Got finessed on a tempered glass screen protector. Was in the store going to buy one off Amazon, the guy working says that the one they have that is over triple the price has a lifetime warranty, for anything. Called today to get it replaced and all that is covered on the warranty is the glue. Whut. Please riddle me how often the glue fails and how I never heard one word about glue when I bought it. #METROPCSFINESSE

Went in there having to get 2 phones upgraded figured i was going to be paying out $200+ minimum.ended up gettin 2 phones,cases,screen guards,accessories less then 20 mins in store for less then $80 felt like i had bout myself a present. Talk to luis over there amazing sales person.this deff only metro store id be shopping at

If your a BOOST customer you may wanna take another peek at the coverage map! Sprint has sold Nextel which was the company they purchased whose towers basically gave BOOST its great rural coverage. Now NO 4G in Atlanta... NONE! & dead zones out beyond and around Gainesville, Athens.. No joke!!!!! Sides, same phones BOOST has at Metro PCS their better. As in even stock Android OS is missing feature options from BOOST that it has with Metro and double internal GBs on most. Instead of 16GB it will be 32GB¡!! Just better all around.

Am giving this place 2 stars because of Sunny & Kevin! Ive always liked this location because it is 5 minutes from my house and the Cruzs always give me great customer service and I have never had a problem till today!!! I bought a lg stylo 2 because my screen to my K7 broke..... I have always bought a strong case for my phones and a screen protecter come to find out that when I purchased the phone they forgot to put the screen protecter on.... (Its a long story of why I didnt notice it intill now but lets put it this way I was on luch and it was longer than expected to activate the phone due to some issues) anyways I cracked the screen to this phone and thats how I found out that the screen protecter was missing I called the store upset and got the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SUNNY AND KEVIN!!!!!! So I end up coming to the store and spoke with sunny I am so upset that she made it even worse she kept telling me and raising her voice to look at the receipt because I didnt pay the screen protecter and I told her I didnt care what that paper said cuz I know I got the screen protecter and for her to call the cruzs and ask them cuz they know! she said that no one with that name works there and I told her yes they do because they always give me awsome service! Dont come here if the cruzs arent here! Before I waste gas coming up here for now on am calling to make sure the cruzs are here to give me great customer service!!!!!

Do not do it. Worse customer service ever. Under trained staff just trying to make a sale. I would go here if I was you. Staff had no idea what kind of sales they were having and saying any and everything to try and sell something. Metro in horrible.
