Packaging was great! Quality of the wood was good as well! They were lacking instructions for each individual piece. We had to look online for videos or hope for the best. We did have a “toe kick” piece missing. Edited to say customer was very helpful and sending my part that missing! Do note it states you have 15 business days to see if anything is damaged or if anything is missing. It states this online

This started off with me calling around locally and shopping on line for kitchen cabinets that were already assembled. I had not really heard or thought of RTA cabinets but a contractor told me about the idea which led me to a search. After a few price comparisons and reviews, I randomly gave this company a call and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and knowledgeable they were. This was even the fact when I asked for more info and received an email with info and pictures in it. After, coming up with my design, I ordered the cabinets for a fraction of what I was quoted everywhere else. They were constructed of ply wood and were really solid. I watched videos from the site on how to assemble and was off to the races. I would totally use again.

Overall, my experience with Prime Cabinetry was positive. Customer support was great and they were able to expedite my delivery to accommodate my schedule. Was happy to see that the cabinet pieces were 1/2 plywood (however there were some slightly warped pieces). All Hardware was included and assembly was straight forward (videos are very helpful). I noticed that some of the predrilled holes for the retaining clips were off slightly. Also I had some trouble trying to assemble the dovetail drawers -- I had to use a lot of force to engage the dovetail joints. Tapping together with a rubber mallet was not working. That said the drawers and the drawer guides were nice quality and installing them in the cabinet was easy and straight forward. My kitchen is next and I will be looking to get more cabinets from Prime Cabinetry.

My items were delivered within 5 days of ordering and putting them together was easy. I followed the video instructions which are very good. The cabinets look awesome. I highly recommend Prime Cabinetry for you RTA needs

Proceed with caution. A bunch of items came damaged including a cabinet door. The cabinet door was cracked during shipping and beyond repair. This company put in a claim with their distributor Jarlin and it was denied because I assembled the box.Here’s my update. I received a call from prime and they located a replacement door and are sending it so I am whole. Still not thrilled with the process. I don’t feel like you have anyone really looking out for you here. Prime should hold Jarlin accountable to better protect the consumer.

This place offers quality affordable cabinets, and truly surpassed my expectations for the price. As a designer its hard to find cabinets that fit the customers budget and look great when installed ...im a happy camper

I recently purchased around $5500 in cabinets from Prime Cabinetry. They resell a number of brands, and the brand I purchased are Jarlin Cabinets. I purchased the admiral blue shaker and destin white shaker. For awareness, these are color codes prime cabinetry has come up with independently. The actual colors you will see on the Jarlin branded boxes are Dove White and Aria Blue. After seeing the discrepancy when I received the boxes, I went online to inquire if I received the right cabinets. In doing so, I found that prime cabinetry was at least 10% higher than several competitors.If I order an item of specific color and nomenclature, then it should be provided. In normal transactions, you would simply return the merchandise and take business elsewhere. Much harder to do with cabinets and a 30% restocking fee. Prime offers a price match with no time limit mentioned. I contacted them the day I received the order and realized the discrepancy. It took quite an effort, but I did convince them to honor their price match and shared my concerns over transparency. Consumers should have a right to honestly compete in the market, and vendors should have the same right to fairly compete for business. Had there been transparency, I would have transacted with a cheaper vendor up front.They are good cabinets, but I dont agree with practices like this. Shipping something that isnt whats advertised and manipulating description to prohibit honest comparison isnt a good thing.

From Start to Finish, these folks have been Great! Very good pricing, fast shipping. Had a couple damage claims that they took care of quickly and did not interfere with the progress of the project. I have been remodeling kitchens and baths for 20 years and the Designer was Awesome and very insightful. Sooo Rare!. Thanks to everyone there!!!

Had a damaged cabinet and yes was after their claim deadline.. but was on the interior of the door and didnt see it.. was a scratch about 8 inches long.. told me to check back in a few weeks.. also said maybe use a touch up kit?? Like lol on a 4k brand new kitchen .. would not recommend.. its not how I conduct business with my clients

All-star customer service. I ordered the wrong finish (100% my fault) and I couldnt believe how helpful they were in setting up the return of the cabinets. Based on the customer service that I received, I expected to pull up to a tiny warehouse - mom and pop shop. Imagine my surprise when I pull into their facility and see 100+ loading docs. I havent encountered too many companies that can maintain this level of quality employee when the company grows to this size. Good job Prime Cabinetry!

We decided to renovate our kitchen during the pandemic. We originally purchased our kitchen cabinets from a big box retailer and it was a huge mistake. Poor customer service and more items were delivered damaged than not. I found Prime online and was apprehensive following our last experience with shipping cabinets but excited. I was not disappointed!! Their customer service was incredible. The website mentioned delays due to the pandemic, but our cabinets showed up quickly. We had one piece out of the whole kitchen that had a very small area of damage and the replacement piece arrived at my door about 4 days after filing the damage claim. I couldn’t be happier and my kitchen is everything I hoped it would be.

Rating the Stepped Gray (Sterling) cabinets only. First, I wish to state the cabinets are fine- IF you know what you are doing with tools (for the RTA cabinets) the finish and fit are good, and the price is excellent. The design service is first rate- very easy to work with!Two things are not so good- the assembly instructions are pretty bad. The online videos are better, but the hardware does not match what is shown in the video, in at least some cases. My real problem with these cabinets is this- they are made in China. Nowhere on the boxes or on the website does it list country of origin. Nothing in the boxes is labeled made in China but I was suspicious because of a typeface that was used. I asked the company, and they finally told me that these were made in China.I was surprised to find out that the cabinets were not made by Prime- instead, they are made by Jarlin. Prime is just a warehouse and design company, I guess,If I had known that these were made in China, I would not have bought them. I prefer to support American workers.

Great quality and pricing. Excellent customer service. All emails and phone calls were promptly returned. Great design help. They worked hard to accommodate my odd shipping request. I used a different online cabinet company for a previous project and will always use Prime Cabinetry moving forward.

Prime Cabinetry was easy to work with and have great pricing. The cabinets are of good quality (considering the price) and the customer service was great. They will send you a design and model of the space you are creating with a full list of what to purchase as well. If you are local, you can pick up the cabinets at their warehouse to save shipping as well. My only complaint is that the instructions that come with the cabinets for assembly are TERRIBLE. You can get most of the way there with whats provided, but some additional information would be incredibly beneficial. The saving grace there is that Prime has general assembly videos available on the website which I strongly suggest watching before building any of your cabinets.

My experience with this company is nothing but awesome! I priced around with the big box stores and Prime Cabinetry always came back cheaper and better quality. The customer service was amazing and truthfully, I couldn’t say anything about if I wanted to. The cabinets themselves worked perfectly and were so easy to assemble my 13-year-old son assembled some while I assembled some. I installed them myself and my wife loved them so much I’ll be ordering more for our next home. I’m currently getting involved in flipping homes and this will be where I get all my cabinets. LOVE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS!

*** Pleasantly Surprised By Quality & Service ***Shaker Expresso cabinets look great and are solid wood throughout. Simple to assemble and fit was precise. The only small issue I had was the L-bracket screws for the upper cabinets. They were cheap and the heads would break off if torqued any more than just snug.The cabinet quality and order service more than made up for the small issue with the screws. I would definitely buy from Prime Cabinetry again.

Walked in because i found out about prime cabinetry online and I wanted see the business and see the different options. I first spoke with Kathy, she was really helpful and told me about the company. Darla showed me around the showroom in the back and told me about the cabinet and countertop options I could purchase. She also told me about the samples I could purchase and how that is refunded back to me once I purchase and she also spoke to me about the wholesale program they offer and since I’m a builder that is right up my alley! Darla was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with She gave me Jordan’s card who is the designer and I cannot wait to start designs with this company. I highly recommend Prime Cabinetry.

So glad I found this company. I am very satisfied with my cabinets. I ordered over Christmas time which was the only down fall. Trying to get thru with holiday business hours to get my questions answered was the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars. Some of the screws were deformed, but the overall quality, assembly, install of the cabinets was great. From the date of order to the time delivered to my door was 1 week, which was a week earlier then expected. I put these cabinets in a basement kitchen and I wish I had them throughout my whole house.

This is such a professional company to deal with for online cabinetry. I have had previous experience with on-line cabinets which wasnt very good. Thank you Prime Cabinetry for renewing my faith in this method of receiving cabinets. You guys rock.
