LISTEN... I literally thought this was a NEW store but the owner informed me during my visit with my son that it has been there for FIVE years!!! The owner is a great guy and VERY helpful. My teen is in to clothes with anime and Manga and Japanese avatar characters.... THIS IS THE PLACE TO FIND IT!!! There is also Japanese candy, plush and other really cool stuff. Definitely worth stopping in to see this store!

Boxlunch is owned by the same parent company that owns Hot Topic. In a way, it’s just a Hot Topic that’s designed to center more on just pop culture and provide an atmosphere that those embarrassed to be seen at Hot Topic find more accessible. Their prices are always ridiculously high, and you can definitely find most anime merch cheaper online.

My fav place to shop in Town Center. The staff is always friendly and they alert me to new stuff. My collection of Stitch has grown quite a bit since they opened. Lunch money helps. Full figured gal here..I found shirts that FIT! I have shopped their store in Perimeter. HUGE difference. I LOVE the personal attention I get at Town Center.. THANX

Even though I love this store. They have some of the same things Hot Topic has and they charge a lot more. They are owned by the same company!! I think that’s highly unethical and before you buy something there check around to see if it’s cheaper somewhere else.

Great selection, clean store, friendly and helpful staff. Managed to find Christmas gifts for just about everybody on my list. Be sure to look through everything or you might miss something you like! Not an inch of space is wasted in the store, so take your time looking and plan to spend time just to see everything.

The merchandise they sell here is good, I admit. But the place is always cramped and the prices are way too high. Im always disappointed because I can never seem to have enough money to buy something I really want here. However, the service here is great and the atmosphere makes you feel like you can geek out all you want.

I am not sure what is going on with this store right now. We have been there over one dozen times and have had excellent service. When we went into the store today, the cashier asked me for my birth date. And, I told her that I did not want to give out my personal information. She refused to ring my order up because I did not want to give my birthday to her I believe this is illegal.

This place is awful. Customer service is garbage. I purchased a gift card online for my daughter, 11/20/17 or so. Didnt get said card till 12/15/17 and the darn thing wasnt activated. Okay, contacted customer service, itll be active in a hour. Guess what, nope. Call again, well call you back....never happened. Call again, okay just refund my money. It should take 3-5 days, never got my money. Call again, are you noticing a theme here, Itll be there in 3 days, well call you back to confirm. Still waiting on the money or the phone call.BoxLunch a boutique with a purpose: Yeah to RIP YOU OFF. I will never spend another dime here or at their parent company Hot Topic.
