On google, it says its an open location. When I arrived, the location was completely closed. The inside was gutted. They moved/shut down the store but didnt bother to update anything online. Now driving another 15 minutes to another location. Inconvenient.

I love my Cricket service however the people at this particular store are a hit or a miss. either you get someone really enthusiastic about their job and actually wants to help you or you get someone who doesnt know what their doing and arent providing the greatest solutions.

Dont trust the manager Erica. I was going to buy a phone through their Progressive lease program and pay over 12 months with no interest. At least thats what Erica told me. I called Progressive and they told me 90 days instead of 12 months. If I went the 12 months then I would had to pay twice the price of the phone. Erica told me to return the phone through Progressive but they told me I was in my 7 day return policy to go back to the store to return and get back my initial payment but lost $25 for non-refundable upgrade fee. I learned my lesson and will never do this again. She is a liar trying to get a sale.
