She showed us around the store before we even made an appointment.The appointment was longer than necessary, but she stayed positive and enthusiastic throughout the appointment. My sister said YES to a dress because of Haley. Thank you so much!!Im hoping to get my bridesmaid dress here too. I recommend this bridal store. They are willing to work with your budget. My sister had a very specific vision for her wedding dress and they were willing to make it happen.

With the help of Zoelle I said YES to the dress! She was the absolute best, so attentive, super sweet and honest and I loved her. She made my and my bridal party’s experience amazing. She’s great at her job the first dress she chose for me was the one!

DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS FROM IMPRESSION BRIDAL!!!absolutely horrible experience!!!!it started off well with finding the dress i fell in love with. Told me i would get my dress on sept 15. sept 16, still haven’t received a call about the dress so i called them and they said there a “delay” and will be here sept 29th. no call on 29th so i called them oct 1, spoke to the manager and say there was delay with manufacturing and corporate says it’ll be here Oct 15. no call oct 15, called the manager and she states it should be getting to corporate that day and they’ll over night but we wouldn’t receive it til 3 days later… that’s not what overnighting means.All this time i’m stressed that i will not have a dress for my wedding that’s on nov 21st because of the time it will take for alterations and such.I finally get the dress 4 weeks before my wedding and come to find out that that fedex lost my initial dress and no one communicated that to me. Not to mention it’s in horrible condition to which i pointed out to the manager. with such a huge delay, the manager told me to go to a specific seamtress that they send their customers to since the store seamtress is out.I contact the seamtress and she tell me i was right about everything that’s wrong with the dress, the neckline is jagged, linings we’re sewn incorrectly to obvious crinkles, folds in the dress, and sew lines were not straight.I contacted corporate as the manager recommended and they told me they can’t do anything about it because it has left the store. I explain the time crunch they have put me in meant i needed to get the dress to a seamtress asap to even have a dress in time and i pointed out the flaws in the dress before i left the storeroom the manager, and kelly form corporate decides that the seamstress that the store told me to go could have done something to the dress.Save yourself the money, stress, tears, and sanity. Do not recommend! The lack of communications and dishonesty is so upsetting. I wouldn’t want any bride to go through what i went through.

Had my bridal appointment here after searching forever and decade looking for the perfect wedding dress. I drove over an hour to come here and everything about my experience with Impression Bridal was WORTH IT! Victoria was so patient with me because I was so indecisive and confusing at times but she never once made me feel uncomfortable. Jami the manager was also very helpful and played an important role in helping me find my dress. I told them exactly what I was looking for and they delivered. They have beautiful dresses here and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I had a great time here. Victoria took care of me and she was wonderful. When I tried on things I liked on the hanger but didn’t like on me she was so patient when I told her I didn’t know why I didn’t like it on me!

I had the BEST experience coming here! I have been looking for my perfect dress for weeks now and finally found it when I came here. The workers here were outstanding in helping me feel confident and beautiful from the second I walked in the door. My stylist Nancy helped me figure out the perfect style to fit my needs and after weeks of searching she helped me find the most beautiful dress for my special day. Ill admit, I am pretty stingy when it comes to my 5 star reviews but I will say...Khay, Zoelle and Victoria all did an amazing job with my experience and what we needed within minutes. They are definitely a world-class staff that deserves full recognition of their efforts and I will be glad to recommend anyone to this location, especially for these 3 on staff. Love them!

Upon arrival I was greeted by the store manager Jamie. I was there to try on a bridesmaids dress. Jamie was super nice and friendly. While I waited on the rest of the bridal party, I informed her I was also getting married next year. And that I would love to come back and try on wedding dresses. She gave me her card and said she has one in mind I may like. She allowed me to try on the dress and it was gorgeous 😍Victoria was our (bridal party) consultant. She is a soft spoken gem. She paid attention to detail and was very helpful. Every question we had as a group, she had an answer to. She provided the best customer service I’ve had in a while.I will be back to try on my own wedding gown in the near future and would definitely recommend Victoria and Jamie to ANY AND EVERYONE!

I had my consultation with Victoria. AMAZING. I thought I found the dress I wanted but it was a little over budget. She matched me with a cheaper dress that I actually felt butterflies in and love better than the dress I came for. She was patient, friendly, and helped me with every single detail. I had my bridal appointment on Sept 20th and was paired with Zoelle. She was so amazing and listened to everything I was asking for. She saw my vision for my wedding dress and understood the assignment. When I left my appointment, I knew I found my dress so I scheduled a comeback appt for early October. After shopping around for dresses and not getting that bridal moment, I was able to come in to Impression and get my dress. Zoelle was there and made the appointment better. I went with my sister and mother to check out wedding dresses in February 2021. Our stylist was super nice at first and started asking what I had in mind. However after I stated I wanted to stay under $1000 I feel like her attitude shifted. She looked me up and down and said Well you are probably a 4 or 6 in bridal.. which I thought was rude and a little weird. Im not self-conscious about my size and I know sizes shift per vendor, but to call it out was odd. Like most of the sizes in store are going to be bigger so multiple women can try them so idk why she felt the need to say that. When we showed her the dresses I wanted to try she said they were way over my budget and were for a show. I appreciate her saying that, but she never offered any alternatives that were similar. She pulled the dresses and thats basically the last time we really spoke with her. She walked off constantly and I just felt awkward the rest of the time. So idk if she was having a bad day or she realized she wasnt going to make a sale, but I wont be back honestly

I unfortunately did not find my dress at Impression Bridal, but that was not due to the store or my extremely awesome stylist, Victoria. The store had a wide variety of dresses and Victoria was amazing. Victoria made my experience easy, fun, and stress-free. I came into Impression Bridal not having a clue what I wanted and after trying on a few dresses Victoria had figured out what style I eventually found in my dress. Victoria was the MVP of the day and I would absolutely encourage anyone who visits Impression Bridal to ask for her.

WOW. Let me just express how incredibly grateful I am for these women that I met this past Friday. I said yes to the dress at Impression Bridal and I could not be happier. I’m a very insecure person and I was so nervous about trying dresses on. LIBBY IS AMAZING.She made me feel so much more calm about myself and the whole experience. This is one of the most unwelcoming bridal shops I have been to. The ladies at the front desk were rude and disrespectful. One of them purposely bumped into me while putting a dress up. Her hair was up in a bun and she was a little heavy set. I forgot her name, because I was so upset. I came in with a budget of $2k. I left with nothing because I could not take their lack consideration when it came to dress shopping. They did not help me at all or ask if I needed assistance. All they said was welcome. No, I felt unwelcome. I’m grateful there were other bridal shops around to spend my money at. Thanks for the horrible experience!

Worst place to get any kind of dresses. My wedding party came in back in December to get fitted and order dresses. EVERY SINGLE DRESS was either the wrong size or color!! The manager Jamie does not take into account what you want. So if you want the wrong size, color and not to be taken seriously please come here(: If you want professionalism, good quality and to be around someone who actually cares go elsewhere.

Rude rude and rude! I took my daughter here to buy her a sweet 16 dress because her mother was unable to. This place was unprofessional and the customer was horrible. Never again

My sister and I came to this location today to look for prom dresses for my niece. The customer service was horrible and the ladies who “thought” they were helping us had a horrible attitude. We went to David’s Bridal because I refused to spend my money at a location who’s employees are snooty and disrespectful. Also, one of the dresses were damaged and they offered to give a discount. However, their attitudes turned me off.

I am a little late to write this but with all my wedding planning has been so busy. I had it Libby as a consultant and honestly she made my bridal dress shopping experience the best thing ever. I had gone to a few bridal stores previously to try on dresses with my mother and nothing compared. Not only did was she able to find me the right dress but she also listened to my needs, wants and concerns, and just overall made me Feel beautiful. I am a plus size women so wedding dress shopping can be hard but she made me feel like I was sample size and could fit into any dress there. She even got the manager to try on my dress when I couldn’t get it on and it honestly made me feel like she would do anything for me to have that bridal moment. Also because it is COVID times, she made sure my mom (who has cancer) was safe in the building and comfortable. Even after my visit she reached out to see if I needed anything including bridesmaid dresses and I could not be more satisfied.

Staff is super friendly when youre in the store, but communication otherwise is terrible. Hard to get people to respond to questions. Once my dress was ordered, they operated on a no news is good news policy which, to me, is not ok when I was waiting on my dress for one of the most important days of my life. My sister tried to schedule an appointment there to get her wedding dress, but never received a call back.

We did a walk-in for my daughters wedding, which is in 2 years, but wanted to get a head start. The consultant was less than enthusiastic and after seeing a picture of my daughter’s example dresses, brought us dresses that looked nothing like the ones she had in her Pinterest, which was no big deal but she looked visibly upset that we didn’t like any of them and didn’t look like she really wanted to be helping us at all. It just wasn’t the happy and exciting experience we were hoping for.Honestly, though, that’s not even the reason I’m writing this review. As we were leaving, the “manager” went out of her way to read my mask which said, “worn by force, not by fear,” and says, “oh,” and looked visibly annoyed. I just shrugged and said “some of us are afraid, some of us aren’t.” Then she says, “I don’t talk politics at work,” which floored me since, COVID ISN’T POLITICAL. It’s a VIRUS. Someone might want to tell her that and remind her that she should keep her opinions on the matter to herself at work and if she sees something she doesn’t like and/or agree with, she should keep her mouth shut. If it wasn’t for my daughter, I would have told her as much myself but maybe the owner should because it was WILDLY inappropriate.Buyers beware! Go somewhere else. They are far from enthusiastic, the dresses are ridiculously over priced, and the “manager” will have no problem making known her political ideology.

The front desk guy is really nice. Have nothing wrong to say about him. If I hadn’t loved my wedding dress after trying out dresses in other places I wouldn’t have bought it there. They were so unprofessional! The girl that helped me was probably new because she didn’t really know how to zip up a dress that another experienced girl zipped. Then they tried to get me to order a dress two sizes up after she got my measurements with my thick sweater I had on. Once I said no to the size she finally told me to take my sweater off. They were just trying to get me out of the store as quick as possible. It’s suppose to feel magical right? I remember going to David’s bridal with my sister and they made it a Beautiful experience. She rung a bell, everyone was cheering. At impression bridal all I go was awesome you got the dress go pay, PRETTY MUCH! After that a couple of weeks later I took my bridesmaids and they literally left us to our luck with an appointment. Will never recommend anyone there.

I went into Impressions Bridal to find a dress to wear to my daughters upcoming wedding. The staff were all wearing masks, hand sanitizer was readily available, and there were pen cups with clean and used pens clearly marked on the outside. My expectations were honestly very low because of an experience at another local shop. Libby was my Stylist and could not have been any sweeter. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect dress that fit my own personal style and that my daughter liked. Impression Bridal in Kennesaw is the most comfortable, fun, supportive bridal shop I’ve ever entered! Even while staying safe during this time (I.e. wearing masks at all time, social distancing) the group at Impression Bridal made sure it was fun and as magical a moment like that should be for a person. I was fortunate to be a participant in their Brides Across America event that provides wedding gowns to any military or first responders (or their spouse) and there were plenty of options and styles for me to choose from. I’m a plus size girl that has experienced bias due to my weight while trying to shop for clothes and I was made to feel so comfortable and supported the whole time particularly by my stylist, Jami! Jami was a huge part of my experience and she’s just a gem! She was laughing and having fun while squeezing and clipping me into the most elaborate dresses (it may have gotten a little sweaty, but that never phased her!) I am so appreciative to everyone at Impression Bridal especially Jami, Brittany and Brian!

These ladies are the absolute sweetest!! Before they even start pulling dresses for you they really get to know the bride and her style on a day to day basis and then what she wants for the wedding. They pick some dresses that normally you wouldnt pick for yourself but end up turning out beautiful on you! My stylist, Rachel, picked a GORGEOUS dress that I fell head over heals for, and in budget too!! So so sweet and helpful! I would recommend this shop and these ladies to ANYONE looking for bridal, bridesmaid, or prom!!

I went to Impression Bridal to shop for a wedding dress. It was my first time shopping and Heidi was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to find a dress that was exactly what I want and within budget. Her customer service skills were A1! She was friendly and I really felt like she cared about my shopping experience as much as she would care about her own daughters. It was a great experience. I said yes to the dress on my first appointment. If you go there look for Heidi!

Just stop trying to look anywhere other than Impressions. Jami was amazing and knew exactly what it was I was looking for when I didn’t even really know what I wanted! I would 10/10 recommend!

My experience was AMAZING out of every store I went to! I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday and they accommodated me without hesitation and I was able to make a follow up appointment the very next day without issue! Thats right, 2 appointments back to back in 2 days! The staff was inviting, helpful and made what can be an overwhelming experience super fun, light and easy! No pressure given at this store! I am so grateful for my experience at Impression Bridal. I walked in frantically 30 mins before the store closed on a Tuesday night with less than 2 months remaining until my wedding. Jami, my stylist, could sense my frustration and was eager to help! Although I already had a dress, I really didnt like it. Jami listened to me and brought out several dresses in the styles I desired. She even let my bridesmaid pull some dresses. Ultimately I fell in love with a beautiful spaghetti strap gown that Jami selected! I thought the dress was going to be out of my budget, but then Jami went the extra mile and called her manager to get the dress within my budget, so I was able to walk out with my dream dress that night! I seriously cant express how grateful I am for her help and would recommend this store to any bride dealing with wedding dress stress that needs a little TLC.

I had such a great experience at Impression Bridal Atlanta! I would love to give a huge shoutout to Anslee; she was a big reason why I purchased my dress. Anslee really listened to me and what I wanted and brought out options that matched the description perfectly! I have been to places where they almost throw you at racks and racks of dresses and expect you to find “the one.” Anslee made the process super seamless, and her personality was just so cute. She made me feel really great in my dress, and her compliments seemed very genuine. Anyway, I could go on forever why you should at least give this boutique a chance. Your wedding dress experience needs to be enjoyable, and even the atmosphere made me super happy and at ease. I went to about six bridal shops this weekend, and none of them made me feel like Impression Bridal Atlanta. Also, their floral backdrop for “yes to the dress” photos is also a beautiful bonus :)

Katie and Courtney were absolutely wonderful. I had so much fun and laughter that it felt like these girls were my friends. Such amazing stylist. They consulted with me and picked up my personality and taste, and knew exactly what I liked. The store has such a great selection and price range as well. I found the absolute dress of my dreams thanks to the staff here and plan to recommend everyone here. Can’t wait to come back for alterations!!

Our prom stylist, Sophie, was so incredible! She was attentive, thoughtful, and her very first dress suggestion turned out to be my dream dress. She helped us find accessories and gave great tips overall. Could give her a million stars if I could!

After seeing my sister in law have an amazing experience with impressions I knew I had to come here myself. When she was dress shopping a year ago I saw a dress in the window I fell in love with, so when my time came I knew the first one I wanted to try on. It wasn’t in the store and I was so sad but Alexa still made sure I had a great experience with other dresses and helping me find a style I liked. While I was being switch in and out of dresses, they had other people hunting down my dream dress and found it in a store in Texas. They had it shipped all the way to Kennesaw, GA within 2 weeks and today I got to say yes to the dress I’ve been dreaming about for a year.

No doubt that I chose the perfect place to look for my wedding dress! Absolutely loved my consultant, Kendalyn, she is super friendly and very attentive! She listened to everything I wanted and made sure I was comfortable in everything I tried on. She was determined to find the perfect dress for me... and she did!! It was a very pleasant experience over all.

Rachel to the rescue!On Sunday, February 17th I attended the Atlanta Bridal Extravaganza. Feeling a little disappointed that I didn’t order my dream dress in time for my wedding, I attended the Extravaganza hoping to find something similar.Rachel greeted me with a warm smile and her inviting personality as she welcomed me to the Impressions vendor table. I showed Rachel a picture of the dress I wanted. Immediately, she told me there was a dress in the store that she believed was a close match and could be purchased off the rack.The next day, Rachel followed up with a text message as promised and I promptly left to meet her. She was right! The dress was an excellent substitute. I walked into the store still feeling a little blah and walked out feeling happy and confident that I said Yes! to the right dress.Thank you Rachel, Anna and the other wonderful staff members. You’ve made a great Impression!

This is the best bridal shop around! I was looking for bridesmaid dresses and I could not find what I wanted anywhere. When I walked into Impression I could immediately tell a huge difference. Everyone was so kind and very knowledgeable. I showed them a picture and they pulled out almost the exact dress that I was looking for! They have made everything so easy and personable since picking out the dress and they even periodically call to check in and just see how I’m doing. You can’t go wrong by stopping in! Joanne is amazing!

Where do I begin? This place was truly a Godsend for me. I needed a veil for my bridal portraits that are taking place Saturday (in 4 days!) and the staff at Impression Bridal were so accommodating. None of them made me feel bad or made snide comments for me having to get the veil on such short notice. They had a great variety and selection of veils, worked hard to make sure I had everything I needed and were so attentive. I was able to walk out of the store with a beautiful, affordable veil the same day.I purchased my dress from another store, but from what I could see their dress selection is excellent as well. I definitely recommend this store. Im so thankful for their amazing customer service and care.

I have had a long history with Impression. I found my original dress I was going to wear, and after the birth of my son, I had to find another dress that would fit. Both stunning and gorgeous dresses were at Impression. They just have top notch dresses that arent cookie cutter and are sure to be a beautiful conversation piece on your special day. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Anna, the manager, for being so attentive to us although we were not able to try on dresses that day, Rachel for being on point with picking out the right dresses, and my girl Courtney for being there for me and reminding me that it is MY day and I should choose the dress that I want. Courtney is new so when you go in, ask for her! You will not be disappointed. These ladies know how to make you feel special, put together the perfect wedding dress for you, and remind you of the importance of your special day. Lets be honest. Not everyone is going to like what you love. I am so glad I had the privilege of meeting and working with all 3 of these women. Impression is the place to go to for any bridal attire. I should know, I went to 6 other bridal stores/boutiques before going to Impression. The dresses, customer service, and overall quality is unmatched. Thanks Impression. I cant wait for October to get here. I will finally get to wear the most stunning dress and marry my bestfriend and the man of my dreams!!!!!
