.Jan, Lindsey, and Brooke have so much love, compassion, and excitement for what they do and for every bride that walks into their shop. They never failed to make me feel special and cared for during every visit. Not only did I walk away with a beautiful gown and veil, I also got a wonderful experience with the best three ladies in the bridal business that I will forever cherish. Jan and Lindsey are absolutely wonderful! I had gone to four other bridal salons prior to visiting Adore and never had a shopping experience that even remotely compared to my experience here. They close down the shop for you to have an intimate experience with your friends and family. You then get to try on as many dresses as youd like to make your decision. They allow you to take your time and really enjoy this experience. I came into the store twice and never felt at all pushed to make a decision. Brooke, the alterations specialist, is AMAZING at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable. The entire team at Adore is incredible, my experience was flawless, and I truly cannot imagine having purchased my dress anywhere else! Thank you, ladies for being so great at what you do!

The girls were super helpful and excited to help me find my dress. They were super nice and respectful to being in the same room as me as I changed to help me into the samples. I found my dress and they were no more than happy to let me strut around their shop as long as I wanted. I highly reccomend this shop to any brides.

A beautiful little shop with stellar management. I absolutely loved the dresses and the owners - who worked with me to find what I liked. I even received a hand-written thank you note after visiting. Really, the people there are wonderful and helpful. The experience was flawless - they closed the store for my appointment so I was the only one there. They catered to my desires and worked really hard to match my price range. I knocked off one star ONLY because they were slightly out of my price range - but it is a boutique, so still totally reasonable. Definitely worth your time to go there.

The place has a very homey feel :) I have a Rustic outdoor wedding and I have never found so many options I was looking for in one shop! The ladies in Adore are attentive and such sweethearts! After shopping at the big store including the warehouses, I was left wanting. I was skeptical at first when I pulled up to the historic house hoping I would find a dress that I liked. Let me just tell you I had trouble narrowing it down to one dress! The quality of the dresses were far and away better than anything I tried on anywhere else. I loved ever dress I tried on, and felt beautiful in each one. The atmosphere is completely different from what I had experience before. They see one bride at a time so its very intimate. They take their time with you and make sure everything is just perfect. Once I chose my dress they celebrated with me by opening a bottle of sparkling cider. I can not say enough good things about this store.

This bridal boutique is an absolute DELIGHT! Though the selection is more limited than some of your larger bridal stores, the dresses are much higher quality and the assortment much less run of the mill. The staff is also a dream to work with. Jan was so kind and accommodating, that she made my experience all the more special. Dont miss this gem!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ! This shop is cute the dress selection is small, prices are good. However the customer service is unacceptable. My daughter went there for what was supposed to be a fun memorable experience but the young girls that helped us were rude and unhelpful .They werent friendly and did nothing to show any interest in helping us to find the right dress or making her feel like a bride.Most of all they openly RUSHED us.But thankfully by them making and us feel rushed uncomfortable that we were forced to go to another shop that day and within 45 minutes we found the perfect dress .Not only were the girls rude in person but apparently they felt the need to send my daughter a note in the mail that proved how unprofessional they truly are by saying sometimes finding the perfect fit can be difficult. A nice note dropped in the mail would normally be a sweet gesture but that comment was rude, so once again dont waste your time going here!

If you are looking for a first wedding dress appointment with your ladies and your on a tight budget-- this is the place to be! The dresses range from 1000-1800 dollar range with some discount as is one size dresses for cheaper.BUT THE APPOINTMENT ITSELF was so personal, friendly, and helpful. The staff did an excellent job and though we didnt find the exact dress we were looking for, my friend now knows what looks best on her, what fits her style and personality, and the them of the wedding.There were two rooms with chairs and seating and a stage and a large mirror that was able to host appointments.There wasnt a wide variety of dresses to choose from, which has its pros and cons. So it wasnt too overwhelming and paralyzing. But at the same time, wish there was more dresses than what they had.

They were wonderful and very welcoming and very helpful I would recommend this place to everyone
