We had a good experience with our kitchen remodel. Everyone was polite and helpful, and our questions were answered in a timely manner. I changed my mind on a few details throughout the process and they were very accommodating. The installers were courteous and thorough as well. Would recommend 👍🏻

The people at Cabinet & Stone City are AMAZING! From the first time speaking with Wei until the completion of installation, they were a dream to do business with.

We shopped around extensively and found they have the best cabinets ( all wood) and the best prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and Kim is very professional and helped us throughout the process. Their installers were very precise in assuring that all the cabinets fit correctly.

Kim and Wei were excellent to work with. From helping us select what may fit our kitchen, coming out to measure and electronically showing us what the kitchen would look like with different pieces to the pricing... they were top notch excellent support.We highly recommend this firm. We bought our cabinets from them and they installed everything faster than they said they estimated. They came out to fix any small adjustments we wanted and just made us feel comfortable and happy.My church friend came over and after seeing our new kitchen- he and his wife went to them and bought the same one we have. (Oh thanks for the referral cash incentive for recommending them...) They are thrilled as we are with our purchase and install.We will next call u to do our baths soon.

We recently completed a kitchen remodel using white cabinets supplied and installed by Cabinet and Stone City at the Kennesaw branch. I dealt with the owner Wei throughout the process and had a very good experience and we are very happy with the results. I visited the showroom several times and Wei was very helpful and patient in helping us decide on the right cabinets for our budget. He also visited our home to confirm measurements and also give us some design ideas as far as making the most of the space we had . The installation guys were really excellent. The 2 man crew worked for 2 full days and at the end of it the install was flawless. They even let us adjust the shelf spacing in the pantry so that it could accommodate our specific requirements. All cabinets were correctly aligned (and Im pretty detail oriented being an engineer). I was very impressed with these guys and they left the place in great shape too. Im never in a hurry to get things done without doing my research. We shopped around for months for cabinets and in the end we could not find anywhere in town that could match or better them in terms of the price we paid for the quality of cabinets we ended up with. If you are planning on a kitchen upgrade and dont want to break the bank.....but still end up with a quality product I would definitely recommend you checking them out.

We were greeted by a nice employee but he didnt offer much info on granite. The samples were all less than 11x14 and not much of a variety.

Good customer service

I cant believe this place is still in business. Person named Ling Ling was only person there when I went. I was only customer yet she didnt smile or greet me upon entry or even acknowledge me as I lingered in showroom, barely says anything or knows much when asked. She doesnt even answer phone appropriately. She radiates sadness and seems severely depressed. She did not follow up to have someone else call me either. Bad impression for company and lost business. Owner needs to get rid of her.
