This location handles their huge volume of customers very well. Its also open 24 hours a day for the main store! They are incredibly polite even when faced with irate and impatient customers. The staff works constantly to meet the high demand of the location. This store is in a very convenient intersection so its normally busy.
Stopped by this store to pick up my wife’s prescription medicine after wife having c section. The store only provided 2 of the 3 prescriptions called in. Of course they forgot her Percocet which is quite important given that she had a c section. My mother stopped through the store on the way to come see her granddaughter and the store claimed they did not receive the prescription from the hospital. I find it EXTREMELY odd that only 1 of the 3 scripts were not called in. We, of course, called they hospital and they confirmed this was called in. Went back to the store for medicine the 3rd time while my wife is at home in pain with our newborn daughter. The employee claimed this prescription was not called in again and I showed them the hospital paperwork and voicemail as proof. The pharmacist was called over and she was extremely rude and unhelpful - even hinting we were trying to pull a fast one. Had to request she call the hospital (would have thought this to be common sense on her part given the proof I already provided). The hospital called her back multiple times confirming the prescription for my wife. Of course no apology or even acknowledgement from the pharmacist that they called her until we asked to confirm she finally was filling my wife’s prescription. Again I find it very odd that they received 2 of the 3 prescriptions only and of course they did not get the opioid pain medicine. I have sent a note to corporate that they may want to check the pill log at this place as this all seems very shady!!!
There drive through takes for ever!!!!!!. It is not fast at all. Horrible.
One of, if not the only, store open 24 hours around the Kennesaw area. The staff is also super friendly.
This is the worst pharmacy I have dealt with. Every time I go I end up waiting for 20 minutes or more at the counter watching them search for my prescription because they are so unorganized. Last month they couldn’t even find it after calling me that it was ready, so I had to come back another day! Today they didn’t have my prescription in stock (a monthly refill that I have been getting at this location for 7 months now) so they sent me to another location- but they did not call the other cvs to fill the prescription which led to another hour wait. This pharmacy as a whole just seems extremely incompetent.
I’ve been taking care of my Grandfather and he takes a few medications. I wanted to ask the pharmacist manager, Yemi a handful of questions just to verify instructions and contents of his prescriptions to validate that everything is good to go, however, Yemi was extremely rude. She scoffed at me and pressured me to look it up my self! Mind you, I was the only customer there and I asked before hand if it were ok to let me ask some questions and it was approved that I could. To make matters worse, the other manger of the store itself, Junna involved herself.. she looked me dead in the eyes and very sarcastically asked me if I understood English! Excuse me?? I’m taking matters to the higher ups but for now I’m posting this as a warning to all to avoid this store! The 2.2 star rating that it currently has definitely reflects those who are supposed to be representing the store. Won’t ever be coming back
Always has my prescription ready before I arrive after visiting my doctor. I can call ahead if it is not and they always have it ready. Great service!
The pharmacy is top notch and they understand if you are in a hurry!!
Made appointments for Covid shots for my child. Both times they had no one else waiting for shots and we waited 25-30 mins because they were prioritizing pharmacy customers. Even though we had to make an appointment and they knew when people we coming in for shots they do not care and do not schedule people for vaccines. Do not use CVS. Their corporate offices spend money with hearts but they are all about money - don’t be fooled
I am currently on hold for the pharmacy for almost 50 minutes. I was at the drive thru window earlier today, rang the bell a couple times. After no response for 10 minutes, I rang the bell again and got a response. I lived in Alpharetta, Milton and Acworth previously and never had any issues with any CVS in those areas.
This place sucks I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes to get my 2 year olds prescription filled only for them to tell me that they close at 10 pm and it takes 15 minutes to fill the medication after spending hours at the hospital!!!!!!!! I have never been treated so rudely!!!! I’m definitely calling cooperate office!!!!
I typically use the pharmacy here, as well as the minute clinic and other purchases. The employees and kind and helpful. The nurse at the clinic remembers me from previous visits even though I dont go often and checks to see how Im doing overall. The pharmacists do a great job as well and are always helpful and knowledgeable.Overall great place, highly recommend to others.
Jherri Booth was very professional and kind while my daughter and I got tested for Covid. Thank you to Jherri and all the medical and rescue professionals service to our community!
I do not recommend CVS for COVID testing. They called and asked me to come in 50 minutes early and then made me sit in my car for 50 minutes while they took the two people that came after me.
Karen checked me out. She was so sweet and checked every single one of us out with the same attitude. It actually started my day off real well and I appreciated her attention
Awesome techs working here, thank you for your quick time and great service 😊👍💯
Most people that give this CVS bad reviews are calling or waiting in line for the pharmacy.Self-check-out is great with keeping socially distanced durning COVID
Love the third shift staff always helpful friendly and smiling greet you when you come in all around excellent in every department is the only one I chose to go to best employees around town as far as the cvs 😁❤
There is no need to try to get anyone on the phone at this pharmacy. You will never get past the recorded selections and button pushing. They need another button choice with a prompt that goes - To wait on hold forever and give up hope of reaching anyone at all, press 9.
I went there for a D.OT. physical at 6 p.m. and they dont close the minute clinic until 7:30 p.m. The lady told me that I couldnt be seen. TOTALLY INCONVENIENT
Always fast and great service :)
Worst customer service ever. Ordered photos. They didnt print all my photos but charged me for all of them. They gave me someone elses photos which means at least two orders are wrong. They did not offer to print the missing photos from my order...or give me a refund as I had already paid. The young cashier was clueless on how to help solve a rather simple mistake. Seems like an opportunity to coach your employee.
First time in at this pharmacy. I just found out my cat is diabetic, and went here to get his insulin. I have never dealt with diabetes before, much less for a cat. I was shocked to find out the insulin prescribed was over $300, which the first associate who helped me was kind enough to mention before filling. I tried to redeem a coupon later on a second visit, but was unable to use it bc it was for a pet. The associate that helped me (Wendy?) was super helpful. She found a manufacturers coupon that helped me save $200! She also made sure I had the proper size syringe for a pet dosage. They made this day much less stressful for me, so thank you!
They gotmy meds filled on time. It was amazing.
Ive been using this pharmacy exclusively for a year now. Ive not had a single problem. Everyone in pharmacy is friendly, professional and quite helpful. I love their app for managing my scripts and my husbands. Yes its an extremely busy pharmacy, but they handle it very well. If I get home and forgot to pickup a script I can run out anytime and get it.
I called the store THREE TIMES on hold for 15-20 minutes each time today before I gave up and hung up. I even called the front of the store where the person working said she would “go tell the pharmacy that I was on the line” for my third and final call. If you’re going to be the only 24 hour pharmacy within 20 miles you need a better staff and/or customer service. There are people that NEED help with certain medicines, and they need to get their medicines as soon as possible. Obviously the “pharmacists” who work here do not care about the customers or their jobs. Imagine taking eight years of school and still not knowing how to do your job.
This is a very busy store. Customer service is hit or miss depending on staff but today they were on point! Store manager, Justin and Pharmacy manager, Yemi, were very helpful. When I went to pick up my sons 6 medications, Yemi informed me of a manufacturer coupon and Justin helped me submit the info electronically to get it!! Saved me $25. They were so friendly and helpful and that’s what I look for in a pharmacy! Keep up the good work guys.
They tried to give my wife a flu shot, but was in a hurry and pulled the needle out to quick and the fluid ran down her arm. The tech and she probaly got enough of the shot. NO NO not any more .--A star
I sat on hold for more than 10 minutes multiple times throughout the day before I was able to get someone on the phone. Seems to me theres more customers every time I go in there with fewer staff.
Very low staff for such high demand. The pharmacy takes FOREVER to fill a prescription especially during the late and over night hours. In addition, it’s hard to get a pharm tech on the phone. More staff is needed for quicker response times. Completely dissatisfied!
I hate CVS they are understaffed you can’t find anyone to help you and the pharmacy doesn’t know what their doing there very unorganized. That’s why I moved all my prescriptions to Walmart in Kennesaw there great about having your prescriptions ready
I called and asked if they have this medicine.. pharmacy said they do asked them what time they close she said at 10pm.. I rushed to go there and I arrived at 9:41pm same lady that I spoke with on the phone told me she cant prepare my medicine because they close at 10 and they need 20 mins.. I said mam its 941pm..she said I can go to Walgreen cuz they open 24hrs.. went to Walgreens they prepare my meds less than 10mins.. at this point why are yall even open CVS...
Horrible experience with this pharmacy. They didn’t have my prescription transferred from another pharmacy when they said they had. Came back when they said it would be ready only to find it still wasn’t even processing. They offered to find it somewhere else and transfer it but then didn’t finish so when the new pharmacy called they said they couldn’t fill it because this one hadn’t finished transferring and were closed. Going through their automated calling system to even talk to anyone is awful and time consuming. Stop giving me the run around and just do your job. It’s been an extremely annoying process over multiple weeks and now I’ve run out of my prescription for multiple days. Worst customer service experience ever.
Very convenient - 24hrs. Pharmacy was EXCELLENT, above and beyond! ALL employees are courteous, pleasant/friendly, and knowledgeable regarding item location(s), items in stock, availability, etc.
Employee at the minute clinic was very rude over the phone when I arrived for my appointment. Will not be returning
Day in and day out I have a terrible experience at this CVS. I have used several different cvs locations consistently over years, and have never had one experience worse than my daily experiences with this pharmacy. I have never once had a prescription ready at the promised time, and have had to make 3 separate trips to get a prescription filled on 3 different occasions. Shopping in the store is usually quick and easy, but the pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced each and every time.
The bathrooms are nasty and they tell you you’re prescription is gonna be ready by 2 and you show up at 5 to find out they never even started on it and this happens every single time! They need to get some new staffing or something because the ones they have are not cutting it.
CVS on North Cobb parkway strikes again! Today there computer system was conveniently down..... So nobody could get prescriptions all day.... People that NEED them. This place is an absolute joke.... Please bring back the gas station.
There are no Covid Programs being followed for the cleaning of the public Restroom.
Yes I called at 5am it see if you had eggs but you shouldnt have put me on hold for 15 mins, and forgot and me, Not cool. Maybe I should get my medicine from across the street.
I use not any trouble getting my prescriptions, but the last three times they have been out of stuff and had to order it and I had to wait three or four days to get my prescription. What good is a Pharmacy if you cant count on them to have your prescriptions when you need them.
Would be faster to get a degree, build a laboratory and synthesize your own medications
This CVS confirmed they placed an order for my infants formula. My baby has severe allergies. This formula is not normally shelved in the store. I was told it would be in Stock in two days. 2 days later, they still hadnt ordered it. Not delayed by a day or so. Not an insufficient amount, like a can or two shorted. Not asking for more money than previously intended.... nope, nope, and nope. How about no order was placed whatsoever. My baby ran out of milk entirely based on this unnecessary blunder.
The staff is always arrogant. They think its cool to make you wait on your prescription, even when youre the only one there in the middle of the night. Ive always had a bad experience here. Go to Walgreens.
Been going here for over 6 years. The pharmacy customer service has been going down over the past 2 years. Average 2-4 hours to fill a prescription is a fail...today took almost 6 hours. I tried Rite-Aid recently and have never used them before and they took less than 10 minutes. Im moving!! Level the place and bring back the gas station that was there before!!! Good luck...
Staff is unknowledgeable and unlikeable. Unhelpful and unfriendly.
Called 3.5 hours prior from out of state to transfer my childs asthma medicine.arrived at 1030pm and waited for 30min in line for them to tell me its not ready yet!!! Unacceptable service
Im writing this as Im sitting in line at the drive through. Had a prescription called in by my doctor at 5 pm the day before. I drove into the drive through 5 hours later to get my prescription and it had not even been touched. I told them I would be by the following morning. Well here I am the following morning at 11 AM and it is in the final production stage, give me a few minutes (I.e. We havent even started it yet) and Im still waiting. If youre in the area, I highly recommend taking your business across the street to walgreens.
Unprofessional pharmacist and the “manager” on duty did not had the desire to help the customer. Plus the Pharmacy is alway under staffed. I own a business in the area, based on the comments that im seeing from others, the store manager needs to really put the effort of fixing things, otherwise this store could go out of business. That is the reason why K-Mart went out of business, that is my 2 cents .
I had to contact corporate, and I NEVER complain. I called to inquire about a prescription and the tech that answered the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. Very unnecessary - and from the looks of the other reviews, this place needs to clean house and start over. Guess Ill stick with Walgreens.
Horrible pharmacy service. There are only 3 people that I have came across in the last 2 years, that I have used and have attempted to use this pharmacy location, that are professional and care about the customers. The others give you the run around or just plain seem too lazy or not knowledgeable enough to help you. I will be calling corporate and giving a formal complaint because my medicine and my familys needs are important.
Repackaged particle quantity of acidic liquid into a plastic bottle
These are first-world problems, IMO. This place is a typical pharmacy. Things take time. Theyre thorough, and they take their jobs seriously. I havent had any of the bad experiences mentioned here. Ill continue to use them. Keep on, CVS.
If I could give them a 0 I would!! Absolutely ridiculous behavior on their part. Dropped 2 prescriptions off yesterday after my sons surgery was told they would be ready in 2 hours, go back in said 2 hours had to wait another 45 mins just to get one and to be told the other wouldn’t be filled until this morning, now they’re telling me the truck doesn’t come until after 3!!! I will not use this pharmacy ever again!!! My son now has to wait more to get the meds he needs and he just had screws and medal plates put in his leg!!! And all they can say is sorry someone screwed up!!!
Hard working pharmacy, always busy and helpful.
Staff has ZERO regards in ensuring patients are well taken care of or waited on with respect.
Im not sure what other people are complaining about, but I havent experienced anything poor in the store or pharmacy
The woman who I dropped off my prescription with was very nice and professional.
Worst pharmacy ever. I remembered why I do not go there anymore is because they are always busy, make you wait and ignore you until you can tolerate it just to tell you they cannot fill your prescription.
Majorly messed up my prescription order. I switched to this CVS from another CVS location because I thought this location was better. I didnt think this one could be worse than the last, boy was I wrong! The time it took to get my script refilled was inadequate. It took them 3 days to get it into my hands after having to deal with a few rude pharmacy techs, one specifically who seemed annoyed to do her job- she asked my husband if he was at the right pharmacy (it was called into another location but I know they can pick up the phone and easily have it transferred to the right location, it has been done before), two days later I called to make sure my prescription was ready and I was told it would definitely be ready by 4:30 pm, my husband got off work after working a 12 hour shift at 8:00 pm and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, one hour after that I got a text that it was ready. If I could give them a zero, I would.CVS- ConvenienceValueServiceShould be called IVN- Inconvenient. Valueless. Non -service.
Printing was not working so they couldnt fill any prescriptions. Only after hour pharmacy in the area. Difinently look somewhere else. Not helpful or freindly run away!!!!!!!
I am writing this as I am waiting for my prescriptions, now going on an hour and a half. There are only two people working and they are clearly struggling. My prescriptions were sent over electronically by an urgent care. One of the prescriptions didnt come through so no I have to wait even longer for my prescriptions. The phramacy tech working tonight is very rude and unpersonable. If I were you, Id go ahead and go across the street to Walgreens. Dont waste HOURS of youre time here, literally.
Really bad service. Wait for a prescription for 40 minutes. Then they told me that my insurance dont cover the medicine. Went to the Walgreens in front and they prepare the prescription in five minutes and the medicine was cover by the insurance.
Unprofessional pharmacists that refuse to help you for bs reasons, and the clinic has employees that are clearly high on something and will try to give you unsanitized gauze to dab at an open wound if you dont check them.
Try the drive thru for prescriptions, its usually faster.
Im trying to get hired as a pharmact tech amd the keep say my application hasnt come in and then tgey are so uncoordonated amfd the pharmacy lady is literally never there
I have not even had to have a script filled there yet but after having a horrible experience with CVS Specialty pharmacy it was so wonderful to talk to the pharmacist at this location. I called early in the day to see if my husbands meds were delivered there. She took my name and number and told me she would call me when they arrived. She waited late in the day just in case UPS came late. I knew they werent going to be there by this time but forgot to let them know. She called me to tell me she hadnt gotten them. I explained the horrible time we were having with the Specialty Pharm and she was so sweet and apologized, which it wasnt her fault. She didnt even have to call me. I know we are not done with problems with the Specialty Pharm and there have been complaints filed now but she offered her assistance in anything we needed.
Very friendly staff, helpful Pharmacy team!
This store has gone steadily downhill since it was built. Poor customer service (including some downright rude staff), long waits, prescriptions that are not ready until hours after they were promised…If you use the drive-thru, ignore the outside lane, because they often do, too.
Great service!! Another CVS left me waiting after getting released from the hospital for an hour and a half just to tell me they dont have it while i needed to take my meds. Their system was down in this store. And i was feeling side effects from not taking my meds on time but a gentleman here went out and beyond to help me and get me my meds that night!!! If it wasnt for him i wouldve ended up back at the hospital. Thanks!!!
Awful, my initial wait time was 20 -30 mins, came back and was told another 30 mins. Worst CVS I have ever been too. Cobb county needs to mk all CVS pharmacys 24 hrs.
HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO HERE! All CVSs over charge for all of the meds. Use Wallgreens or anyone other than CVS! You can call multiple pharmacys and see what they charge for different meds. CVS is ALWAYS more expensive! The people are rude as hell too!3/31/15
I could not find this CVS for the life of me we not only used Wazed we went around the whole area looking for this CVS and it was no where to be found
Worst pharmacy by far. Switched to this one when I moved, and I would rather drive 30 minutes than go to this one when its 5 minutes away.
I normally do business with the Due West location but due to medication supply I had to come to this location. Everyone that I had contact with in the pharmacy, on the phone, in the drive-thru, and inside the store, were rude and extremely unfriendly. Sad.
Consistently slow. Not sure why Im still coming here. A few minutes and almost ready is always another thirty minutes.
This is the worst CVS in the area, maybe the entire state. They never have items in stock. They will tell you theyll be getting more in in a few days, a week, or whatever. So you come back the day they claim theyll get more in (or a day after that), and surprise, surprise, they still dont have any in stock. They might get a couple a month or two later. Its worth the extra 10 min. drive to go to another location.
Im always left waiting on my medicine to be filled no matter when I order the prescription to be filled. They dont take it very seriously. I will not be coming back. I cant be worried about getting my seizure medicine on time.
One of the worse customer service Ive ever received. I called in a refill a prescription, the associate placed me on hold several minutes then hung up on me. Once I called back there was no apology and I was placed on hold yet again. Someone definetly needs to train these associates on adequate customer service.
Quick in and out.
This CVS is horrible! Unprofessional! Had my prescription all day (5 hours) and still hadnt filled it! Never coming back! Ive heard other things about them being racist there as well!
Just shut down the pharmacy and try again next lifetime! Okurrrt 🙄
The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Terrible customer service and horrible wait times.
Everytime I call, Im placed on hold and forgotten about.
I Hate going to this CVS pharmacy every time i go no one is ever at the cash ready and prepared to take care a customer Literally wait a Whole 2 minutes in line because they want to finish up there conversation with th the friend/Co-Worker !
The worst customer service in entire Georgia. From top to bottom all Pharmacy staff members should get fired.
Fast, Friendly, Clean
Bad customer service they need training....! Was on hold for 20 minutes and the lady hang up on me twice. Then just making a transfer to another pharmacy took almost 2 hours. Very rude pharmacist never filling my prescriptions here again.
Awful pharmacy staff and terrible customer service. Do not try to get prescriptions filled here unless youd like to wait a week and then be ignored by every staff member upon arriving.
Worse customer service! Sending a complaint
Conner walked passed me and greeted the white lady behind.
24 hours pharmacy w/ pharmacist. Yes!?
Terrible service, tried to drop off prescription and was totally ignored!! Too much business and two people working there. Reminds me of SOCIALIZED MEDICINE .
The wait to fill a prescription tonight was a couple of hours!!! They clearly need to hire more staff to assist customers.
A 5 min trip always takes 15-20min. Takes forever just to ring out.
Slowest cashiers on Earth!
Needs more staff
Good service
Good CVS
Always friendly
