Journeys, in Town Center Mall (Kennesaw, GA) has an employee named Katie... If you want the best customer service with an awesome, uplifting, positive attitude, you MUST ask for Katie! She was so nice, I bought more shoes than I actually came for, just because her service was so awesome! I sure hope she gets commission, because Ill be back to buy more... Just because of her! Wonderful customer service! I called before I showed up to the store and they picked up the phone quickly and were able to answer my questions with ease! Lily even sold me on some glow in the dark socks! Good place for unique shoes

My daughter and I came in looking to buy some uggs! We stood at the tower right in front of 4 or 5 workers standing behind the counter for at least 5 minutes and nobody ever once approached us or asked if we needed help! Your loss Journeys!!

Theres something about the set-up of this store and the merchandise that makes you feel rushed and agitated. The music was catchy 90s pop, which I liked a lot, but I didnt want to sit down and try on anything. It didnt seem worth bothering the sales clerk, who never greeted us, as far as I can remember. An ideal buying situation here would require a customer who has to be somewhere in 20 minutes and needs any pair of shoes in any style, and they dont need to wear the shoes more than once.

Selection was ok, but drastically overpriced. I purchased a pair of Mens Crevo Camden Boots. They were $109. I returned them the next day, because I found the exact same boots for $49.99 at Macys. The markup is ridiculous! Not to mention, some of their employees need to remember they have a job when customers are in the store instead of reciting music lyrics.
