6-17-20 @ 3pm. I sure hope the owner/manager of this BP takes time to read reviews, however it seems they dont due lack of positive reviews.I stood in line to prepay for gas. JENNY was at cash register while other employee was ignoring the fact there was several folks in line. After just under 10 min, I finally got to counter to prepay for my gas. As my transaction was clearing, I handed Jenny 2 scratch offs to trade in. She informed me she could only do one thing at a time, which made zero sense under circumstances. All was good with transaction. I stood at counter at least 6-7 more minutes with my scratch offs while her & the other girl casually talked. I wasnt rude. She said cant do 2 things at once which wasnt even happening so I stepped back a bit & waited. After being ignored for something SO simple, I got frustrated. I couldnt figure out why it was so hard for me to cash in my tickets. Went out to pump my prepaid gas then went back inside to get name off her tag.Jenny is fortunate to have a job while many folks have lost their jobs due to the pandemic. My frustration may sound silly to some folks, however if I were to ever treat a paying customer the way I was treated, Id lose my job.
What a shame this place has decent interstate access however the the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Customer service was friendly as I was greeted when I walked in. I would advise to find another location for fuel and or snack needs
This BP location no longer accepts Fuelman cards. And Im not sure if the station employees are aware of this, considering the employee I talked to had no clue why my employers fuel card was rejected. Whatever. Plenty of other diesel locations to buy from. Oh, but they do have *smoothies*. If you need a *smoothie* this fuel station might be the answer.
Had my credit card information stolen at this location. Beware!
Nice and clean
Ok
Ok not the best service always out of paper towels.
Not the best customer service over there...
