Cellular Sales Acworth helped start off the New Year right and saved my peace of mind. Kyle D. was the perfect example of what a sales rep should be -- knowledgeable, kind, personable, and non-pushy. I indicated from the outset that I was a Boomer and totally lost regarding tech stuff. Not once did he roll his eyes or talk down to me. He understood that we all have different strengths and I was relying on him to help me get through the challenge of dying Apple iPhone 7 plus. I handled the models of the versions 11 and 12 as well as the SE 2020, ultimately deciding on the SE 2020 simply because of its familiarity. Also got glass protector and case. Kyle got all the stuff done that needed to be done and then really went above and beyond by actually going to my car and syncing it after deleting the old phone (something that would have taken me hours to figure out using the car manual). What a great guy! NOTE TO MANAGER: Kyle deserves something for the exemplary service he gave and the way he represented this store. Maybe a raise? Melissa is wonderful. I came in and she had a lot of boxes.... and she stopped what she was doing and and got me the back picture like I liked. She changed my tone. Made me laugh and told me that we are all smart in what we know... because I know nothing about phones. As a young person she was wise beyond her years and I enjoyed bothering her for those 20 min. I never leave reviews but It was refreshing to meet such a wonderful young lady.
I went into this store, because I had an iphone 7 where the audio wasn’t working so I couldn’t make phone calls and wanted to upgrade to a new phone. One of the employees, Zac immediately welcomed me to the store and was very helpful in figuring out the best method for upgrading that would work for me. He worked through this process of transferring everything over with me for over 2 hours because my old phone was so slow. He helped me adjust my plan to save me money and was super friendly and talkative. Leaving the store after a couple hours, my fiancé and I felt like we had made a new friend! Definitely go to this store if you need any help with your phone!!

Super disappointed in my experience with this Verizon location. I have been with Verizon 12+ years . I had to buy a new phone because mine stopped working abruptly. I wasnt crazy about the phone that was running a special. I was told I had 14 days to change my mind. I was told it take 2 weeks to receive the second screen/case for the new phone. I paid $200 to pay out my old phone. I paid another $200 for taxes and fees on the new phone. I was billed for activation for 2 devices because I had also purchased a smart watch. Then, it just wasnt living up to the hype. Slow to change screens, slow to respond to touch, sometimes a black screen. Its a 5G so maybe an issue since we are still living in a 4G world. I remember that being an issue when we were in transition from 3G to 4G. And to top it off, one of the main reasons I decided to get the phone was the second screen capabilities, but instead of 2 weeks for delivery, the actual time is 4-6 weeks.So, I went in today to return the phone that I didnt like with the intent to purchase another phone from Verizon. I got slapped with so many fees and the apathy of the sales person was disappointing. You know its bad when he goes outside to make a call to his supervisor instead of staying with the customer. Its just a sign that its not going to be good . So of course, he came back in with even more bad news. Not only was he unable to help with any of the excessive fees, but he also had a new fee to add. Probably wouldnt have been as bad if he hadnt revealed previously that these fees are subjective. Probably wouldnt have been as bad if I had been convinced of an authentic effort to take care of their customers.Being a teacher and dealing with the connection issues of remote learning last week, I just really wanted something reliable. I have never thought of leaving Verizon, but I think its time for a change. So disappointed in Brians indifference and Melissas unwillingness to take care of the customer with fidelity and integrity. Lesson Learned. In search of ChickfilA customer service in the cellular arena.

My phone was not allowing me to download apps or use the ones I had. I went to the Verizon store on Cobb Pkwy. Eric Williams was the person who tried to get my phone to work. He worked on it for a great length of time before suggesting I might want to consider a new phone. I told him I did not want to spend a ridiculous amount on a phone. He brought out a phone that did basically the same thing my current phone did and was reasonably priced. He did not try to upsell me something I did not want. He was great at showing me all the features of the phone and answering all my questions.

This is not a VERIZON STORE. It is Cellular Sales store acting as a Verizon Store. Do not go to these charlatans. Make the drive to the corporate owned store on Barrett Parkway. They have more leeway to make ALL deals.This store cost me $250 on a phone I tried to return the very next day, and wouldnt give me my old phone back. They lied about my previous phone being in a lock box they couldnt access. (This was a lie, because by law they have to keep your phone on premise for the 14 day Worry Free warranty Verizon offers, and someone must ALWAYS be on site with the key)Do not shop here. Drive the extra 5 miles down to Barrett and save yourself from these con artists.
A tremendous Thank You to Doug for his time and expertise in upgrading and transferring data to my husbands new phone. We arrived at your location within an hour of closing after my husbands phone was accidentally dropped and the screen shattered. Doug was extremely helpful and also stayed an hour and fifteen minutes after closing to make sure that the new phone was set-up and ready for use.
