Super busy. Holiday weekend. Yet it still was very clean and ran efficiently. In and out easily. Great prices. Cant beat a hot dog and drink for 1.50!

The prices cant be beat and the quality is much better than their bulk-store CLUB-competitor. I always feel special and cared for when I come here.

Who doesnt love costcos and buying things in bulk.Im upset they took away the Polish sausage.We met a really cool man there with a nice car my son and him had the longest conversation ever.

Great place to shop. Employees are so much friendlier than at the other place. Lunch pizza is great plus they have ice-cream and churros.

I am a big fan of Costco, its about 40mins away but I always visit once in a while. This is my first time in this location, their staff are nice and helpful.

Swung into the Costco off of Barret Parkway the other day for the first time, and it was a lovely experience!Although my time at this location was extremely brief (really only needed one thing) the employees were super kind and helpful. The store was well laid out, and super clean as well!If you need anything (or a LOT of anything) I totally recommend the Costco off Barret Parkway. They have a great staff, and a super kind Pharmacy!

For some reason every time I go the people at the entrance always ask for me to show my membership card when entering while others entering are able to go in without showing theirs. Thats not a big deal but can be a little frustrating to have to stop every time when entering.Very reasonable pricing and high quality merchandise but its always crowded and can be hard to move around in some areas of the store without getting run over. Checkout is very well organized though with cashiers and self checkout.Traffic entering and exiting parking lot is heavily congested. Traffic and foot traffic in the parking is hectic. Drivers pull out in front of you and back out of their spaces without looking. Pedestrians walk across without looking. Lines at the gas pumps are long but everything moves quickly. There are employees at every pump assisting and making sure nobody cuts in line.

From the food you can eat to amazing merchandise makes a great visit

My favorite place to shop. Love that they had the new Kirkland Signature #14 light blocking shades in stock. Wish I could still get 10s and 11s here.

I just moved from NY to Georgia & I must say that I am highly impressed! The employees are very attentive & helpful, the warehouse looked clean & well organized, & I also found items that I couldn’t find at my local Costco in New York which was a major plus for me. I definitely will be returning!

Costco has great product selection, quality and reasonable prices. Staff is friendly. Keep in mind, returns are not a breeze as in the past. Think before you buy. Dont buy just to return later.

Love Costco and would give this location 5 stars. However, the day we went. I would the cashier was having a bad day. Anyways will be back and we understand everyone has bad days. But the 5th star will come depending on the next visit.

Its Costco.... Do you need to look at reviews? If you need 100 of something yes this is the place. I like it better than Sams club. I feel like the quality is a step just above.

I would love for Costco to make a few updates for how you can check out. Some other wholesale warehouses allow you to check out using your phone. They even have self checkout spaces when YOU can scan your own items without having to wait for assistance. This Costco is the equivalent of McDonald’s and non-working milkshake machines. Parking lot is a constant nightmare and their products are limited compared to other locations. Be better.

Always have kind hearts, and they are generous! Have all the healthy snacks. Love there good old testers lol. Really recommend! such a huge place also.

My daughter ordered a sound bar Vizio for my T.V. It was shipped to my house. Packaging was excellent with no damages. Costco is a great place to shop. They are building a new facility in Dallas Ga. Paulding county. It will open sometime in March 2021. I can’t hardly wait. Great price and great deals.

It was crazy !!! Getting gas waited 30mins they had employees directing traffic and not letting people cut lines or cut through traffic made everyone wait 😁. Decided to go in and see what good prices I could find and yes 🙌 I found this rug for 89 buck roos. They were passing out samples again pre package and you could not eat them till out of the store 😊

This review is not for the store but the Wireless Advocates Kiosk. Ive dealt with Logan, Andrew, and Jerrad. The customer service has been terrible. My wife and I were trying to trade in our old phones for new ones. I paid $158 to order the new phones and have next day delivery. I wanted my phone before I went on my trip to New Jersey. The phones never came and I went on my trip. I returned to Costco after my trip (2 weeks) and come to find out they never shipped the phones. So then Im told this was a mistake and they will have to re-order and I will be refunded, but I would have to pay taxes to reorder. $132. I work in customer service and I know mistakes happen so I agreed to re order. I received the first refund days later for $132 not for the full $158. To refund my overnight charges was going to take longer supposedly. A week goes by and I never got a receipt for my purchase or a tracking number. I reached out to the Costco cell phone kiosk and they said the package should have arrived on Oct 1st. I reordered the phone on Sept 30th and didnt pay for overnight fees. I also work from home and I can assure you no one came to my apartment. I called fed ex with the random tracking number Jerrad gave me, which was thru text and not from a confirmation email. Fed ex said it was delivered and wouldnt tell me an address. I tried filing a claim with Logan at the kiosk and she said theres nothing she can do except give me my money back and they are sold out of the phones I ordered. Also T mobile is charged me $140 for service that I never used. Its been over a week and I do not have the refund for the $26 from the first charge at the beginnining of Sept, or the additional $132 from the 2nd charge. I also do not have the $140 from tmobile and I do not have any receipts or emails. This Kiosk is a joke. I do not recommend anyone to get there phone from here.

A lot of products are organic / no gmo / fair trade / etc. Overall a great value but the hot dog special and pizza really make the trip great for quick dining.

First time in Costco and it was ok. Some things didnt have a hug variety like syrup. But you get the best for your buck. I spent close to $400. But dont have to buy some things for awhile. Great prices for meat and fruit. They have pre-made food at great prices.

Fantastic place to do your bulk shopping, and you can find the name branded items you like, as well as other branded items as well, across a broad spectrum of goods. No bags are available for your groceries, which I agree with (cut down on unnecessary recycling). You can only shop here as a member (which I believe most are aware of already).

Always excellent service and fairly quick checkout. Friendly staff inside and out. They always offer my dog a treat at the gas station and they remind you of two fors at checkout if you only have one item that comes as a pair.

I like shopping at Costco. Their prices are just about the lowest around. Everyone is very friendly. It is set up as a true warehouse operation. Their gasoline prices are some of the lowest around.

I am executive member for many years BUT the only reason Im giving them 4 of 5 starts is customer service at the self checkout. Every time I decide to go to self checkout I got a rude customer service representative other than that I love Costco better that sams club (I am a member as well).

This place had a lot of things and the either came in packs of 2 or 3s which was awesome. Overall its pretty good. But when we got our membership we were told that it would last for a year which is amazing. This was our first time shopping with them, and I have to say it was pretty amazing. I even got to ride in the shopping cart 🤣

I appreciate this location so much more after visiting the Dallas location. Most of the poor reviews, are from people who are refusing to wear their masks correctly or not at all. I can appreciate this honestly because I am 9 months pregnant and it infuriates me when people are not wearing them. I get it, you dont care about yourself but at least be courteous for other people. BIG THANKS to Costco for implementing and enforcing masks!!!! There are so many people in/out of this warehouse, especially on the weekends therefore this is important. Thank you for sanitizing the shopping carts as well. Its the small things that count!

I went to Costco looking for good starter exercises bike to put in my home gym and I found one very inexpensive compared to all the other bikes that other stores were selling.

Their staff that stock their shelves are much more willing to help. But their cashier on lane 2 was extremely rude and ignored my husband and I when we were asking her questions in a nice tone. She literally never opened her mouth and just pointed and waved at us. Like we were such an inconvenience to her.

This Costco discriminates against people with medical disabilities which is against federal law. It’s sad that in 2021 people with disabilities still face ongoing discrimination. I drove 21 miles to the nearest Costco to buy a one-year membership and I was treated like a second-class citizen by the management there. I informed the management that discrimination against patrons with medical disabilities is against federal law and violates the American with disabilities act. His response to me was “I dont care about the law or people with disabilities!” end quote. Very unprofessional and he doesnt belong in management. I will be contacting attorney Rick Martin of the Constitutional law group to resolve this issue if corporate refuses to follow the law.

I shouldnt say it out loud but Friday afternoons are a great time to shop at Costco. Fuel lines were short. There was no premium fuel.

Costco is a great store with a lot to choose from and they have things you cant find anywhere else and the y have low prices as well.

This location is nice and spacious like a Costco should look. However, parking and maneuvering around the parking lot requires your full attention.I purchased one of the delicious rotisserie chickens and came home to realize it was old and dried out once I cut into it. It was only $5 so not going to fuss or anything but Costco employees know better.

Got glasses at 1/4 the cost elsewhere. Calvin in Optical was great helping me with selections and fit. Highly recommend. Plus a cheap hot dog/ cokecombo. on the way to fuel up for less than anywhere around.

Lunes were fast, but disappointed in some of the items I usually get are more longer there.

I often shop here for personal and business. Staff and the store manager are very friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of items purchased in bulk at great prices. Purchased our newest vehicle through Costco auto program in 2017 and was VERY pleased.

If I could give less stars I would. Costco has gone too far trying to control people. Today I shopped wearing a mask respecting their policy. As I was checking out my one year old was hungry so I went and got a snack from THEIR concession. When I got back to my baby I tested it to make sure it wasnt too hot and the worker at the register next to me was yelling at me no eating in Costco and to pull my mask back up. I think this is a terrible way to treat your members, paying for their groceries and buying your snacks. Costco is losing my business if they think this is acceptable.

Fast friendly thorough Service. Took time to troubleshoot on my car to let me know I needed to see a mechanic and it was done by the manager.

Renewed my membership after a few years. Was impressed with the staff helping even in the self checkout lanes. The only thing that disappoints me is that even Costco got very expensive. Especially for a one person household.The only things I shop for are their croissants and Gouda cheese and paper goods like toilet paper. The last batch lasted me all through last year.

OG Costco. This was and still is and awesome location. Been coming to this location since it opened way back in the day. I remember this location when they used to sell liquor.

Theyve finally got brisket! Good location, just crowded all the time. Its the same as pretty much any Costco, so expect to wait a bit to find a parking spot and to get through checkout. The folks that works there are always super-friendly. Just dont go hungry, or youll get way too much food!

I pay for Costco membership for more then 5 years. Now I forgot my membership card and manager couldnt pull my account by name or phone number so I couldnt pay and left everything I wanted to pay at the store so it is my last membership with Costco. Can not see any reason to pay for it. Zero customer service

Costco is the best. They are always pretty friendly and helpful. The lines generally move pretty quickly unless someone in front of you is paying with a check! I just ran in to get some milk and few other things. We have to buy milk every 4 days as my boys drink a half a gallon everyday. We like the A2 milk as it is easier on my wifes stomach. They have it at the Town Center and Cumberland locations, but I havent seen it at the Woodstock location yet which is my closest one. Hopefully they will start carrying it.

Love prices (particularly gas) and friendly staff, as well as the efficiency of their self check-out system. My only complaint is that the print on their prescription bottles telling the date the RX was dispensed and how many refills remain is waaay too small and I keep forgetting to ask if they have an alternative label for us older folks.

The greeter at the door was very rude and mean. This is concerning because a greeter at a store is an important part of the customer experience. They are supposed to make you feel warm and welcomed but that was not the case. Her attitude put me in a bad mood before I even got 10 yards into the store.. In the past, I have normally enjoyed this store but the customer service has become terrible the past few months. Employees are hard to find and are very cold when dealing with them or when you ask for help. Only reason I am giving it two stars is because the employee at the pharmacy was nice and helpful.
